Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Certain terms are used throughout the description and following claims to refer to particular components. As one of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate, manufacturers may refer to a component by different names. The present specification and claims do not intend to distinguish between components that differ in name but not function. In the following description and in the claims, the terms "include" and "comprise" are used in an open-ended fashion, and thus should be interpreted to mean "include, but not limited to.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a lamp 10 disposed on a fixing member 12 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the structure of the lamp 10 in fig. 1. The lamp 10 is a lighting device in which a lamp clip 100 is used to fix a lamp source 11 on a fixing member 12 to provide local illumination for the fixing member 12. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fixture 12 may be a screen of a display, a bookcase, a desk, a bedside table, a work table, or other device or hardware requiring localized illumination. In this embodiment. The fixing member 12 is a display screen of a display, the light source 11 may be a lamp tube fixed to the lamp clip 100, and the combination of the lamp clip 100 and the light source 11 may form a lamp 10 capable of being selectively clamped to an upper edge of the display.
Wherein lamp clip 100 includes: a first clamping member 101, a spacer 103 and a second clamping member 102. Wherein, first holder 101 includes: a lamp source holding part 101A, a connecting part 101B and a stopper part 101C. The lamp holder 101A is used to fix the lamp 11. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the lamp fixing portion 101A includes a C-shaped elastic clip, and the lamp 11 is clamped in the C-shaped elastic clip. In this embodiment, one end of the C-shaped elastic clip of the lamp source fixing portion 101A is directly connected to the connecting portion 101B in an integrally formed manner. However, the connection mode between the lamp source fixing portion 101A and the connection portion 101B is not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the C-shaped elastic clip of the light source fixing portion 101A may be movably connected to the connecting portion 101B by a slot, a slide rail, or other movable connecting members (not shown).
The connecting portion 101B is connected to the lamp holder 101A and has a supporting surface 101S. The stopping portion 101C is connected to the connecting portion 101B and has a stopping surface 101D connected to the supporting surface 101S for abutting against the fixing member 12 (e.g., the display surface 12a of the display screen). The second clamping member 102 is movably connected to the connecting portion 101B for clamping the fixing member 12 between the stopping surface 101D of the stopping portion 101C of the first clamping member 101 and the second clamping member 102 (e.g., against the back surface 12B of the display screen).
The spacer 103 is located between the stopper surface 101D and the second clamp 102, and is in contact with the support surface 101S. The spacer 103 has a thickness K11 perpendicular to the support surface 101S. Wherein the thickness K11 is smaller than the extension T of the stop surface 101C perpendicular to the support surface 101S. In some embodiments of the present description, the gasket 103 has at least a first portion 103A and a second portion 103B, wherein the first portion 103A has a first hardness and the second portion 103B has a second hardness less than the first hardness for abutting against the fixture (e.g., against the upper edge 12t of the display screen).
For example, in this embodiment, the gasket 103 further includes a third portion 103C having a third hardness greater than the second hardness. Wherein the third portion 103C is located farther from the stop surface 101D than the second portion 103B, sandwiching the second portion 103B between the first portion 103A and the third portion 103C. In one embodiment, the third hardness of the third portion 103C may be the same as or different from the first hardness of the first portion 103A.
The first portion 103A of the spacer 103 has, starting from the stop surface 101D, a first width W1 parallel to the support surface (along the measuring direction L) to the second portion 103B; the second portion 103B has a second width W2 parallel to the measuring direction L, and the second width W2 is greater than the first width W1 (W2 > W1). In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a ratio (W2/W1) of the second width W2 to the first width W1 is substantially between 2 and 4. In this embodiment, the first width W1 is substantially between 2 millimeters (mm) and 4mm (2 mm ≦ W1 ≦ 4 mm); the second width W2 is substantially between 4mm and 16mm (4 mm ≦ W2 ≦ 16 mm). The width (not shown) of the third portion 103C parallel to the measuring direction L is greater than (but not limited to) the second width W2.
