Detailed Description
The nail gun 100 shown in fig. 1 to 2 includes: a housing 11, a power take-off 12, a cylinder 13 and a cartridge assembly 14. The housing 11 includes a first accommodating space 111 formed to extend along the first straight line 101, and a second accommodating space 112 formed to extend along the second straight line 102. Wherein the power output portion 12 is disposed in the first accommodation space 111, and the cylinder 13 is disposed in the second accommodation space 112. The cylinder 13 is provided with a firing assembly 15, and the firing assembly 15 is pushed to move to drive nails by applying work through the gas in the cylinder 13. The cartridge clip assembly 14 is used to store staples which can be driven out by the firing assembly 15. The housing 11 is also formed with a grip portion 113 that can be gripped by a user. One end of the handle portion 113 is connected to a power interface for receiving a dc or ac power. The handle portion 113 is provided with a main switch 113a, and the user controls the on/off of the nail gun 100 through the main switch 113 a. In the present embodiment, a battery pack is connected to the power source interface.
As an implementation, the power take-off 12 has a first plane of symmetry 103, the power take-off 12 being arranged substantially symmetrically with respect to the first plane of symmetry 103. The cylinder 13 has a second plane of symmetry 104, the cylinder 13 being arranged substantially symmetrically with respect to the second plane of symmetry 104. Wherein the first 103 and second 104 symmetry planes are substantially parallel or substantially coincident. In one implementation, a predetermined distance L is provided between the first symmetry plane 103 and the second symmetry plane 104. Wherein L is not less than 0 and not more than 15mm. In one embodiment, L is 0mm or more and 14mm or less, or L is 0mm or more and 13mm or less. In fact, L may be set to any value of 12mm, 11mm, 10mm, and 10mm or less. In order to achieve the above technical solution, the present invention further provides a driving member 16, wherein the first symmetrical surface 103 of the power output portion 12 substantially coincides with the second symmetrical surface 104 of the cylinder 13 or is within a preset distance range. The drive member 16 will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the power output part 12 includes a motor 121, a gear box 122, and a driving shaft 123 connected to the gear box 122, wherein the motor 121 outputs a driving force to the gear box 122, and the gear box 122 transmits the driving force to the driving shaft 123. A drive member 16 is also disposed between the firing assembly 15 and the drive shaft 123. The driver 16 can drive the firing assembly 15 to move for firing a nail. In one embodiment, the driver 16 has an extension plane, in which the driver 16 extends substantially. Which is substantially parallel to or coincides with the aforementioned first 103 or second 104 plane of symmetry. In one implementation, the distance between the extension surface and the first symmetry surface 103 or the second symmetry surface 104 is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 10mm. With the arrangement, in a width direction perpendicular to the first symmetrical surface 103 or the second symmetrical surface 104, the power output part 12, the handle and the driving member 16 of the nail gun 100 occupy a smaller dimension in the width direction, so that the whole structure of the nail gun 100 is more compact and convenient for a user to operate.
In one implementation, the firing assembly 15 includes a drivable striker 151, a drivable first driving tooth 151a is formed on the striker 151, and a second driving tooth 161 capable of cooperating with the first driving tooth 151a is formed on the driver 16. When the first driving tooth 151a is engaged with the second driving tooth 161 and drives the striker 151 to move, the gas in the cylinder 13 can be compressed to enter the next nailing cycle. In fact, the driving shaft 123 is formed with a first transmission tooth 123a, and the driving member 16 is also formed with a second transmission tooth 162 engaged with the first transmission tooth 123a, and the second transmission tooth 162 can be engaged with the first transmission tooth 123a to transmit the power from the gear box 122. The first transmission teeth 123a and the second transmission teeth 162 have a single bevel gear structure, so that the transmission direction of the force can be changed, and the dimension of the nail gun 100 in the width direction is not increased by the presence of the driver 16.
