Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of battery technologies, and in particular, to a cell cover plate assembly, a cell, a battery pack, and a vehicle.
Background
In the electric core, a pole column and a lead-out piece are arranged on the cover plate, and a pole ear of the electric core is electrically connected with the pole column through the lead-out piece so as to output electric energy in the electric core to the outside.
In the related art, the cover plate 1 has a structure as shown in fig. 1, wherein the cover plate 1 has a first center line a, the tab 2 has an axisymmetric structure (the center line of the tab 2 coincides with the first center line a), and as shown in fig. 2, the tab 4 needs to be welded and fixed to the tab 2, and in order to weld the tab 4 and the tab 2 and stably connect them, the length of the tab 4 needs to be ensured to cover the center line of the tab 2 and exceed the center line of the tab 2.

Optionally, the connection hole is configured as a counterbore.
Optionally, the battery core cover plate assembly further comprises a pole column, the pole column penetrates through the connecting hole and is fixedly connected to the connecting hole, the cover plate is provided with a mounting through hole, and the pole column is mounted in the mounting through hole.
Optionally, the pole is riveted with the lead-out piece and the cover plate.

According to a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3 to 4, there is provided a cell cover plate assembly including: the cover plate comprises a cover plate 1, wherein the cover plate 1 is provided with a first central line a and a first side and a second side which are opposite; and a lead-out sheet 2, the lead-out sheet 2 being disposed at the second side, the lead-out sheet 2 being provided with a connection hole 23 and including a first portion 21 and a second portion 22 connected, the first portion 21 extending parallel to the length direction of the cap plate 1, the second portion 22 extending parallel to the cap plate 1 and perpendicular to the extending direction of the first portion 21, the connection hole 23 being formed on the first portion 21 and the second portion 22; the first portion 21 has a second center line b, the first center line a and the second center line b both extend parallel to the length direction of the cover plate 1, and an offset distance is provided between the first center line a and the second center line b.

To accommodate assembly, in the particular embodiment provided by the present disclosure, and with reference to fig. 4, the first portion 21 may be configured as an elongated sheet-like structure, with the second portion 22 attached at an intermediate location of the first portion 21. Through the design mode, the occupied space of the first part 21 of the sheet structure is small, the internal space of the cover plate 1 can be saved, and the cover plate 1 is convenient to connect with a battery cell. Because the tab 4 and the second part 22 are not welded, the position of the second part 22 is the weak point of the connection between the tab 4 and the lead-out piece 2, so that the second part 22 is arranged at the middle position of the first part 21, the welding points of the tab 4 and the first part 21 are arranged on both sides of the second part 22, the possibility of cracking on one side after the tab 4 is welded with the lead-out piece 2 is reduced, and the connection between the tab 4 and the lead-out piece 2 is more stable. The first portion 21 may be a rectangular sheet-like structure with four corners being arc-shaped rounded corners, and the second portion 22 is located at a middle position in the length direction of the first portion 21. In other embodiments, the first portion 21 may be configured as an oval structure.
In the specific embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 4, the second portion 22 may include a circular arc edge 221, and a center of the circular arc edge 221 is collinear with a center of the connection hole 23. Through the design mode, the second part 22 adopts the arc edge 221 structure, so that the space occupied by the second part 22 can be saved, and the material consumption of the second part 22 in the lead-out sheet 2 can be further reduced. The arc edge 221 is a structural edge of the second portion 22 protruding out of the first portion 21. In other embodiments, second portion 22 may include square edges or triangular edges, as the present disclosure is not particularly limited in this regard.
In the specific embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 4, a side of the second portion 22 away from the first portion 21 may be provided with a plane 222, and the plane 222 is parallel to the second center line b. By the above design, the structure of the plane 222 can save materials and avoid the interference of the second portion 22 with other structures. In other embodiments, the above-mentioned structure of the plane 222 may not be provided, and the disclosure does not specifically limit this.
To facilitate the placement of the lead tab 2 on the cover plate 1, in the specific embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the cover plate 1 is provided with a receiving groove 12, the receiving groove 12 being recessed from the second side toward the first side and being for the placement of the lead tab 2. 1. A cell cover plate assembly, comprising:
a cover plate having a first centerline and opposing first and second sides; and
a lead-out sheet provided at the second side, the lead-out sheet being provided with a connection hole and including a first portion and a second portion connected, the first portion extending parallel to a length direction of the cap plate, the second portion extending parallel to the cap plate and perpendicular to an extending direction of the first portion, the connection hole being formed on the first portion and the second portion;
the first portion is provided with a second central line, the first central line and the second central line both extend in parallel to the length direction of the cover plate, and an offset distance is arranged between the first central line and the second central line.
2. The cell cover plate assembly of claim 1, wherein the first portion is configured as an elongated sheet-like structure and the second portion is attached at an intermediate location of the first portion.
3. The cell cover plate assembly of claim 1, wherein the second portion comprises a circular arc edge, and a center of the circular arc edge is collinear with a center of the connection hole.
4. The cell cover plate assembly of claim 3, wherein a side of the second portion remote from the first portion is provided with a plane, the plane being parallel to the second centerline.
5. The cell cover plate assembly of claim 1, wherein the cover plate is provided with a receiving groove recessed from the second side toward the first side and for seating the lead tab.
6. The cell cover plate assembly of claim 1, wherein the connection holes are configured as counter bores.
7. The electrical core cover plate assembly of claim 1, further comprising a terminal post, the terminal post is inserted into and fixedly connected to the connecting hole, the cover plate is provided with a mounting through hole, and the terminal post is mounted in the mounting through hole.
8. The cell cover plate assembly of claim 7, wherein the terminal post is riveted to the tab and the cover plate.
9. An electric core, comprising a pole core and a pole lug, wherein the pole core is electrically connected with the pole lug, and the electric core further comprises the battery cell cover plate component according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and the pole lug is welded with the first part.
10. A battery pack comprising the cells of claim 9.
11. A vehicle comprising the cell of claim 9, or the battery pack of claim 10.
