Description

Bracket component for cable installation and switch equipment
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of the support, concretely relates to a bracket component and switchgear for cable erection.
Background
The bracket assembly for cable installation is generally used for cabinets of switch equipment and the like which need cable installation. The main function of the switch device is to open and close, control and protect electric equipment, such as a middle-placed cabinet, a low-voltage cabinet, a ring main unit and the like, in the process of generating, transmitting, distributing and converting electric energy of an electric power system.
The switch cabinet comprises an instrument room, a bus room, a cable room and the like, wherein the cable room is positioned at the bottom of the rear part of the switch cabinet, a cable is installed through a support assembly, specifically, the cable outside the cabinet penetrates through the inner bottom wall of the cable room and is relatively fixed through the support assembly, the cable penetrates through the zero sequence transformer, and finally the cable penetrating through the zero sequence transformer is connected into a junction box in the cable room.
When the number of the cables is small and the outer diameters of the cables are small, all the cables can be supported and fixed by arranging one cable clamp.
However, there may be the following problems:
firstly, the position of a cable clamp needs to consider factors such as convenience in cable incoming, cable passing through the cable clamp, cable passing through a zero sequence transformer after passing through the cable clamp, convenience in wiring after the cable passes through the zero sequence transformer and the like, generally, the cable is expected to extend straight, so that the cable is convenient to install and materials are saved, when a part has production errors, assembly errors or limited surrounding installation space, the actual installation position of the cable clamp may have deviation compared with the expected installation position, the position of the cable clamp is fixed relative to a fixing support at present, so that the cable clamp is not easy to align with a cable inlet hole for the cable to penetrate through in the bottom wall of a cabinet, the cable clamp is not easy to align with the zero sequence transformer, and the cable needs to be partially bent, so that the installation is inconvenient;
second, since the number of cabinets and the number of cables are increasing due to the increasing electric load in recent years, it is necessary to use at least two cable clamps when one cable clamp is insufficient for clamping. Because the cable clamp is also provided with other parts such as a fixing bracket and the like around, the space is relatively limited, so that the design of how to arrange at least two cable clamps is needed, and the cable clamps are not easy to interfere with each other when the cables are installed;
in addition, when the zero sequence transformer needs to be arranged, the cable passing through the cable clamp needs to pass through the zero sequence transformer, and similarly, because other parts such as a fixing bracket and the like are arranged around the cable clamp, the space is relatively limited, so that how to arrange at least two cable clamps needs to be designed, so that the cable clamps are not easy to interfere with each other when the cables are installed.
Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in rack assemblies and switchgear for cable installations.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model discloses the first technical problem that will solve is the current situation to prior art, provides a be convenient for cable installation, rational in infrastructure practicality be used for cable installation's bracket component.
The utility model discloses the second technical problem that will solve is the current situation to prior art, provides a different cable clamp be difficult to the bracket component that is used for cable erection of mutual interference when the installation cable.
The utility model discloses the third technical problem that will solve is to prior art's current situation, provides an application has the switchgear that is used for cable erection's bracket component.
The utility model provides a technical scheme that above-mentioned first technical problem adopted does: a bracket assembly for cable installation, comprising
A first fixing bracket extending in a left-right direction;
the second fixed bracket extends along the left-right direction and is arranged at intervals with the first fixed bracket in the front-back direction;
the clamping opening of the first cable clamp penetrates through the first cable clamp along the vertical direction and is used for clamping a first cable;
the method is characterized in that: also comprises
The first movable support extends along the front-back direction and is movably arranged between the first fixed support and the second fixed support left and right;
the first cable clamp is arranged on the first movable support, and the opening and closing direction of the first cable clamp is the left-right direction.
The structure between the first fixed bracket and the first movable bracket can be various, and preferably, the first fixed bracket is provided with a first adjusting fixed hole extending along the left-right direction;
the second fixing support is provided with a second adjusting fixing hole extending along the left-right direction;
a first locking hole corresponding to the first adjusting fixing hole is formed in one side, adjacent to the first fixing support, of the first movable support, and a second locking hole corresponding to the second adjusting fixing hole is formed in one side, adjacent to the second fixing support, of the first movable support;
the first movable bracket is connected with the first fixed bracket by the way that a fastener penetrates through different positions of the first locking hole and the first adjusting and fixing hole;
the first movable bracket is connected with the first fixed bracket by the fasteners passing through different positions of the second locking hole and the second adjusting fixed hole.
Therefore, the first movable support can be fixed at different positions of the first adjusting fixing hole of the first fixing support according to requirements, so that the first cable clamp on the first movable support is located at different positions.
The shape of the first movable bracket may be various, and preferably, the first movable bracket includes a first rod body extending in the front-rear direction, connecting portions connected to both ends of the first rod body and extending in the left-right direction, respectively, and the first locking hole and the second locking hole are respectively provided on the corresponding connecting portions. So, the fastener installation of being convenient for, when first movable support activity, connecting portion still have certain guide effect.
To further solve the second technical problem of the present application, the method further comprises
The second movable support extends along the front-back direction, is movably arranged between the first fixed support and the second fixed support left and right, and is distributed with the first movable support at intervals in the left-right direction;
and the second cable clamp is arranged on the second movable support and used for clamping a second cable, a clamping opening of the second cable clamp penetrates through the second cable clamp along the vertical direction, and the opening and closing direction of the second cable clamp is the left and right direction.
Thus, when the number of cables is large and the first cable clamp is not enough, the second cable clamp clamps the second cable.
There may be various structures between the second movable bracket and the second fixed bracket, and preferably,