As shown in fig. 5, the cylinder 13 includes a charging nozzle 131 for pre-charging the cylinder 13 with gas, as one implementation. After the cylinder 13 is pre-charged with gas with a certain pressure, the driving member 16 drives the firing assembly 15 to compress the gas, and the gas has an acceleration when doing work to perform nailing, so that the firing assembly 15 has a larger striking force. It is understood that the cylinder 13 is disposed within a predetermined spatial range due to the volume of the nail gun 100 itself. The present embodiment also provides a large volume cylinder 13 without increasing the volume of the nail gun 100. Specifically, the cylinder 13 includes a main body portion 132 provided in the second accommodation space 112 and a heteromorphic portion 133 provided in the handle space. The contoured portion 133 is a portion of the cylinder 13 that is in at least partial communication with the main body portion 132. It will be appreciated that the handle portion 113, as a component that can be gripped by a user to operate the nail gun 100, is itself configured to have a certain structural strength, and the handle portion 113 is also provided with a small number of routing and control components to facilitate user control of the nail gun 100. Thus, the grip portion 113 is actually provided with a third accommodation space 113b for accommodating the irregularly shaped portion 133 of the cylinder 13. The second accommodation space 112 is at least partially communicated with the third accommodation space 113b. The shaped portion 133 is arranged to be distributed substantially along the direction of the inner space of the handle portion 113. Optionally, the shaped portion 133 is further arranged to extend substantially in the direction of the third line 105. The direction of the third line 105 intersects the direction of the first line 101. As one implementation, the main body portion 132 and the special-shaped portion 133 of the cylinder 13 may be formed separately and integrated by post-welding, or may be integrally formed. Through setting up dysmorphism portion 133, can the inside space of effectual utilization nail rifle 100 casing 11, increase the space of cylinder 13 self to make and to hold more gas in the cylinder 13, make the gas in the cylinder 13 in to doing work the in-process outward, can output bigger hitting power. In fact, by providing the special-shaped portion 133, the main body of the cylinder 13 can occupy a smaller second accommodating space 112 while ensuring a certain striking force of the nail gun 100, so that the size of the housing occupied in the direction of the first straight line 101 can be reduced, thereby making the nail gun 100 more compact as a whole and providing a better user operation experience. Indeed, in some alternative embodiments, the ratio of the volume of the main body portion 132 to the volume of the shaped portion 133 is greater than or equal to 0.5 and less than 2, so that the main body portion 132 occupies less space.
As an implementation manner, the cylinder 13 may also be configured to have a structure with an inner cylinder body and an outer cylinder body (not shown). It can be understood that when the double-deck cylinder 13 is provided, the gas in the inner and outer two-deck cylinders 13 communicates. While the firing assembly 15 disposed in the inner cylinder 13 has a smaller contact area with the gas in the cylinder 13 when being driven to compress the gas or being driven by the gas acting, so that the variation value of the gas pressure in the cylinder 13 is smaller, and the striking force output by the gas in the cylinder 13 is smoother, which also makes the nail gun 100 have better operation experience.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, as one implementation manner, the nail gun 100 further includes a connecting seat 17 capable of being connected with the air cylinder 13, specifically, the connecting seat 17 is formed with an internal thread structure, the air cylinder 13 is formed with an external thread structure, and the connecting seat 17 and the air cylinder 13 form a detachable connection through the cooperation of the internal thread structure and the external thread structure. Firing assembly 15 includes a piston 152 that is engageable with cylinder 13, and connecting base 17 defines a first through-hole 171 through which firing assembly 15 passes. In fact, the opening of the cylinder 13 for the piston 152 to pass through communicates with the first through hole 171, that is, after the cylinder 13 is connected with the connecting seat 17, the cylinder 13 and the connecting seat 17 form a through whole body, so that the piston 152 can move within the through section. In fact, the cylinder 13 and the connecting seat 17 are integrally formed to be communicated with each other, and is divided by the piston 152 and includes the first space 134 and the second space 135. The first space 134 is a relatively closed space formed by one end of the piston 152 near the cylinder 13. It will be appreciated that the piston 152 encloses the first space 134. The second space 135 is a relatively open space formed at an end of the piston 152 adjacent to the connecting seat 17. When the piston 152 moves from the second space 135 to the first space 134, the gas in the first space 134 is compressed, when the firing assembly 15 is released, the gas in the first space 134 applies work to the outside to push the piston 152 so that the firing assembly 15 can strike nails, and at the same time, the gas in the second space 135 is compressed rapidly and needs to be discharged rapidly to prevent the gas in the second space 135 from being compressed to generate a reaction force on the piston 152, thereby preventing the striking force of the firing assembly 15 from being reduced. Meanwhile, since the gas in the second space 135 is rapidly discharged, it generates a large noise by absorbing friction or vibration with the discharge port.
