In some embodiments, the pressing member 7A3 may not be provided, and at this time, the urging member 9 will directly abut against the elastic member 7A2, and at this time, the elastic member 7A2 also functions to directly receive the force exerted by the urging member 9, and when the force is applied to the elastic member 7A2, the elastic member 7A2 transmits the force to the base portion 7A1.
The second force receiving assembly 7B has substantially the same structure as the first force receiving member 7A, and as shown in fig. 2B, the second force receiving assembly 7B includes a base portion 7B1, an elastic member 7B2 and a pressing member 7B3, the base portion 7B1 may be configured to be fixedly connected with the housing 1, or may be configured to be fixedly connected with the non-driving cap 6, and preferably, the base portion 7B1 is formed integrally with the housing 1 or the non-driving cap 6; likewise, the second force receiving assembly 7B also includes a positioning post 7B4 provided on the base portion 7B1 to position the elastic member 7B 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the urging member 9 provided in the image forming apparatus is movable in the y direction intersecting the x direction, and at least a part of the urging force receiving mechanism 7 reaches the movement path of the urging member 9 in the y direction after the developing cartridge 10 is mounted to the image forming apparatus, and the developing roller 2 is opposed to the photosensitive drum 8 outside the developing cartridge 10, but is not in contact with but in a state of being away from each other. As shown in fig. 3, a center of the base portion 7B1 and a center connecting line AB of the developing roller 2 are located in a z direction intersecting both the x direction and the y direction.
In the case where the pressing member 7B1 is provided in the second force receiving unit 7B, when the urging member 9 moves in the + y direction, the urging member 9 abuts against the pressing members 7A3/7B3, and the urging force of the urging member 9 urges the elastic members 7A2/7B2 to be elastically deformed by the pressing members 7A3/7B3, thereby pushing the base 7A1/7B1 and the casing 1 to move, and the developing roller 2 and the photosensitive drum 8 approach each other and are held in the state of approaching each other by the urging force of the urging member 9. It follows that the urging force exerted by the urging member 9 is not entirely directly applied to the casing 1 by the elastic members 7A2/7B2, but the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are urged first, so that the force urging the developing roller 2 toward the photosensitive drum 8 can be regulated by the elastic members 7A2/7B2, and finally, the contact force between the developing roller 2 and the photosensitive drum 8 is maintained within a suitable range, and the image forming quality of the developing cartridge 10 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, when the urging member 9 applies the urging force to the pressing piece 7A3/7B3, the base portion 7A1/7B1 urges the casing 1 to move by the first lid assembly 5/second lid assembly 6, eventually bringing the developing roller 2 and the photosensitive drum 6 close to each other; that is, regardless of whether the base portions 7A1/7B1 are directly connected to the casing 1 or connected to the first cover assembly 5/the second cover assembly 6, the base portions 7A1/7B1 can always transmit the urging force applied by the urging member 9 to the casing 1, thereby causing the casing 1 to bring the developing roller 2 and the photosensitive drum 6 close to or away from each other.
The elastic members 7A2/7B2 are located on the-y direction side (rear side) of the base portions 7A1/7B1 in the y direction, i.e., the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are further away from the developing roller 2 than the base portions 7A1/7B1, and an accommodating chamber for accommodating the elastic members 7A2/7B2 between the developing roller 2 and the base portions 7A1/7B1 will no longer be required, and the structures of the casing 1, the first cover assembly 5, and the second cover assembly 6 can be simplified; further, when the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are mounted, no part of the rear side of the base portion 7A1/7B1 interferes with the elastic members 7A2/7B2, so that the mounting of the elastic members 7A2/7B2 becomes smoother. When viewed in the z direction, the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are located on the-z direction side of the base portions 7A1/7B1, and likewise, the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are further away from the developing roller than the base portions 7A1/7B1, and also have the above-described advantageous effects.
In some embodiments, the elastic members 7A2/7B2 can be replaced by sponge, rubber or other elastic ribs, and the like, so that the selectable range of the elastic members 7A2/7B2 is greatly expanded.
[ example two ]
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a non-driving end cap according to a second embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a side view of a non-driving end cap according to a second embodiment of the present invention, viewed in a longitudinal direction.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 7A2/7B2 and the pressing member 7A3/7B3 in the force receiving assembly 7A/7B are simplified to be a cantilever that can receive the force and can be elastically deformed after being applied with the force, and thus, the cantilever can be regarded as at least one of the elastic member 7A2/7B2 and the pressing member 7A3/7B 3.
Taking the second force receiving member 7B provided at the non-driving end cap 6 as an example, the structure of the first force receiving member 7A may be identical to that of the second force receiving member 7B.
