Referring to fig. 5 to 8, after passing the fifth paper guide roller 45, the second base paper 102 entering the multi-function corrugating machine 2 enters between the pressure roller 34 and the second main corrugating roller 23 to be bonded to the first core paper and to continue to pass a certain area outside the second main corrugating roller 23, so that the second core paper continues to be heated and cured to form a well-bonded tip-to-flat second layer paper 110. The sharp-faced flat two-layer paper 110 bypasses the second paper guide roller 42 and the sixth paper guide roller 46, enters the paste machine 3 along the arrow C direction, enters the double-sided machine 4, and is attached to the third raw paper, and finally the conventional three-layer corrugated board 110' is formed.

1. A diverse production line for flexibly switching a corrugated tip to the corrugated tip and a traditional three-layer corrugated board comprises a rack, a corrugating machine, a pasting machine, a double-faced machine and three sets of raw paper output and heating assemblies, wherein the corrugating machine, the pasting machine, the double-faced machine and the three sets of raw paper output and heating assemblies are arranged on the rack; the method is characterized in that: the corrugating machine is a multifunctional corrugating machine capable of producing point-to-point two-layer paper and point-to-flat two-layer paper, the point-to-point two-layer paper and the point-to-flat two-layer paper are coated with pulp by a pasting machine and enter a double-faced machine together with another base paper to be processed into a three-layer paper board with the corrugated points being opposite to the corrugated points or a traditional three-layer corrugated paper board.
2. The multi-ply production line for flexibly switching flute tips to flute tips and conventional three-ply corrugated board according to claim 1, wherein: the multifunctional corrugating machine capable of producing the tip-to-tip double-layer paper and the tip-to-flat double-layer paper comprises a wallboard, wherein a main corrugated roller set used for producing first single-layer corrugated paper, a sizing assembly used for coating the first single-layer corrugated paper with pulp, a pressure roller assembly used for pressing the flat paper to the main corrugated roller set and an auxiliary corrugated roller set used for producing second single-layer corrugated paper are arranged on the wallboard, and the auxiliary corrugated roller set and the pressure roller assembly are respectively in movable fit with the wallboard and are respectively selectively close to the main corrugated roller set so as to realize production switching of the tip-to-tip double-layer paper and the tip-to-flat double-layer paper.
3. The multiple production line for flexibly switching sharp-pointed corrugated boards and traditional three-layer corrugated boards according to claim 2, wherein: the auxiliary corrugated roller group is in swing type movable fit with the wallboard, or in linear movement fit with the wallboard, or in detachable type movable fit with the wallboard, the corrugated teeth of the corrugated rollers, which are close to each other, of the auxiliary corrugated roller group are opposite to the corrugated tips of the corrugated teeth of the main corrugated roller group, and the auxiliary corrugated roller group and the main corrugated roller group synchronously move; the main corrugated roller group is positioned below the auxiliary corrugated roller group, or the main corrugated roller group is positioned above the auxiliary corrugated roller group;
the pressure roller assembly is in swinging movement fit with the wall plate, or in linear movement fit with the wall plate, or in detachable movement fit with the wall plate.

The multiple production line of claim 3, wherein the corrugated tip-to-corrugated tip and traditional three-layer corrugated cardboard are flexibly switched, and the production line comprises: the main corrugated roller group comprises a first main corrugated roller, a second main corrugated roller, a main end plate and a main driving motor, the corrugated teeth and the corrugated pits of the first main corrugated roller and the second main corrugated roller are mutually inserted and matched and are mutually rotatably arranged on the main end plate, and the main driving motor controls the first main corrugated roller and the second main corrugated roller to relatively reversely rotate;
the auxiliary corrugating roller set comprises a first auxiliary corrugating roller, a second auxiliary corrugating roller, an auxiliary end plate and an auxiliary driving motor, wherein corrugating teeth of the first auxiliary corrugating roller and a second auxiliary corrugating roller are mutually inserted and matched with the corrugation pits and are arranged on the auxiliary end plate in a mutually rotating mode, and the auxiliary driving motor controls the first auxiliary corrugating roller and the second auxiliary corrugating roller to oppositely rotate; when the auxiliary corrugating roller group and the main corrugating roller group are close to each other, the corrugation tip of the second auxiliary corrugating roller is opposite to the corrugation tip of the second main corrugating roller;
the pressure roller assembly comprises a support and a pressure roller rotatably arranged on the support, and when the pressure roller is close to the main corrugating roller set, the periphery of the pressure roller is close to the corrugation tip of the second main corrugating roller.

The multi-production line for flexibly switching sharp-pointed corrugated boards and traditional three-layer corrugated boards according to claim 4, wherein: the sizing assembly comprises a pulp hopper, a pulp control roller and a sizing roller, wherein the pulp control roller and the sizing roller rotate mutually, the pulp control roller is used for bringing the paste of the pulp hopper to the surface of the sizing roller, and the sizing roller is close to the periphery of the first main corrugated roller so as to coat the paste on the ridge tips of the first single-layer corrugated paper.

The multi-ply corrugated board production line capable of flexibly switching flute tips to flute tips and traditional three-ply corrugated boards according to claim 5, wherein: a first paper guide roller, a second paper guide roller, a third paper guide roller, a fourth paper guide roller and a fifth paper guide roller are respectively arranged beside the wallboard corresponding to the first main corrugating roller, the second main corrugating roller, the first auxiliary corrugating roller, the second auxiliary corrugating roller and the pressure roller; and a sixth paper guide roller is arranged between the fourth paper guide roller and the paste machine.

The multiple production line for flexibly switching sharp-pointed corrugated boards and traditional three-layer corrugated boards according to claim 1, wherein: the pasting machine comprises a second pasting component and an auxiliary roller, the second pasting component comprises a second pulp hopper, a second pulp control roller and a second sizing roller, the second pulp control roller and the second sizing roller rotate mutually, the second pulp control roller is used for bringing paste of the second pulp hopper to the surface of the second sizing roller, the auxiliary roller is rotatably arranged above the second sizing roller, and tip-to-tip two-layer paper and tip-to-flat two-layer paper output by the multifunctional corrugating machine capable of producing the tip-to-tip two-layer paper and the tip-to-flat two-layer paper pass through the auxiliary roller and the second sizing roller.

The multiple production line for flexibly switching sharp-pointed corrugated boards and traditional three-layer corrugated boards according to claim 1, wherein: the raw paper output and heating assembly comprises a raw paper frame and a hot cylinder, and the raw paper output by the raw paper frame passes through the hot cylinder and then enters the corrugating machine or the double-faced machine.

The multi-ply production line for flexibly switching flute tips to flute tips and conventional three-ply corrugated board according to claim 1, wherein: the rear side of the double-sided machine is also provided with a slitting machine, a transverse cutting machine and a corrugated board stacking machine in sequence.
10. The multiple production line for flexibly switching sharp-pointed corrugated boards and traditional three-layer corrugated boards according to claim 2, wherein: the paste machine is movably matched with the wallboard or the frame in the front-back direction.
