The food heat-preservation storage and transportation box further comprises a fixed frame, the edge of the fixed frame is connected with the circumferential inner wall of the heat-preservation storage and transportation box body 21, two fixed frames which are arranged in the shape of the outer circumferential wall of the inner container 4 are arranged on the fixed frame, and the two inner containers 4 are respectively arranged in the fixed frames, so that the expansion part 411 of each inner container 4 is lapped on the fixed frames.
The outer walls of the heat-insulating storage and transportation box body 21 and the heat-insulating storage and transportation box cover 22 are both made of carbon fiber reinforced matrix composite materials, and the carbon fiber reinforced matrix composite materials are composite materials formed by taking carbon fibers or carbon fiber fabrics as reinforcements and taking resin, ceramics, metals, cement, carbon or rubber as matrixes. The aluminum alloy has high specific strength and specific rigidity in a plurality of light-weight materials, has obvious light-weight effect, is lighter than steel materials by 50 percent and lighter than aluminum materials by 30 percent, and is widely applied to aerospace and military products. The adoption of the fiber reinforced composite material can obviously reduce the weight of the food heat-preservation storage box and the food warming box, so that the food heat-preservation storage box and the food warming box are more convenient to transport. The heat-insulating layer is made of polyurethane foam material. The metal is food grade 304 stainless steel material.
The inner container 4 can be quickly taken out by using the hanging lug 412 arranged on the inner container 4.
As shown in fig. 1, the third aspect of the embodiment of the present application relates to a food warming box, which comprises the inner container 4, a warming box body 11 and a warming box cover 12.
The outer walls of the warming box body 11 and the warming box cover 12 are both made of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials, and the heat insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam materials.
An electric heating device is arranged in the warming box cover 12, the warming box body 11 is of a hollow structure, and a heat insulation layer is arranged in the hollow structure; four inner containers 4 are placed in the warming box body 11, and the inner containers 4 are placed side by side and stacked in two layers.
Electric heater unit includes the heater strip, the heater strip laminating is in the inner wall of heating case lid 12, just the heater strip with still be equipped with the reflectance coating between the inner wall of heating case lid 12, the heater strip passes through power source and is connected with the power, and the power can be commercial power or vehicle mounted power, also perhaps is connected with power supply battery through power source.
After the heating device is electrified, the heating device can generate heat to heat the inner container 4 in the box body. The food warming box 1 is internally provided with a temperature sensor and a controller, when the temperature in the warming box body 11 for containing hot food is lower than 75 ℃, the heating warming function is automatically started, so that the warming box body 11 is always at the temperature safe for food. The heating box body 11 is of a hollow structure, and a heat insulation layer is arranged inside the hollow structure; the warming box body 11 is used for placing four inner containers 4.
The heating box body 11 is internally provided with a fixed frame which has the same structure and the same effect as the fixed frame of the food heat-preservation storage and transportation box.
The inner container 4 can be quickly taken out by using the hanging lug 412 arranged on the inner container 4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the backpack for keeping food warm and storing and transporting in four aspects of the present invention comprises the inner container 4, a backpack body and a backpack assembly.
Wherein the knapsack body comprises a knapsack body 31 and a knapsack cover 32; the bag body 31 is a cuboid surrounded by a rectangular bottom surface and 4 side surfaces, the bag cover 32 is the same as the rectangular bottom surface in shape, and the 4 side surfaces respectively comprise an inner layer, a middle heat-insulating layer and an outer layer which are sequentially arranged; two inner containers 4 are stacked up and down in the bag body 31; the backpack assembly comprises a shoulder strap 34 and a waist support 33, and the shoulder strap 34 and the waist support 33 are fixedly arranged on the rear side surface of the bag body 31.
The bag body 31 and the bag cover 32 are closed through a waterproof zipper, and a handle is arranged at the top of the backpack body; the inner layer and the outer layer are both waterproof fabrics.
The inner container 4 is stacked on the bag body 31, the inner container 4 at the top layer can be taken out through the hanging lug 412 arranged on the inner container 4, and the inner container 4 at the bottom part has a certain depth due to the position, so that the inner container 4 is inconvenient to take out by using the hanging lug, and the inner container 4 can be conveniently taken out by using the lifting belt 45.
The food heat-preservation storage and transportation box 2, the food warming box 1 and the food heat-preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3 adopt the same inner containers.
