Further, in some embodiments, the angle m of the first included angle A1 satisfies 30 DEG.ltoreq.m.ltoreq.60 DEG; the angle n of the second included angle A2 is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 are both suitable for attaching to the back surface 31 of the photovoltaic cell 30 in the photovoltaic module 40, and the two are attached to a right angle portion of the back surface 31 after being spliced together, the first fixing plate 114 has a first region, the second fixing plate 124 has a second region, and when the corner protector is installed on the photovoltaic module, the first region of the first fixing plate 114 overlaps with the second region of the second fixing plate 124. It is understood that the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 may be fixed by presetting a glue strip at the overlapping portion. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the adhesive tape 150 is disposed on the first fixing plate 114 and is located at a portion where the first fixing plate 114 overlaps with the second fixing plate 124, so as to achieve the technical effect of adhering and fixing. In other embodiments of the present invention, the adhesive strip 150 may be disposed on the second fixing plate 124 overlapping with the first fixing plate 114. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 may be triangular, rectangular, quadrilateral, irregular, etc., and the present application is not limited in particular. The area of the overlapping portion of the second fastening plate 124 with the first fastening plate 114 may vary as long as the adhesive tape can be provided. Fig. 2 shows a preferred embodiment of the present invention with less material usage, in which the first fastening plate 114 is a quadrilateral with a nearly triangular shape, the second fastening plate 124 is a triangular shape, the first fastening plate 114 and the second fastening plate 124 respectively have a third oblique side 133 and a fourth oblique side 134, and the adhesive strip 150 is disposed at a position of the first fastening plate 114 near the third oblique side 133. Referring to fig. 2 and 5 in combination, after the corner protector 10 shown in fig. 2 is installed, the portion of the first fixing plate 114 near the third oblique edge 133 overlaps the portion of the second fixing plate 124 near the fourth oblique edge 134, and the overlapped portion is fixed by the adhesive strip 150. It will be appreciated that the glue strip 150 is located between the overlapping portions of the first and second retaining plates 114, 124. In other embodiments, the adhesive strip 150 may also be disposed on the second fastening plate 124 near the fourth oblique edge 134, i.e., the portion overlapping the first fastening plate 114.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the adhesive strip 150 may be disposed at any position on the first fixing plate 114 or the second fixing plate 124, as long as the position is located at a portion where the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 contact each other after the corner protector 10 is installed.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a photovoltaic module according to another embodiment of the present application. Compared with the previous embodiment, in the present embodiment, the corner protector 10 is not provided with an adhesive tape in advance, but is additionally provided with an external fixing tape by an operator for adhesion and fixation after the installation is finished. Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the surfaces of the corner protector 10 adjacent to the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 are fixed by fixing bands 160. It will be appreciated that there need not be an overlap between the first and second retaining plates 114, 124 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, there may be an overlapping portion between the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124, but the overlapping portion is not complete, and further, the overlapping portion means that the first fixing plate 114/the second fixing plate 124 at the lower layer is not completely covered by the second fixing plate 124/the first fixing plate 114 at the upper layer, and both the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 have an exposed portion, and the adjacent exposed portions are suitable for being fixed by adhering the fixing tape 160.
The corner protector 10 provided in this embodiment is fixed by the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124, and specifically includes that the adhesive tape 150 is preset on the first fixing plate 114 or the second fixing plate 124, or the fixing band 160 is additionally installed in the installation process, and the first fixing plate 114 and the second fixing plate 124 are bonded by the adhesive tape 150/the fixing band 160, so that the corner protector 10 is ensured not to easily fall off after being installed. Further, the third protection plate 113 and the first fixing plate 114, and the sixth protection plate 123 and the second fixing plate 124 are perpendicular to each other after being mounted, and are attached to a right angle formed by the first inner side surface 221 or the second inner side surface 222 and the back surface 31 of the photovoltaic cell, so that the fixing effect can be achieved.