As one implementation manner, the connecting base 17 is provided with an exhaust port 172 for rapidly exhausting the gas in the second space 135. The exhaust ports 172 are uniformly distributed around the lower end of the connecting seat 17, and when the piston 152 moves to the connecting seat 17, a predetermined gap is further provided between the piston 152 and the exhaust ports 172. In some alternative embodiments, the ratio of the area occupied by the exhaust port 172 to the area of the piston 152 is equal to or greater than 0.25. In fact, the connecting seat 17 is further provided with a cushion 173, when the piston 152 moves to the connecting seat 17 at a high speed, the piston 152 contacts the cushion 173 and can counteract a portion of kinetic energy, so as to prevent the piston 152 or the connecting seat 17 from being damaged due to the direct collision of the piston 152 with the connecting seat 17.
As another implementation, as shown in fig. 8, a first magnetic member 152a is disposed in the piston 152, and a second magnetic member 174 is disposed in the cushion 173. The first magnetic member 152a and the second magnetic member 174 are disposed to face each other with the same magnetic pole. When the piston 152 moves rapidly to the cushion 173, a large reaction force is generated between the piston 152 and the cushion 173 due to the buffering action of the magnetic force of the first and second magnetic members 152a and 174, so that the velocity of the piston 152 is rapidly reduced to a predetermined range, and the collision between the piston 152 and the cushion 173 is relieved. It will be appreciated that the magnetic force of the first and second magnetic members 152a, 174 is set within a predetermined range that does not affect the striking force of the firing assembly 15 when striking a nail. When the first and second magnetic members 152a and 174 are provided, the need for the buffering function of the buffering pad 173 itself is reduced due to the buffering function by the magnetic force, and the buffering pad 173 can be designed to be thinner, thereby saving materials. In addition, due to the buffering action of the first and second magnetic members 152a and 174, the speed of the piston 152 moving to a position close to the buffering pad 173 is reduced, the friction with the gas in the second space 135 is reduced, and the noise effect is reduced, so that the noise problem of the nail gun 100 during the nailing process can be reasonably solved.
As shown in fig. 9-10, when the first drive tooth 151a on the striker 151 engages the second drive tooth 161 on the driver 16, the driver 16 can drive the firing assembly 15 to compress the gas in the cylinder 13 to do work, thereby causing the nail gun 100 to enter the next nailing cycle. As an implementation, the driver 16 comprises a driving portion 164 provided with second driving teeth 161 and a relief portion 163 provided as a continuously distributed circumferential portion. The driving portion 164 is used for driving the firing assembly 15 to compress the gas in the cylinder 13, and the releasing portion 163 can allow the gas in the cylinder 13 to do work outwards to drive the firing assembly 15 to nail. When the driver 16 drives the firing assembly 15 in the first direction until the last tooth of the second drive tooth 161 engages the lowermost tooth of the first drive tooth 151a, the nail gun 100 enters the cocked stage, wherein if the driver 16 continues to rotate, it rotates to the release portion 163, wherein the second drive tooth 161 disengages from the first drive tooth 151 a. The lowermost tooth of the first drive tooth 151a is defined herein as the locking tooth 151b, and when the nail gun 100 is in the cocked stage, the last tooth of the second drive tooth 161 remains engaged with the locking tooth 151b only through one contact surface, not actually inter-tooth engagement. In this case, the lock teeth 151b are required to withstand the force accumulated in the cylinder 13 in the cocked state of the nail gun 100, and at the instant of firing, there is a process of rolling friction between the last tooth of the second driving tooth 161 and the lock teeth 151b, which further increases the wear of the lock teeth 151 b. As one implementation, a rolling friction member is provided on the locking teeth 151 b.