Specifically, the first locking portion 13 may be a tooth, and the second locking portion 111 may be a round bar, and when the second locking portion 111 is in the locking position, it is locked at a tooth space of the tooth, the width of the tooth space being equal to the diameter of the round bar.
Furthermore, the two ends of the housing 112 are provided with extension sections, and the extension sections are clamped between the locking plate 14 and the handle 1 to assist in limiting the housing 112, so as to prevent the housing 112 from being separated from the key slot 12.
The movable end 1132 of the pressing part 113 on the push-pull key 11 is pressed into the key slot 12, the pair of extension plates 114 connected to the bottom of the movable end 1132 moves downward, the second clamping part 111 at the bottom of the extension plate 114 moves downward along with the extension plate 114, and further moves away from the first clamping part 13 on the clamping plate 14 to reach an unlocking position, at this time, the push-pull key 11 in the key slot 12 is pushed forward or backward, so that the push-pull key 11 can slide, the first connecting rod 5 moves forward or backward along with the movement of the push-pull key 11 to drive the second joint 42 and the third joint 43 to rotate, so that the hook body 3 rotates, after the rotation angle required by operation is met, the pressing part 113 on the push-pull key 11 is released, the second clamping part 111 on the extension plate 114 automatically bounces up to be clamped with the corresponding first clamping part 13 on the clamping plate 14, so as to enter a corresponding clamping position, so that the push-pull key 11 is self-locked, the hook body and the long rod 11 are fixed at the corresponding angle, and the long rod 11 is adjusted. It should be noted that, the direction of movement of the first link 5 toward the second joint 42 is referred to herein as forward, and the direction of movement of the first link 5 away from the second joint 42 is referred to herein as backward.
Alternatively, both ends of the second locking portion 111 are rotatably connected to the pair of extension plates 114, respectively. When the pressing part 113 of the push-pull key 11 is pressed, both ends of the second locking part 111 are rotatably connected to the extension plate 114, so that the second locking part 111 can roll along the first locking part 13, and can enter the next locking position under the guidance of the first locking part 13, thereby saving labor.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 10, the push-pull key 11 further includes a transmission plate 115 disposed at an interval from the pair of extension plates 114, the transmission plate 115 is sequentially hinged to the housing 112, the first connecting rod 5 and the handle 1, a long hole 1151 is disposed on the transmission plate 115, and the transmission plate 115 is slidably hinged to the housing 112 through the long hole 1151. The movement of the push-pull key 11 is transmitted to the first connecting rod 5 through the transmission plate 115, so that the push-pull key 11 is pushed to further control the moving distance of the first connecting rod 5, and the control of the internal elements of the handle 1 is transferred to the outside, thereby facilitating the operation. The long hole 1151 provides a moving space for the rotation of the transmission plate 115, so that the push-pull key 11 can be always kept at the same height when the transmission plate 115 rotates, and the influence of the transmission plate 115 on the movement track of the push-pull key 11 is avoided. Further, the driving plates 115 have a pair, respectively disposed on both sides of the locking plate 14, to reinforce the connection.
Optionally, the electric hook provided in this embodiment further includes a rotating wheel 8, one end of the rotating wheel 8 is fixedly connected to one end of the long rod 2 close to the handle 1, and the other end is rotatably connected to one end of the handle 1; the push-pull key 11 further comprises a movable block 116, the movable block 116 is in threaded connection with the periphery of one end of the first connecting rod 5 through an adjusting nut, and the movable block 116 is hinged to the transmission plate 115. Through runner 8 drives 2 are along circumferential direction, 2 drive of stock link mechanism 4 rotate, and then realize coupler body 3 is followed runner 8 rotates, with operator manual rotation 1 drive 3 of coupler body rotate and compare, when 8 relative handle 1 of runner control coupler body 3 rotated, the rotation precision was controlled more easily. Furthermore, scales can be marked on the rotating wheel 8, and each scale corresponds to the rotating angle of the hook body 3, so that the rotating precision of the hook body 3 can be controlled conveniently. The shape of the runner 8 is not further limited herein, and may be a cone or a cylinder.
Optionally, a wire is arranged at one end of the first connecting rod 5 close to the movable block 116, and the wire power supply is connected to supply power to the electric hook, so that the hook body 3 can generate high-frequency and high-voltage current to heat the tissue, and the tissue is separated and coagulated, thereby achieving the cutting and hemostatic effects.
The working principle is as follows:
pressing the movable end 1132 of the pressing portion 113 to drive the second locking portion 111 on the extension plate 114 to leave the current locking position, and then pushing the push-pull key 11 forward or backward, the transmission plate 115 transmits the motion of the push-pull key 11 to the first link 5, the first link 5 moves forward or backward along with the push-pull key 11, and then the first link 5 drives the second joint 42 to rotate around the first joint 41, the second link 6 drives the third joint 43 to rotate around the second joint 42, and finally the hook body 3 rotates relative to the long rod 2, when the rotation angle of the hook body 3 meets the operation requirement, the movable end 1132 is released, so that the second locking portion 111 automatically pops up, and the corresponding first locking portion 13 on the locking plate 14 is locked, and the self-locking of the push-pull key 11 is realized. When the hook body 3 needs to rotate along the circumferential direction of the long rod 2, the angle of the rotating wheel 8 is adjusted.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. This need not be, nor should it be exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