The second force receiving member 7B includes a base 7B1 fixedly connected to the non-driving end cap 6 and a cantilever 7B5 provided on the base 7B1, the cantilever 7B5 being located on the-y direction side (rear side) of the base 7B1 in the y direction so that the cantilever 7B5 is further away from the developing roller 2 than the base 7B1, or the cantilever 7B5 being located on the-z direction side of the base 7B1 in the z direction, and likewise, the cantilever 7B5 being further away from the developing roller 2 than the base 7B 1.
The force receiving member 7B having the cantilever 7B5 has advantages in addition to the advantages described in the first embodiment, the structure of the cantilever 7B5 is simpler than the structure of the combined body of the elastic member 7B2 and the pressing member 7B3, the manufacturing is facilitated, and the step of mounting the cantilever 7B5 can be omitted when the cantilever 7B5 can also be formed integrally with the base 7B 1.
[ third example ]
Fig. 6 is a state diagram in which a part of the driving end and a part of the non-driving end of the developing cartridge according to the third embodiment of the present invention are separated from the housing at the same time.
On the basis of the above-described first and second embodiments, the base portion 7A1/7B1 in the present embodiment is changed.
With respect to the first force-receiving element 7A, whether the base 7A1 is connected to the housing 1 or to the first cover element 5, the base 7A1 is movable relative to the housing 1/first cover element 5, for example, in a rotational or sliding manner.
Fig. 6 shows a structure in which the base portion 7A1 is rotatably mounted on the driving inner cover 51, wherein the base portion 7A1 and the driving inner cover 51 are combined by means of shaft hole fitting, and in some embodiments, the base portion 7A1 may be further combined with the driving outer cover 52 or the housing 1.
For the second force-receiving element 7B, the base 7B1 can be connected to either the non-driving end cap 6 or the housing 1, but the base 7B1 can also be arranged to move relative to the non-driving end cap 6 or the housing 1, either rotationally or slidably.
When the base 7A1/7B1 is arranged to rotate relative to the housing 1/first cover assembly 5/second cover assembly 6, preferably the axis of rotation of the base 7A1/7B1 is parallel to the x-direction; when the base portion 7A1/7B1 is configured to slide relative to the housing 1/the first cover assembly 5/the second cover assembly 6, it is preferable that the sliding direction of the base portion 7A1/7B1 coincides with the moving direction of the force application member 9, and both of the above configurations are advantageous in that the force applied by the force application member 9 can be quickly and efficiently transmitted to the housing 1.
Understandably, when the base 7A1/7B1 is movably arranged relative to the housing 1 or the first cover assembly 5/the second cover assembly 6, the housing 1 or the first cover assembly 5/the second cover assembly 6 also needs to be provided with a limiting piece for limiting the rotation range of the base 7A1/7B1, and the limiting piece has at least one of the following functions, firstly, the limiting piece can be used for preventing the base 7A1/7B1 from falling off; in the second aspect, the base portion 7A1/7B1 can transmit the acting force applied by the force application member 9 to the housing 1 through the restriction member, so that the housing 1 drives the developing roller 2 to approach or separate from the photosensitive drum 8; in the third aspect, when the instantaneous force applied to the base portion 7A1/7B1 by the urging member 9 is excessive, the base portion 7A1/7B1 needs to move a certain distance to abut against the restricting member, and therefore, the rotatable base portion 7A1/7B1 can play a role of cushioning for the base portion 7A1/7B1 while preventing the base portion 7A1/7B1 from being broken or broken.
In summary, the elastic members 7A2/7B2 in the force receiving mechanism are arranged such that the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are each further from the developing roller 2 than the base portion 7A1/7B1 in the y direction or the z direction, whereby the following advantageous effects can be produced:
1. no matter the shell 1 or the first cover assembly 5/the second cover assembly 6 is provided with a containing cavity for containing an elastic piece, the structures of the shell 1 and the first cover assembly 5/the second cover assembly 6 can be simplified, and the manufacturing precision requirement can be reduced;
2. the elastic members 7A2/7B2 are not interfered by other parts of the developing cartridge during the mounting process, and thus, the mounting efficiency of the elastic members 7A2/7B2 can be improved;
3. the material of the elastic member 7A2/7B2 can be selected in various ways, for example, the elastic member 7A2/7B2 can be a compression spring, or a sponge, rubber, elastic rib, etc., and the volume of the elastic member 7A2/7B2 can also be conveniently adjusted according to the design requirement, thus, the design freedom of the elastic member 7A2/7B2 is high.
4. When the cantilever 7B5 is a kind of elastic member, the structure of the force receiving assembly can be simplified, and further, when the cantilever 7B5 is formed integrally with the housing 1 or the first cover assembly 5/second cover assembly 6, the structure of the force receiving assembly becomes simpler, and the mounting step of the cantilever 7B5 can be omitted.