The food heat-preservation storage and transportation box 2 and the food warming box 1 are preferably prepared by adopting a carbon fiber reinforced composite material and polyurethane foam material integrated molding process.
It can be understood that the food heat preservation and storage box 2, the food warming box 1 and the food heat preservation and storage back bag 3 can be applied to different scenes, so that the food heat preservation and storage box 2, the food warming box 1 and the food heat preservation and storage back bag 3 can be used in combination. The requirements of outdoor dining are comprehensively met through combined use. When the meal is eaten in the open air, the hot meal and the hot soup are simultaneously supplied, and the meal is more suitable for the eating habits of people in China. In addition, in cold environment, the hot soup or hot drink can resist severe cold, and the body health and working state of field workers are guaranteed.
The specifications and the models of inner containers adopted in the food warming box 1, the food heat-preservation storage and transportation box 2 and the food heat-preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3 are completely the same, so that the food heat-preservation products are used in a matched mode, the food delivery standardization is realized, and the food warming box is particularly suitable for field dining of large-scale people. In the actual use process, the hot food is quickly placed in the inner container 4 (the temperature of the hot food is ensured to be 80 ℃ or above), then the inner container 4 filled with the hot food is firstly placed in the food warming box 1 or the food heat preservation storage and transportation box 2, transportation is carried out by adopting a transportation tool, and the temperature of the hot food in the inner container 4 is ensured. When the vehicle is not available for running under the condition of complex terrain in the field, the inner container 4 is further transported through the food heat preservation, storage and transportation knapsack 3. The high efficiency and the standardization of the hot food transportation are ensured, and the transportation, the heat preservation and the temperature increase of the hot food are convenient.
Wherein, the heat preservation effect of the food heat preservation storage box 2 is as follows: when the environment temperature is minus 50 ℃ to minus 40 ℃, hot food (more than 80 ℃) is contained for heat preservation for 2 to 3 hours, the food temperature is not lower than 65 ℃, and when the environment temperature is 40 ℃ to 50 ℃, cold food (less than 4 ℃) is contained for heat preservation for 3 to 5 hours, the food temperature is not higher than 10 ℃. The food warming box 1 has the following heat preservation and warming effects: when the temperature in the box body for containing hot food is lower than 75 ℃, the heating function is automatically started, so that the temperature in the box body is always at the food safety temperature. The heat preservation effect of the food heat preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3 is as follows: when the environment temperature is-50 to-40 ℃, the hot food (more than 80 ℃) is held for 0.5 to 1.5 hours, and the temperature of the hot food is not lower than 65 ℃.
In order to realize the heat preservation performance, the heat preservation storage and transportation box body 21 and the heat preservation storage and transportation box cover 22 of the food heat preservation storage and transportation box 2 are both of hollow structures, and a heat preservation layer is arranged in each hollow structure; the temperature increasing box body 11 of the food temperature increasing box 1 is of a hollow structure, and a heat insulating layer is arranged inside the hollow structure; the side surface of the bag body 31 of the food heat-preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3 comprises an inner layer, a middle heat-preservation layer and an outer layer which are arranged in sequence. For heat preservation needs, the product is hollow structure, and is filled with the heat preservation in hollow structure. The contact position of the bottom of the heat-insulating storage and transportation box cover 22 and the heat-insulating storage and transportation box body 21 is embedded with a sealing ring, the contact position of the bottom of the warming box cover 12 and the warming box body 11 is embedded with a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is made of food-grade silica gel materials. The bag body 31 and the bag cover 32 of the food heat preservation and storage knapsack 3 are sealed by a waterproof zipper. There are three ways thermal power can be transmitted: radiation, convection, and conduction. The inner container 4 of this application embodiment can the reflection heat radiation, and the thermal-insulated layer can block thermal conduction, and sealing washer and waterproof zipper can stop the thermal convection to can realize keeping warm for a long time.
For the effective application of space, two inner containers 4 are arranged in the heat-insulating storage and transportation box body 21 side by side; four inner containers 4 are placed in the warming box body 11, the inner containers 4 are placed side by side and stacked in two layers, and the arrangement is that the long edges of the two inner containers 4 are placed adjacently. Two inner containers 4 are stacked up and down in the bag body 31 of the food heat-preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3.
