Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of water treatment, and more particularly, to a filter column for water treatment.
Background
In the process of treating municipal sewage, a grid mode is generally adopted at the initial treatment stage, so that large substances are intercepted to protect the normal operation of subsequent equipment and pipelines, and meanwhile, the rapid passing of water flow is ensured. If a finer filtering material is adopted, the water body treatment speed is slower and the blockage is easy to occur. In addition, in the case where the water treatment space is small, if a flat filter structure is employed, the filtering efficiency is low and the water body passes slowly.
Therefore, a filtering structure is needed, which can increase the filtering area, effectively solve the problem of easy blockage and is convenient to clean.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a filter column according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
The filter column comprises a flexible filter element 10, a permeable pipe 20 and a water passing pipe 30 from outside to inside. The filter column is a cylinder, such as a cylinder, a quadrangular prism, a hexagonal prism, etc., preferably a cylinder. The flexible filter member 10 comprises a filter material wrapped around the outer wall of the permeable tube 20. The filter material may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following filter materials: the filter cotton, the filter cloth and the filter screen can select the type and the thickness of the filter material according to different filtering requirements. The filter element may be cleaned or replaced periodically or as needed.
The construction of the water permeable tube 20 is required to make the water flow more uniform and easier from the flexible filter member 10. Fig. 2A and 2B show a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the permeable tube 20. As shown in fig. 2A, the water permeable pipe 20 includes a protrusion 21, a groove 22 and a water passing hole 23.
The outer wall of the permeable pipe 20 is uniformly distributed with convex parts 21. In order to make the water flow more uniformly through the permeable pipe 20, the boss 21 extends along the outer wall of the permeable pipe 20 for a long length and is formed in a curved shape. For example, as shown, the projections 21 may extend longitudinally along the tube wall, forming a corrugated curve in the tube wall. A groove 22 is formed between two adjacent convex portions 21. A plurality of water passing holes 23 are uniformly distributed in each groove portion 22. As can be seen from fig. 2A, both side surfaces of the protrusion 21 may be provided with slopes to facilitate the water to be gathered toward the groove. The extending direction of the protruding portion is not limited to extending longitudinally along the pipe wall in the vertical direction, but may extend both longitudinally and radially. The water permeable tube 20 is configured to facilitate water flow through the externally wrapped flexible filter element.
Generally, some positions in the filtering component are blocked, the water pressure entering the filtering column in all directions is different, and the water pressure at the blocked positions is reduced, so that the blocking further occurs around the blocked positions, the utilization rate of the filtering component is reduced, and meanwhile, the water flow passing rate is also influenced. With such a permeable tube structure, even if some position in the flexible filter member is clogged, the inflow water flows along the groove portions, keeping the water flow as uniform as possible into the permeable tube 20. The water pressure around the blocking position is not easily influenced, and the filtering efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the water permeable pipe 20 is spaced apart from the water passing pipe 30, not attached to each other, thereby forming a mixing zone 60 between the water permeable pipe 20 and the water passing pipe 30. This mixing region also acts to homogenize the water flow so that the water flow passes through the water tube 30 in all directions, maintaining the water pressure balance in all directions. The water passing pipe 30 is uniformly distributed with water passing holes which can be arranged in a staggered way. In order to ensure the efficiency of the water passing, the total area of the water passing holes of the water passing pipe 30 may be set to be not smaller than that of the water passing holes of the water passing pipe 20.
The filter column may further include a coupling portion 50 provided at one end of the filter column to fix the water permeable pipe 20 and the water passing pipe 30 together, maintain a gap therebetween, and prevent water from entering from the one end. The connection part 50 fixes the water permeable pipe 20 and/or the water passing pipe 30 by one or more of pinning, screwing and bonding. The connecting portion 50 may be integrally formed with the fixing permeable pipe and/or the water passing pipe.
The filter columns are generally used in plurality. To mount the filter column to other equipment (e.g., a mounting plate), the other end of the filter column (opposite the end to which the attachment 50 is mounted) may be fitted with a removable fitting 40. The removable adapter 40 is hollow and has one end attached to the conduit 30 and the other end having a connection structure for attaching the filter column to another device, such as by threading, snapping, pinning, etc. As shown in fig. 1, for example, the detachable joint 40 may include a detachable first mount 41 and a second mount 42. The second mounting part 42 is connected with the water pipe 30, and the first mounting part 41 forms a clamping groove after being connected with the second mounting part 42. The clamping slot may secure the filter column to other equipment, such as a mounting plate. The structure of the detachable joint 40 may not be limited thereto.
The hollow structure of the filter column is convenient to clean, and the filter column can be washed from the inside to the outside in the using process to prevent blockage. In addition, the detachable joint is convenient for the installation, the detachment and the replacement of the filter column.
The above description is intended to be exemplary of the present disclosure, and not to limit the scope of the present disclosure, which is defined by the claims appended hereto.
