an inverted U-shaped frame (2);
the heat dissipation mechanism is arranged in the inverted U-shaped frame (2) and used for generating cold air to dissipate heat;
the reciprocating mechanism is arranged in the PH regulation and control equipment main body (1) and used for increasing the covering area of the heat dissipation of the two communicating plates (5).
