a light reflecting cup capable of reflecting light;
the light source is assembled in the reflecting cup and can emit the light;

one side of the heat dissipation base is thermally coupled with the reflecting cup;
the refrigerating side of the refrigerating piece is thermally coupled with the other side of the heat dissipation base;
the light source main body is suspended in the cavity, and the refrigerating piece cools the cavity.

8. An epilator as claimed in claim 7, wherein the planar region has an angle of between 5 and 20 degrees with respect to a reference line connecting the centre of the light source and the centre of the second body.
9. The hair removal device of claim 1, wherein said light source is a strip lamp and said reflective cup is a strip reflective cup, said hair removal device comprising:
and the side reflection pieces are arranged at two ends of the reflection cup in the length direction and reflect the light leaked from the two ends of the reflection cup to the light outlet side of the reflection cup.
