Abstract
The present application relates to a variable volume carton comprising: a boxboard main body; the box mainboard includes: side plate, apron and bottom plate. A first pressing line, a second pressing line and a third pressing line are arranged in parallel in the transverse direction of the box plate main body; the first pressing line or the second pressing line is divided into a side plate and a cover plate, and the third pressing line is divided into a side plate and a bottom plate; the box board main body is provided with a plurality of folding lines in parallel in the longitudinal direction, and the side boards, the cover boards and the bottom boards are divided into a plurality of parts; the carton board main body is folded along the first pressing line or the second pressing line, the third pressing line and the folding line, so that cartons with different heights can be formed; after the folding forming, the carton is of a cuboid structure with a hollow interior. A variable volume carton according to embodiments of the present application can adjust the carton volume for packaging different sizes and quantities of products.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of packaging, especially relates to a carton of variable volume.
Background
In the process of packaging products, because the size and the number of the products cannot be determined, when smaller products are packaged, if a larger-size carton is used, a large vacant space is left, if a proper-size carton is used, the sizes of the cartons are not uniform, and in order to unify carton standards, the carton with the variable volume is provided, and the sizes of the cartons can be adjusted according to the sizes of the products.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of this, this application has proposed a variable volume carton, through set up the line ball at the carton lateral wall, so when folding the convenient regulation carton size.
According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a variable volume carton, comprising: a boxboard main body; the box mainboard includes: side plate, apron and bottom plate.
The box plate main body is transversely provided with a first pressing line, a second pressing line and a third pressing line in parallel; the first pressing line or the second pressing line is divided into the side plate and the cover plate, and the third pressing line is divided into the side plate and the bottom plate.
The boxboard main part is provided with multichannel broken line at its vertical parallel, will curb plate, apron and bottom plate divide into a plurality ofly.
The third pressing line and the folding line fold the box board main body, so that cartons with different heights can be formed.
In one possible implementation manner, the number of the side plates, the cover plate and the bottom plate is four; the four cover plates have the same longitudinal length, the four bottom plates have the same longitudinal length, and corners of the four cover plates and the four bottom plates, which are not connected with the side plates, are rounded corners.

In a possible implementation manner, when the box board main body is folded along the second pressing line, the height of the carton is equal to the distance from the second pressing line to the third pressing line, and the gap extends to the second pressing line.
In one possible implementation manner, the side plates, the cover plate and the bottom plate are all of square structures; after the folding forming, the carton is of a cuboid structure with a hollow interior.
In one possible implementation, the longitudinal edge of one side of the side plate is connected with an adhesive edge which can be attached to the inner wall of the longitudinal edge of the opposite side of the side plate.
In a possible implementation manner, the pasting edge is trapezoidal, the long bottom of the pasting edge is connected with the side plate, and the length of the pasting edge is less than or equal to the longitudinal length of the side plate.
In a possible implementation manner, the sum of the length of the longitudinal edge of the cover plate and the length of the second pressing line from the top of the side plate is less than the length of the transverse edge of the side plate; the length of the longitudinal edge of the cover plate is greater than the length from the second pressing line to the top of the side plate.
The beneficial effect of this application: through setting up three lines on the carton, divide into apron, curb plate and bottom plate with the carton, can adjust the proportion of carton curb plate and apron as required, reach the purpose of adjusting the carton height to change the carton volume, when packing less size article, reduce the inside vacant space of carton, can material saving when fixing the product, and the whole occupation space of carton still less.

