本实用新型是专为电磁封盖工艺而设计的,其构 造是在瓶口的下方有一道以上的凹螺纹,在凹螺纹下 方是数个锁定凹槽。
采用本实用新型的瓶口,使用电磁封盖工艺可封 装出严密,美观、易开启、不打滑的扭断式金属盗瓶 盖。

Description

本实用新型涉及瓶口形状。
目前,瓶子的封口,一般都是机械式封装,但机械封装瓶子的破瓶率高,而且由于机械强度不太好掌握,太紧了,破瓶率高,太松了,所封瓶口就不太严,宜渗漏。瓶口封不严,就影响产品的质量,给生产厂家和用户带来许多烦恼。
为了克服机械封口的缺点,目前已有电磁封盖工艺问世,该工艺利用磁力的作用封盖,大大减少了破瓶率,又能使瓶盖封装严密,既降底了成本,又保证了产品的质量。然而,现有的瓶口形状,不能很好的适应电磁封盖机的工艺特点。
本实用新型的目的,就是设计一种适用于电磁封盖机封口的瓶口。
下面结合附图,对本实用新型说明之。
附图1是本实用新型的结构图;
附图2是本实用新型瓶口螺纹展开图;
图中1是瓶口,2是旋紧螺纹,3是锁紧凹槽。
其构造是在瓶口1的下方有旋紧螺纹2,在螺纹2的下方有数个锁紧凹槽,旋紧螺纹的个数和锁紧凹槽的个数由需要决定。
本实用新型的旋紧螺纹,不同于已有的旋紧螺纹,已有螺纹是一凸纹螺旋。本实用新型的锁紧螺纹如附图2所示,是一道以上的凹纹,螺旋而上。
本实用新型因有特殊螺纹,和锁紧凹槽,这些构造适用于电磁封盖机封装瓶口。用本实用新型瓶口,电磁封盖机可封装出外观漂亮,宜开启,不打滑,封装严密的瓶盖来。