In order to increase the stability during transportation, as shown in fig. 11, a first fixing protrusion 221 is disposed on the insulation storage and transportation box cover 22, and a first fixing groove matched with the first fixing protrusion 221 is disposed on the bottom surface of the insulation storage and transportation box body; as shown in fig. 12, a second fixing protrusion 121 is disposed on the warming box cover 12, and a second fixing groove matched with the second fixing protrusion 121 is disposed on the bottom surface of the warming box body; preferably, the first fixing protrusion and the second protrusion are cross-shaped protrusions; the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove are cross-shaped grooves, and the cross-shaped grooves clamp the cross-shaped convex groove part and are riveted up and down, left and right. The first fixing protrusion 221 and the second fixing protrusion 121 are identical in shape and size, and the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove are identical in shape and size, so that the food heat-preservation storage and transportation box and the food warming box can be clamped and stacked simultaneously, stability in the transportation process is improved, when a vehicle transportation road passes through a bumpy road section, the food heat-preservation storage and transportation box and the food warming box are stacked more stably, and safe supply of food is guaranteed.
The heat-preservation storage and transportation box body 21 is movably connected with the heat-preservation storage and transportation box cover 22 through a hasp; the warming box body 11 and the warming box cover 12 are movably connected through a buckle. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the warming box body 11 and the heat preservation storage and transportation box body 21 are respectively provided with a handle; the warming box body 11 and the heat preservation storage and transportation box body 21 are provided with second concave platforms, handles are arranged in the second concave platforms, and the height of the handles attached to the warming box body 11 or the heat preservation storage and transportation box body 21 is not more than the depth of the second concave platforms.
The hasp, the handle and the tap of food warming box 1 and food heat preservation storage and transport case 2 all integrate in the within range of box outer wall, have reduced the whole volume of food warming box and food heat preservation storage and transport case 2, and the transport is easily more, and difficult emergence is damaged.
In a further preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the application, the intermediate heat-insulating layer of the food heat-insulating storage and transportation knapsack 3 comprises two heat-insulating parts, and the two heat-insulating parts are arranged at intervals; in order to facilitate taking and placing of the inner container 4, the two heat preservation components have a movement range of 5-10 mm in the vertical direction. A first interval area of 40-60 mm is arranged between the two heat preservation components; the two heat preservation components have a moving range of 5-10 mm in the vertical direction. A second interval zone with the width of 40-80 mm is arranged between the lower edges of the heat preservation part and the side surfaces; and a third spacing zone with the width of 40-80 mm is arranged between the upper edges of the heat preservation parts and the side surfaces. As can be seen from fig. 5, the inner container 4 is not vertically as high for easy handling and storage, but is provided with an expanded portion 411 for handling, and in the heat-preservation, storage and transportation knapsack 3, the expanded portion 411 of the lower inner container 4 is provided at a position corresponding to the first compartment, and the expanded portion of the upper inner container 4 is provided at a position corresponding to the third compartment. In order to further increase the heat preservation efficiency of the food heat preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3, a temperature increasing component, a temperature sensor and a power supply are added to the food heat preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3, wherein the temperature increasing component is a strip-shaped temperature increasing belt and is arranged in a second interval zone of three side surfaces except the back surface of the knapsack body 31, and because the back surface part is tightly attached to the back of a user of the food heat preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3 in the using process of the food heat preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3 and has a certain temperature increasing and preserving effect, the strip-shaped temperature increasing belt is arranged in the second interval zone of the three side surfaces except the back surface of the knapsack body 31, and because the power supply is easily influenced by low temperature, the power supply is arranged in the second interval zone of the back surface of the knapsack body 31 and is attached to the back of the user of the food heat preservation storage and transportation knapsack 3, so that the heat preservation effect on batteries is achieved, and the performance of the batteries is prevented from being influenced by low temperature and deteriorated. Furthermore, a temperature sensor is positioned in the center of the rectangular bottom surface.
In summary, the above description will be described with reference to some of the structures of the food warming box, the food warming storage and transportation box, and the food warming storage and transportation knapsack for convenience. The food warming box 1, the food heat preservation and storage box 2 and the food heat preservation and storage knapsack 3 are all independent structures, and inner containers are commonly applied.
Although the present application has been described with reference to preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and many possible variations and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the application.