Fig. 1 illustrates an expanded view of a variable volume carton according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the variable volume carton comprises: a box board main body 100; the box main board 100 includes: side panels 110, a cover panel 120, and a bottom panel 130.
The box board main body 100 is provided with a first pressing line 101, a second pressing line 102 and a third pressing line 103 in parallel in the lateral direction thereof; the first pressing line 101 or the second pressing line 102 is divided into a side plate and a cover plate, and the third pressing line 103 is divided into a side plate 110 and a bottom plate 130.
The trunk board main body 100 is provided with a plurality of folding lines 104 in parallel in a longitudinal direction thereof to divide the side panels 110, the cover panel 120, and the bottom panel 130 into a plurality.
By folding the box panel body 100 along the first or second pressing line 101 or 102, the third pressing line 103, and the folding line 104, a carton having different heights can be formed.
When the carton is folded into a carton with larger height, the carton cover is folded inwards along the first pressing line 101, and the two cover plates 120 at the opposite sides can just seal the top of the carton 100; when the carton is folded into a carton with smaller height, the carton cover is folded inwards along the second pressing line 102, the two cover plates 120 at the opposite sides are mutually overlapped, and the overlapping length depends on the distance between the first pressing line 101 and the second pressing line 102; when folded inwardly along the first press line 101, the bottom area of the carton is unchanged but the height thereof is reduced than when folded inwardly along the second press line 102, so that the overall volume of the carton is reduced and the length of the cover panel 120 is increased.
In one possible implementation, there are four side plates 110, four cover plates 120 and four bottom plates 130, where the four cover plates 120 have the same longitudinal length, the four bottom plates 130 have the same longitudinal length, and corners of the four cover plates 120 and the four bottom plates 130, which are not connected to the side plates 110, are rounded.
In one possible implementation, there are slots 105 between the four cover plates 120; gaps 105 are formed among the four bottom plates 130; the length of the slit 105 is equal to the length of the longitudinal side of the cover plate 120 or the base plate 130.
In one possible implementation, when the carton board body 100 is folded along the first pressing line 101, the height of the carton is the distance from the first pressing line 101 to the third pressing line 103, and the slit 105 extends to the first pressing line 101.
In one possible implementation, when the carton board body 100 is folded along the second pressing line 102, the height of the carton is the distance from the second pressing line 101 to the third pressing line 103, and the slit 105 extends to the second pressing line 101.
In one possible implementation, the side plates 110, the cover plate 120, and the base plate 130 are all square structures; after the folding forming, the carton is of a cuboid structure with a hollow interior.
In one possible implementation, an adhesive edge 111 is connected to a longitudinal edge of one side of the side plate 110, and the adhesive edge 111 can be attached to an inner wall of the longitudinal edge of the opposite side of the side plate 110.
In a possible implementation manner, the adhesive edge 111 is trapezoidal, and the long bottom of the adhesive edge 111 is connected with the side plate 110 and has a length less than or equal to the longitudinal length of the side plate 110.
In a possible implementation manner, the sum of the length of the longitudinal edge of the cover plate 120 and the length of the second pressing line 102 from the top of the side plate 110 is less than the length of the transverse edge of the side plate 110; the length of the longitudinal edge of the cover plate 120 is greater than the length from the second pressing line 102 to the top of the side plate 110, the box can be a cuboid and has no redundant protruding edge in the using process, the whole sealing performance of the carton is better by packaging, and the carton is more tidy when being stored and put.
It should be noted that although a variable volume carton is described above by way of example, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present application is not so limited. In fact, the user can flexibly set the size and the material of the carton according to personal preference and/or practical application scenes, and only the requirement that the size of the carton can be adjusted according to the size of a product is met.
Like this, through setting up three lines of pressure on the carton, divide into apron, curb plate and bottom plate with the carton, can adjust the proportion of carton curb plate and apron as required, reach the purpose of adjusting the carton height to change the carton volume, when packing less size article, reduce the inside vacant space of carton, can material saving when fixing the product, and the whole occupation space of carton still less.

Claims (9)
1. A variable volume carton, comprising: a boxboard main body; the boxboard main body comprises: side plates, cover plates and bottom plates;
the box plate main body is transversely provided with a first pressing line, a second pressing line and a third pressing line in parallel; the first pressing line or the second pressing line is divided into the side plate and the cover plate, and the third pressing line is divided into the side plate and the bottom plate;
the box board main body is provided with a plurality of folding lines in parallel in the longitudinal direction, and the side boards, the cover boards and the bottom boards are divided into a plurality of parts;
the third pressing line and the folding line fold the box board main body, so that cartons with different heights can be formed.
2. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 1 wherein there are four of said lid panels, bottom panel and side panels;
the four cover plates have the same longitudinal length, the four bottom plates have the same longitudinal length, and corners of the four cover plates and the four bottom plates, which are not connected with the side plates, are rounded corners.
3. A variable volume carton according to claim 1 wherein four of said flaps are slit; gaps are formed among the four bottom plates;
the length of the gap is equal to the length of the longitudinal edge of the cover plate or the bottom plate.
4. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 3 wherein when the panel body is folded along the first fold line, the height of the carton is the distance from the first fold line to the third fold line, the gap extending to the first fold line.
5. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 3 wherein when the panel body is folded along the second fold line, the height of the carton is the distance from the second fold line to the third fold line, and the gap extends to the second fold line.
6. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 1 wherein the side panels, lid panels and base panel are of square configuration; after the folding forming, the carton is of a cuboid structure with a hollow interior.
7. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 1 wherein an adhesive edge is attached to one longitudinal edge of said side panel, said adhesive edge being attachable to an inner wall of the opposite longitudinal edge of said side panel.
8. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 7 wherein the adhesive edge is trapezoidal in shape and the elongate base of the adhesive edge is connected to the side panel and is less than or equal to the longitudinal extent of the side panel.
9. A variable volume carton as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sum of the length of the longitudinal edge of the lid panel and the length of the second press line to the top of the side panel is less than the length of the transverse edge of the side panel; the length of the longitudinal edge of the cover plate is greater than the length from the second pressing line to the top of the side plate.