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, the rolling friction member includes a rotation shaft 151c provided on the locking teeth 151b and a roller 151d connected to the rotation shaft 151 c. The rotation shaft 151c is fixedly coupled to or integrally formed with the first driving gear 151 a. The rotation shaft 151c is provided at both sides of the tooth surface of the first driving tooth 151a, and the roller 151d can freely rotate around the rotation shaft 151 c. More specifically, the radius of the roller 151d is equal to or greater than the length of a line connecting the tooth tip of the locking tooth 151b from the axis of the rotating shaft 151 c. Thus, when the staple gun 100 is cocked, the last tooth of the second driving tooth 162 actually engages the roller 151d and generates a force by pressing against the roller 151d. When the nail gun 100 is in the firing state, rolling friction is generated between the last tooth of the second transmission tooth 162 and the roller 151d, so that the interaction force therebetween is greatly reduced, and the wear of the locking tooth 151b is alleviated. As one implementation, the locking teeth 151b are not limited to the teeth at the lowermost end of the first driving teeth 151a, but may be disposed at any position of the first driving teeth 151a without limitation.
It is understood that the striker 151 may be provided with no locking teeth but only a coupling portion for coupling the rotational shaft and the roller, thereby also achieving locking of the first driving teeth 151a and enabling rolling friction between the roller and the first driving teeth 151 a. More specifically, the rotational shaft may be provided to be rotatably coupled to the coupling portion so as to be rotated in synchronization with the rotational shaft when the roller is mounted to the rotational shaft. Or the rotating shaft and the connecting part form a fixed connection, and the roller and the rotating shaft form a rotating connection and can freely rotate around the rotating shaft.
As an alternative embodiment, the cylinder 13 may be a single-layer cylinder 13. When the radius of the cylinder 13 is set to be equal to or greater than 21mm and equal to or less than 24mm, and the volume is set to be equal to or greater than 180ml and equal to or less than 260ml, the stroke of the piston 152 in the cylinder 13 can be set to be equal to or greater than 82mm and equal to or less than 105mm, so as to ensure that the nail gun 100 has a certain striking force, the height occupied by the cylinder 13 in the longitudinal direction is small, and the efficiency of the cylinder 13 is maintained at a preferable level.
As an alternative embodiment, a pressure sensor may also be provided in the cylinder 13. The nail gun 100 further comprises a detection device and an alarm device, wherein the pressure sensor and the detection device are electrically connected, and the detection device can identify and judge the pressure value monitored by the pressure sensor. Alarm device and detection device constitute electric connection, and when gas in cylinder 13 was compressed to waiting to fire the state, pressure sensor detected the pressure value and transmitted to detection device when, and the discovery pressure value is less than a default, and detection device exports an electric signal to alarm device this moment, reminds the user that the gas in cylinder 13 this moment is in the undervoltage state, and the user can in time shut down in order to aerify cylinder 13. As an implementation manner, the alarm device may be configured as a display interface, which displays that the cylinder 13 is in a low-pressure state; as another implementation, the alarm device may be configured as an alarm to remind the user that the cylinder 13 is in the low pressure state. In fact, the alarm device can be any device with warning or reminding effect, and is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the nailer 100 is further provided with a shutdown switch, which is in telecommunication connection with the detection device. When the gas in the cylinder 13 is under-voltage, the detection device outputs an electrical signal to the stop switch, and the stop switch automatically controls the power-off of the nail gun 100, so that the nail gun 100 cannot be started. It will be appreciated that when the gas in the cylinder 13 is under-pressurized, the firing assembly 15 cannot output sufficient striking force when the gas is doing work, resulting in a stronger impact of the drive teeth between the striker 151 and the drive wheel, resulting in faster damage to the striker 151 or the transmission assembly. The nail gun 100 further comprises a hall switch electrically connected to the detection device. The Hall switch can control the drive circuit to be powered off, and when the shutdown switch does not sense the shutdown signal, the Hall switch can effectively sense the signal transmitted by the detection device and control the drive circuit to be powered off.