The second clamping member 102 includes a pivot 102a, a clamping portion 102b, and a weight 102c. The pivot 102a is disposed through a connection point between the second clamping member 102 and the connection portion 101B, and pivotally connects the clamping portion 102B to the connection portion 101B, so that the clamping portion 102B can movably rotate around the pivot 102 a. The weight block 102C is located in the clamping portion 102b, when the weight block 102C is under the action of gravity, a clockwise moment is generated relative to the pivot 102a, the lamp source 11 and the first clamping member 101 generate a counterclockwise moment relative to the pivot 102a, and the stopping portion 101C of the first clamping member 101 and the second clamping member 102 are driven by the two moments to approach each other and abut against the fixing member 12, so as to form a clamping force for clamping the fixing member 12.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the first clamping member 101 and the second clamping member 102 approach each other to form a clamping force to clamp the fixing member 12 (e.g., the display screen), the stopping surface 101D of the stopping portion 101C of the first clamping member 101 may abut against the display surface 12a of the display screen (the fixing member 12); the second clamping member 102 may abut against the back surface 12b of the display screen (the fixing member 12). The second portion 103B of the spacer 103 having a lower hardness (second hardness) abuts against the upper edge 12t of the display screen (fixing member 12), thereby sandwiching the display screen (fixing member 12) between the stopper surface 101D, the spacer 103, and the second clamping member 102.
In this embodiment, three of the first portion 103A, the second portion 103B and the third portion 103C of the pad 103 are coplanar on a side away from the supporting surface 101C for contacting the fixing member (the upper edge 12t of the display screen). Compared with the prior art in which only the supporting surface 101S of the connecting portion 101C contacts the fixing member (the upper edge 12t of the display screen), the embodiment of the invention uses the pad 103 having the second portion 103B with lower hardness to contact the upper edge 12t of the fixing member display screen (the fixing member 12), which can generate a larger friction force and help to firmly clamp the lamp 10 on the display screen (the fixing member 12).
In addition, the lamp clip 100 can adjust the distance between the stop surface 101D and the second clip member 102 in cooperation with the fixing member 22 (e.g., display screen) having different thickness dimensions; in addition, the second portion 103B with lower hardness in the pad 103 can contact the upper edge 12t of the display screen (the fixing member 12), which is helpful for improving the stability of the lamp 10 fixed on the display screen (the fixing member 12).
For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the lamp 10 shown in fig. 1 fixed on another fixing member 22 (e.g., a display screen). As shown in fig. 3, the thickness of the fixing member 22 (display screen) is thinner than that of the display screen (fixing member 12) shown in fig. 2. Therefore, when the first clamping member 101 and the second clamping member 102 approach each other to form a clamping force to clamp the display screen (the fixing member 22), a distance H2 (shown in fig. 3) between the stop surface 101D (abutting against the display surface 22a of the display screen) and the second clamping member 102 (abutting against the back surface 22a of the display screen) is smaller than a distance H1 (shown in fig. 2) between the stop surface 101D (abutting against the display surface 12a of the display screen) and the second clamping member 102 (abutting against the back surface 12a of the display screen) when clamping the display screen (the fixing member 12).
In addition, since the upper edge 22t of the display screen (the fixing member 22) is not flat, when the gasket 103 abuts against the upper edge 22t of the display screen (the fixing member 22), the upper edge 22t of the display screen (the fixing member 22) presses the second portion 203B with smaller hardness, so that the second portion 203B is retracted toward the supporting surface 101S, and the thickness K12 of the second portion 203B is smaller than the thicknesses K11 of the first portion 103A and the third portion 103. That is, a soft concave chamber formed by the deformed second portion 203B is generated between the first portion 103A and the third portion 103C of the gasket 103 with greater hardness to accommodate the upper edge 22t of the display screen (the fixing member 22) to be caught therein. Thereby, the display screen (fixing member 22) can be clamped more firmly between the first clamping member 101 (stop surface 101D), the spacer 203 and the second clamping member 102. Which helps to improve the stability of the fixture 20 to the display screen (fixture 22).
In addition, in other embodiments of the present specification, the second portion 303B of the spacer 303 having a smaller hardness may protrude, on a side away from the supporting surface 101C, from the first and third portions 303A and 303C having a higher hardness to be in contact with the upper edge 22t of the display screen (fixing member 22). For example, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a lamp 30 disposed on a fixing member 22 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The lamp clip 300 of the lamp 30 is substantially similar to the lamp clip 100 of fig. 3, except that the thickness K32 of the second portion 303B of the spacer 303 is greater than the original thickness K31 of the spacer 303 (i.e., the thickness of the first portion 303A and the third portion 303C of the spacer 303) (K32 > K31). Similarly, since the upper edge 22t of the display screen (the fixing member 22) is not flat, when the gasket 303 abuts against the upper edge 12t of the display screen (the fixing member 12), the upper edge 12t of the display screen (the fixing member) presses the second portion 303B with smaller hardness, so that the second portion 303B is retracted toward the supporting surface 101S.
