Description

本实用新型涉及一种骨科用变径钻头。
目前,在骨科手术中所使用的钻头均为工业用标准钻头,其钻头和钻柄为等径结构,与其配合使用时钻具均采用手摇钻或者工业用手电钻,其夹装钻头的方式均采用现在工业上通用的卡爪式钻夹头来装夹,由于受其结构所限,卡爪内易存骨屑等脏物,自洁性较差,且不易清洗、消毒、灭菌,很难达到所规定的无菌无毒等医用标准。
本实用新型的目的正是针对上述现有技术中所存在的问题而设计的一种与另案申请的具有装夹方便、易于消毒、自洁性好的骨科专用手机配套使用的骨科用变径钻头。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:本骨科用变径钻头包括钻头及钻柄部分,钻头和钻柄为不等径结构,在钻头与钻柄之间加工有过渡段。
在本实用新型中,钻柄的直径为φ2.35mm,也可以为φ3mm,钻头与钻柄之间的过渡段为锥形过渡段,钻头材质选用耐腐蚀的刃具钢。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点在于:由于本实用新型的钻头和钻柄为不等径结构,且各种尺寸钻头的钻柄直径为φ2.35mm,或者为φ3mm两种尺寸,即国际统一标准,可与另案审报的无夹头骨科用手机配套使用,一次插装定位,改变了钻头的装夹方式,简化了手机的整体结构,克服了现有技术中自洁性差的缺陷,改善了灭菌性,提高了手术的定位精度,本变径钻头装卸方便,可以采用任何医疗限度方式消毒,由于钻头材质选用耐腐蚀的刃具钢,永不腐蚀,从而大大延长了钻头的使用寿命。