Claims (10)
1. An inner container, comprising:
the tray body is provided with an accommodating space, and the opening end of the tray body is provided with an expansion part extending outwards;
the edge of the serving tray cover is provided with an outward-turned outer edge, the outer edge is connected with the top of a circumferentially arranged vertical wall, the bottom of the vertical wall is connected with a circumferentially arranged transverse wall which extends towards the center of an area surrounded by the vertical wall, one side of the transverse wall, away from the vertical wall, is provided with a convex part protruding out of the transverse wall, and the distance between the top surface of the convex part and the transverse wall is smaller than the distance between the top edge of the vertical wall and the transverse wall;
part of the edge area of the protruding part is recessed to form a U-shaped recessed area formed by the protruding part and the transverse wall, the bottom edge of the recessed part of the protruding part is connected with the transverse wall, the protruding part is provided with a handle, and two ends of the handle are lapped on the tops of opposite side walls of the recessed area, so that fingers can be placed in the recessed area under the condition that the fingers grab the handle;
the top surface of the bulge is provided with a vent valve;
the fixing buckle is arranged on the side wall of the top of the serving tray body, so that the serving tray cover is fixed at the opening end of the serving tray body through the fixing buckle;
two ends of the lifting belt are respectively lapped on the opposite edges of the expansion part so as to lift the serving tray body through the lifting belt; wherein,
the serving tray cover is covered at the opening end of the serving tray body, the outer edge is lapped on the expansion part, the vertical wall is attached to the inner wall of the serving tray body, and a sealing ring is arranged outside the vertical wall; when the vertical wall is attached to the inner wall of the serving tray body, the sealing ring, the serving tray body and the serving tray cover enclose to form a closed space.
2. An inner container according to claim 1, further comprising two lugs, each of the two lugs being disposed diagonally to the extension portion, and two through holes being disposed diagonally to the extension portion, each of the two lugs being adapted to pass through the through hole and be slidable therein.
3. An inner container according to claim 1, wherein the number of said retaining tabs is two, and two of said retaining tabs are provided separately on the side walls of the serving tray on either side of the top thereof.
4. The inner container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting strap is i-shaped, the i-shaped lifting strap comprising two transverse straps and a vertical strap connecting the two transverse straps, the ends of the transverse straps being bent into a hook shape toward the same side; the lifting belt is made of plastic materials with certain ductility, and the two ends of the transverse belt are correspondingly clamped on the two sides of the expansion part in the width direction of the serving tray body respectively.
5. An insulated food container comprising the inner container of any one of claims 1 to 4, and an insulated container body and an insulated container cover;
the heat-insulation storage and transportation box body and the heat-insulation storage and transportation box cover are both of hollow structures, and a heat-insulation layer is arranged inside each hollow structure; two inner containers are arranged in the heat-preservation storage and transportation box body side by side.
6. The heat-insulating food and storage and transportation box according to claim 5, further comprising a fixing frame, wherein the edge of the fixing frame is connected with the circumferential inner wall of the heat-insulating storage and transportation box body, two fixing frames are arranged on the fixing frame in the shape of the outer circumferential wall of the inner container, and the two inner containers are respectively arranged in the fixing frames, so that the expansion part of the inner container is overlapped on the fixing frames.
7. A food warming box comprising an inner container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and a warming box body and a warming box cover;
an electric heating device is arranged in the warming box cover, the warming box body is of a hollow structure, and a heat insulation layer is arranged in the hollow structure; four inner containers are placed in the warming box body, and the inner containers are placed side by side and stacked in two layers.
8. The food warming box according to claim 7, wherein the electric heating device comprises a heating wire, the heating wire is attached to the inner wall of the warming box cover, a reflecting film is further arranged between the heating wire and the inner wall of the warming box cover, and the heating wire is connected with a power supply through a power interface or connected with a power supply battery through the power interface.
9. A knapsack for heat preservation, storage and transportation of food, characterized in that it comprises the inner container of any one of claims 1 to 4, a knapsack body and a knapsack assembly;
the backpack body comprises a backpack body and a backpack cover; the bag body is a cuboid surrounded by a rectangular bottom surface and 4 side surfaces, the shape of the bag cover is the same as that of the rectangular bottom surface, and the 4 side surfaces respectively comprise an inner layer, a middle heat-insulating layer and an outer layer which are sequentially arranged; two inner containers are stacked up and down in the bag body; the backpack assembly comprises shoulder straps and a waist support, and the shoulder straps and the waist support are fixedly arranged on the rear side face of the bag body.
10. The backpack for heat preservation, storage and transportation of food as claimed in claim 9, wherein the backpack body and the backpack cover are closed by a waterproof zipper, and a handle is provided on the top of the backpack body; the inner layer and the outer layer are both waterproof fabrics.