In this embodiment, the final thickness K33 of the second portion 303B, which is pressed by the upper edge 12t of the display screen (the fixing member), is smaller than the original thickness K31 of the gasket 303 (i.e., the thickness of the first portion 303A and the third portion 303C of the gasket 303) (K31 > K33). In other words, the upper edge 22t of the display screen (the fixing member 22) is caught between the first portion 303A and the third portion 303C of the gasket 303 having a greater hardness, and the soft concave chamber formed by the deformed second portion 303B. Therefore, the display screen (the fixing member 22) can be clamped between the first clamping member 101 (the stopping surface 101D), the gasket 303 and the second clamping member 102 more firmly, which is helpful for improving the stability of the lamp 30 fixed on the display screen (the fixing member 22).
Fig. 5 is a perspective sectional view showing another monitor 40 according to the present invention, in which a photographing lens 41 is fixed to a fixing member (a display screen 42). Fig. 6 is a schematic structural sectional view of the monitor 40 of fig. 5. In the present embodiment, the monitor 40 is a camera device that uses the fixture 400 to fix the camera lens 41 on the fixing member (display screen 42) for capturing the image in front of the fixing member (display screen 42).
The jig 400 includes: a first clamp 401, a spacer 403 and a second clamp 402. The first clamp 401 includes: a lens holding portion 401A, a connecting portion 401B, and a stopper portion 401C. The holding portion 401A is used to fix the photographing lens 41. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the photographing lens holding portion 401A includes a C-shaped elastic clip in which the photographing lens 41 is held.
The connecting portion 401B is connected to the holding portion 401A and has a supporting surface 401S. The stopping portion 401C is connected to the connecting portion 401B and has a stopping surface 401D connected to the supporting surface 401S for abutting against the fixing member 42 (e.g., the display surface 42a of the display screen). The second clamping member 402 is movably connected to the connecting portion 401B for clamping the fixing member 42 between the stopping surface 401D of the stopping portion 401C of the first clamping member 401 and the second clamping member 402 (e.g., against the back surface 42B of the display screen).
The spacer 403 is located between the stop surface 401D and the second clamp 402, and is in contact with the support surface 401S. The gasket 403 has at least a first portion 403A and a second portion 403B, wherein the first portion 403A has a first hardness and the second portion 403B has a second hardness less than the first hardness for abutting against the fixture (e.g., against an upper edge 42t of the display screen 42). The structure and material of the pad 403 are the same as (but not limited to) the pad 103 shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and thus are not described herein again.
The second clamping member 402 includes a pivot 402a, a clamping portion 402b, and a weight 402c. The pivot 402a is disposed through a connection point between the second clamping member 402 and the connection portion 401B, and pivotally connects the clamping portion 402B and the connection portion 401B, so that the clamping portion 402B can movably rotate around the pivot 402 a. The weight block 402C is located in the clamping portion 402b, when the weight block 402C is under the action of gravity, a clockwise moment is generated relative to the pivot 402a, the photographing lens 41 and the first clamping member 401 generate a counterclockwise moment relative to the pivot 402a, and the stopping portion 401C of the first clamping member 401 and the second clamping member 402 are driven by the two moments to approach each other and abut against the fixing member 42, so as to form a clamping force for clamping the fixing member 42.
According to the embodiments described above, the present disclosure provides a clamp capable of clamping a workpiece (e.g., a lamp or a camera lens) onto a fixture (e.g., a display screen). The clamp comprises a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece which are pivoted with each other and used for clamping a fixing piece (a display screen) between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece. And a spacer having a first portion and a second portion having different hardness is provided in the first holding member so as to be in contact with the fixing member (display screen). When the fixing piece (display screen) is clamped between the fixing piece and the display screen, the second part with lower hardness in the gasket and the fixing piece (display screen) generate larger friction force; in some embodiments, the second portion of the gasket with lower hardness may be deformed by being pressed (pushed) by the non-planar upper edge of the fixing member (display screen), thereby creating a soft recess in which the non-planar upper edge of the fixing member (display screen) is engaged. Therefore, the fixing piece (display screen) can be clamped among the first clamping piece, the gasket and the second clamping piece more stably. The stability of the lamp fixed on the fixing piece (display screen) is improved.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only examples for implementing the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. On the contrary, all changes and modifications which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention are deemed to fall within the scope of the present invention.
