The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows:

(2) Open water pump 403, water pump 403 takes the water in water tank 401 out through first water pipe 402 to send the inside of cooling tube 404, cool off a plurality of ammeter bodies 3 through cooling tube 404 and a plurality of fan 407, reduce ammeter body 3's temperature, water after the cooling can enter into water tank 401's inside through second water pipe 406, convenient recycling.