Fig. 12 to 13 show a nail gun according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which shows only the cylinder 21, the striker 22, and the transmission portion, and the nail gun according to the present embodiment is different from the nail gun according to the first embodiment in the structure of the striker 22 and the transmission structure of the transmission portion, and the same points as those in the first embodiment are applied to the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the striker 22 includes a first drive tooth 221 and a second drive tooth 222, wherein the first drive tooth 221 and the second drive tooth 222 are substantially symmetrically distributed about a central axis of the striker 22. Between the gear box 25 and the striker 22 a first drive wheel 23 and a second drive wheel 24 are arranged, wherein the first drive wheel 23 is arranged to cooperate with the first drive teeth 221 and the second drive wheel 24 is arranged to cooperate with the second drive teeth 222. Through the design, when the striker 22 is driven by the driving wheel, the driving force acting on the striker 22 is effectively dispersed to the first driving tooth 221 and the second driving tooth 222, so that the abrasion degree of the first driving tooth 221 and the second driving tooth 222 can be effectively reduced, the volume of the striker 22 is reduced on the basis, the movement of the striker 22 is more stable, and the nailing effect of the nail gun is better. In fact, the first driving wheel 23 and the second driving wheel 24 are respectively arranged perpendicularly to the extension plane of the striker 22 itself, which enables the cylinder 21, the power take-off and the handle to be simultaneously located within a preset distance of one plane. Through setting up the dual drive tooth structure, striker 22 is under the prerequisite of maintaining a preset structural strength, and whole volume reduces to make the firing subassembly bulk reduction on the whole, under such prerequisite, the firing subassembly can be suitable for the cylinder 21 that the size is littleer, thereby the effectual appearance that optimizes the nail rifle, makes the nail rifle more be convenient for the operator to operate.
More specifically, the first drive wheel 23 includes a first drive tooth (not shown) and a third drive tooth 231, and the second drive wheel 24 includes a second drive tooth 241 and a fourth drive tooth 242, wherein the third drive tooth 231 is engaged with the first drive tooth 221 and the fourth drive tooth 242 is engaged with the second drive tooth 222. The gear box 25 is further connected to or provided with a drive shaft 251, the drive shaft 251 is provided with a third driving gear 252, and the third driving gear 252 is engaged with the first and second driving gears 241, so as to drive the first and second driving wheels 23 and 24 to rotate simultaneously, and the first and second driving wheels 23 and 24 drive the striker 22 to move simultaneously.
Fig. 14 shows a nail gun in a third embodiment of the present invention, which shows only a firing assembly 31 and a transmission portion, and the nail gun in the present embodiment is different from that in the first embodiment in the structure of the firing assembly 31 and the transmission structure of the transmission portion, and the same points as those in the first embodiment are applied to the present embodiment. In this embodiment, the firing assembly 31 includes a striker 311, and the striker 311 includes a first drive tooth 311a and a second drive tooth 311b, wherein the first drive tooth 311a and the second drive tooth 311b are substantially symmetrically distributed about a central axis of the striker 311. Between the gear box 34 and the striker 311a first drive wheel 32 and a second drive wheel 33 are arranged, wherein the first drive wheel 32 is arranged to cooperate with the first drive teeth 311a and the second drive wheel 33 is arranged to cooperate with the second drive teeth 311 b. With the above-described design, when the striker 311 is driven by the drive wheel, the driving force acting on the striker 311 is effectively distributed to the first drive tooth 311a and the second drive tooth 311b, so that the degree of wear of the first drive tooth 311a and the second drive tooth 311b can be effectively reduced. In fact, the first driving wheel 32 and the second driving wheel 33 are respectively arranged in parallel with the extension plane of the striker 311 itself, which enables the transmission assembly to directly drive the striker 311, so that a stronger driving force can be obtained and the wear of the striker 311 and the first and second driving teeth 311a and 311b is reduced.
