8. The auxiliary handle according to claim 7, further comprising a pilot pin, wherein the two clamping blocks are provided with pilot holes parallel to the mounting holes, and the pilot pin sequentially passes through the two pilot holes.

The assist handle as set forth in claim 1 wherein said handle portion is hollow cylindrical and said connecting portion further includes a second end adjacent said handle portion, said handle portion being provided with a receiving bore for receiving said second end, said handle portion further including a nut threadably engaged with said second end.

A power tool comprising a longitudinally extending main body portion and a grip portion extending at an angle to the main body portion, the main body portion having a mounting portion at a top portion thereof, wherein the power tool further comprises an auxiliary handle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the auxiliary handle being detachably connected to the mounting portion.
