Abstract

Technical Field
The application relates to a wire fixing device and a wire arranging device comprising the same.
Background
With the continuous development of automobile technology, more and more signal cables, power supply cables and other conducting wires are installed on vehicles. These wires can be fixed in a specific position by means of fixing means and collating means so that they follow a specific path.
At present, the wire fixing device made of plastic has the advantages of light weight, low cost and the like, and is wide in application range, but the plastic part is easily deformed and cracked due to extrusion of external force, the plastic part easily becomes a loss part in the automatic assembly process of a production line, and the wire can be damaged in the process, so that extra loss is caused.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application aims at providing a wire fixing device with a stopping part and an arranging device comprising the wire fixing device, so that the probability of damage caused by uneven pressure in the assembling process is reduced, and extra loss is avoided. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a lead fixing device 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
a rotating part 1 and a receiving part 2, wherein the rotating part 1 is provided with a first connecting end 10 and a first movable end 11; the accommodating part 2 is provided with a second connecting end 20 and a second movable end 21;
wherein,
the first connection end 10 and the second connection end 20 are connected to each other;
in the accommodated state, the second movable end 21 accommodates the first movable end 11 and keeps a closed state, and the rotating part 1 and the accommodating part 2 form an accommodating space 3 for accommodating a lead;
the first movable end 11 or the second movable end 21 has a stopper 4 for restricting a position at which the first movable end 11 is received by the second movable end 21.
The lead fixing device is provided with a stopping part 4, so that the device body and the lead are prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the rotating part 1 is pressed into the accommodating part 2 too much because of uneven stress in the mechanical automatic assembly process.
Referring to fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second movable end 21 has a locking portion 210, the locking portion 210 has a locking portion 212 and a locking end 214 opposite to the locking portion 212, the locking portion 212 and the locking end 214 form a locking groove 211, and the stopping portion 4 is located on the other two sides of the locking groove 211. Here, a plane S1 is defined, and in the accommodated state, a downward plane of the first movable end 11, that is, a plane opposite to the second movable end 21 is the movable plane S1. The movable plane S1 has a latch protrusion 111 thereon, the latch portion 210 receives the latch protrusion 111, and the stop portion 4 contacts with or does not contact with a portion of the movable plane S1 adjacent to the latch protrusion 111. In this embodiment, when the rotating part 1 is pressed into the accommodating part 2, the step-shaped stopping parts 4 on both sides contact the first movable end 11 together in a contact or non-contact manner, so as to effectively prevent the rotating part 1 from being pressed into the accommodating part 2 too much to cause deformation and fracture of the device body or damage of the lead.
According to a specific embodiment of the present application, not shown, the stopping portion 4 is located at the first movable end 11, the stopping portion 4 has at least one protrusion, the second movable end 21 has a buckling portion 210, and an end of the buckling portion 210 has a stopping groove for accommodating the protrusion of the stopping portion 4. The stop portion 4 may be provided at an end portion of the first movable end 11, and also effectively prevents the rotating portion 1 from being pressed into the accommodating portion 2 too much to cause deformation and breakage of the apparatus body or damage to the lead.
Referring to fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting end 10 and the second connecting end 20 are integrally formed elastic plastic sheets, the rotating portion 1 rotates around a connecting centerline and is received in the receiving portion 2, the two sides of the connecting centerline are provided with symmetrical step-shaped first auxiliary portions 101 and second auxiliary portions 201, and in the receiving state, the first auxiliary portions 101 and the second auxiliary portions 201 are in contact with each other or not in contact with each other. The first connecting end 10 and the second connecting end 20 are connected by an integrally formed plastic sheet, and the plastic has certain elasticity and toughness, so that the method does not need additional structural design, has simple process and low cost, and can realize the purpose of the technical scheme. The first and second auxiliary portions 101 and 201 are designed to prevent the first and second connection terminals 10 and 20 from being broken due to excessive bending, and to have a stop function of the auxiliary stop portion 4.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application provides a wire arranging device 2000, which includes the wire fixing device 1000 and the guiding portion 5, wherein the guiding portion 5 guides the arranging path of the wires to be laid along a specific path.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the guiding portion 5 has a limiting portion 50, the limiting portion 50 has a stopping portion 501 and an elastic portion 502, the stopping portion 501 limits the lead to be located in the guiding portion 5, the elastic portion 502 elastically deforms outward when the lead is pressed into the guiding portion 5, and the elastic portion 502 automatically resets when the lead is completely pressed into the guiding portion 5.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic portion 502 has an inward hook-shaped protrusion. The hook-shaped protrusion of the elastic portion 501 cooperates with the stop portion 501 to limit the lead in the guiding portion 5, so that the lead is not easy to be separated from the routing path.
Referring to fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present application, the elastic portion 502 is located at a middle position of the guiding portion 5.

Claims (10)
1. A lead fixation device (1000) comprising,
a rotating part (1) and a housing part (2),
the rotating part (1) is provided with a first connecting end (10) and a first movable end (11);
the accommodating part (2) is provided with a second connecting end (20) and a second movable end (21);
wherein,
the first connection end (10) and the second connection end (20) are connected to each other;
in the accommodating state, the second movable end (21) accommodates the first movable end (11) and keeps a closed state, and the rotating part (1) and the accommodating part (2) form an accommodating space (3) for accommodating a lead;
the first movable end (11) or the second movable end (21) has a stopper (4) for limiting a position at which the first movable end (11) is received by the second movable end (21).

The lead wire fixing device (1000) according to claim 1, wherein the second movable end (21) has a buckle portion (210), the buckle portion (210) has a step-shaped stop portion (4), in the accommodated state, the buckle portion (210) accommodates the first movable end (11), and the stop portion (4) at least partially abuts against or does not abut against a movable plane (S1) of the first movable end (11) opposite to the second movable end (21).

The wire fixing device (1000) according to claim 2, wherein the latch portion (210) has a latch locking portion (212) and a latch end (214) opposite to the latch locking portion (212), the latch locking portion (212) and the latch end (214) form a latch recess (211), and the stopping portion (4) is located on the other two sides of the latch recess (211).

A wire fixing device (1000) according to claim 2, wherein in the receiving state, the movable plane (S1) has a snap projection (111), the snap portion (210) receives the snap projection (111), and the stop portion (4) contacts with or without abutting against a portion of the movable plane (S1) adjacent to the snap projection (111).

7. A wire organizing device (2000) comprising the wire fixing device (1000) according to any one of claims 1-6, and a guide portion (5), the guide portion (5) guiding a routing path of the wire.

The wire arranging device (2000) according to claim 7, wherein the guiding portion (5) has a limiting portion (50), the limiting portion (50) has a stopping portion (501) and an elastic portion (502), the stopping portion (501) limits the wire to be located in the guiding portion (5), the elastic portion (502) is elastically deformed outward when the wire is pressed into the guiding portion (5), and the elastic portion (502) automatically resets when the wire is completely pressed into the guiding portion (5).
