The first section 111 includes a first end and a second end, and the second section 112 includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the first fixing member 12 is fixed to the first end of the first section 111, and the second end of the first fixing member 12 is the end of the first fixing member 12. The second end of the first section 111 is connected to the first end of the second section 112. In another embodiment, the first fixing element 12 may also be partially attached to the first section 111 in an overlapping manner. A first rope engagement portion 1111 is disposed on an outer side surface of the first segment 111, and the first rope engagement portion 1111 protrudes outward relative to an outer surface of the first segment 111. One end of the pulling rope 2 is provided with a second rope fitting part 21, and the second rope fitting part 21 is, for example, a metal piece or other pieces with higher hardness. The first rope matching part 1111 is fixedly connected with the second rope matching part 21. In this embodiment, the first rope coupling portion 1111 is provided with a first pin hole 1112, the second rope coupling portion 21 is provided with a second pin hole 211, and the second rope coupling portion 21 is inserted into the first rope coupling portion 1111, and the first rope coupling portion 1111 and the second rope coupling portion 21 are fixedly coupled by a fixing pin passing through the first pin hole 1112 and the second pin hole 211. The second rope engaging portion 21 is rotatable with respect to the distal end of the pulling rope 2, so that the pulling rope 2 forms a rotatable connection with the collar 1. Only an exemplary connection manner of the first rope coupling portion 1111 and the second rope coupling portion 21 is shown here, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first string coupling portion 1111 and the second string coupling portion 21 may be fixed by other fixing methods, for example, a plastic member having a hole at an end portion instead of a metal member may be used as the second string coupling portion, and the first string coupling portion may be inserted into the second string coupling portion.
The second fixing element 13 is at least partially attached to the inner side of the second section 112, the first end of the second fixing element 13 is fixed at a position close to the first section 111, and the second end of the second fixing element 13 is the tail end of the second fixing element 13. In another embodiment, the second fixing element 13 may also be fixed to the second end portion of the second section 112 in an overlapping manner, or the second fixing element 13 is attached to the outer side of the second section 112. The outer side of the second end of the second section 112 is connected to the pull ring 113. The lantern ring body 11 is an integrally formed piece, that is, the first section 111, the second section 112, the first rope fitting portion 1111 and the pull ring 113 are integrally formed. Further, the first section 111, the second section 112, the first rope fitting 1111 and the pull ring 113 of the grommet body 11 are obtained by one molding step. The first section 111, the second section 112, the first rope fitting 1111 and the pull ring 113 of the grommet body 11 are obtained using the same molding equipment. Therefore, the production and preparation of the lantern ring body 11 are very convenient, and the lantern ring body can be obtained by one-step forming through one molding device, which is beneficial to greatly improving the production efficiency of the lantern ring body 11. The molding device may be an injection molding device and may comprise a mold having a cavity into which the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material is injected, the collar body 11 being obtained by one-shot molding.
The outer surface 121 of the first fixing member 12 and the inner surface 131 of the second fixing member 13 may form a separable connection. For example, the first fixing member 12 and the second fixing member 13 are both in the form of hook and loop fasteners. The outer surface 121 of the first fixing member 12 is a round hair surface, and the inner surface 131 of the second fixing member 13 is a barbed surface, or the outer surface 121 of the first fixing member 12 is a barbed surface, and the inner surface 131 of the second fixing member 13 is a round hair surface. In another embodiment, the first fastener 12 and the second fastener 13 may be connected by a button, a snap, a screw, or the like, for example, the first fastener 12 is a button and the second fastener 13 is a button hole.
When the surfing rope lantern ring 1 is used, the lantern ring body 11 is sleeved on the outer ring of the corresponding human body part, then the outer surface 121 of the first fixing piece 12 and the inner surface 131 of the second fixing piece 13 are adhered, so that the surfing rope lantern ring 1 is integrally formed into a ring shape, and the connection between the surfing rope lantern ring 1 and the human body is completed. Thereby, when the first rope engaging portion 111 is subjected to a force, the force can be dispersed to the entire loop of the grommet body 11, and can be further dispersed to the entire integrated annular structure of the grommet 1. When it is desired to detach the surfing rope sleeve 1 from the body, the user can hook the pull ring 113 with his fingers and pull it outwards, which can separate the second fastening member 13 from the first fastening member 12, and then can detach the surfing rope sleeve 1 from the body quickly.
In the present invention, the inner and outer sides of each part of the surfing rope sleeve 1 are relative to the body part which is covered when in use. After the surfing rope lantern ring 1 is sleeved on a human body part, the inner side of one part is the side closer to the human body, and the outer side of one part is the side farther from the human body. The length and width directions of the said surfing rope loop 1 refer to the length and width directions of the said surfing rope loop 1 after deployment, respectively. As shown in fig. 4, the direction D1 is the length direction of the said surf line collar 1 and the direction D2 is the width direction of the said surf line collar 1.
The utility model discloses a set up integrated into one piece's lantern ring body 11, improve the main part of lantern ring body 11 (the arc part and the second section 112 of first section 111), cooperation intensity between first rope cooperation portion 1111 and the pull ring 113, first rope cooperation portion 1111 and pull ring 113 can both bear very big effort. When the surfing rope sleeve 1 is used, the connection strength of the first rope fitting portion 1111 and the pulling rope 2 can be greatly improved, the connection strength of the pull ring 113 and the second section 112 of the sleeve body 11 can be greatly improved, and the use safety is higher. And, when assembling this surfing rope lantern ring 1, only need with lantern ring body 11 with first mounting 12, second mounting 13 be connected can, need not to assemble first rope cooperation portion 1111 and pull ring 113 alone, the assembly process of lantern ring body 11 is simpler, has improved production efficiency greatly.
In this embodiment, the collar body 11 may be formed by integrally injection molding a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer) material. The whole pull rope 2 can also be made of TPU materials. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The collar body 11 and the pull rope 2 may also be made of other types of materials having high strength and certain flexibility. For example, other materials such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and the like may be used for the loop body 11 and/or the pull cord 2.
The prior art surfing rope sleeve 1 is generally planar when being produced, and when the surfing rope sleeve 1 is sleeved outside a human body, although the sleeve 1 is wholly encircled into a ring shape, the ring shape is irregular. Specifically, after the existing lantern ring is surrounded, the position provided with the rope connecting part is still flat due to high hardness, so that the body of the lantern ring cannot be well attached to the radian of the surface of a human body. Based on this, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the first segment 111 is preformed in an arc shape. The first section 111 may form an arc as a whole when the surf line collar 1 is wrapped around the body part. And the second section 112 is at least partially flexible, the entire surf line collar 1 may better conform to the curvature of the user's body surface, and may form an arc that conforms to the body surface over a 360 range. The arc-shaped part of the first section 111 and the second section 112 have a relatively small thickness, and have relatively good flexibility, so that the bending and the shape adjustment are facilitated. The first rope engagement portion 1111 has a relatively large thickness and a certain rigidity, and is more stably fixed to the rope 2. In other alternative embodiments, the first section 111 may be integrally formed as a flat surface, and have better flexibility, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the second section 112 of the collar body 11 is provided with a hollow 1123 extending in the length direction. The outer surface of the second fixing member 13 may be provided with a reinforcing strip, and the reinforcing strip is at least partially exposed from the hollow portion 1123. The reinforcing tape may be formed of a light weight, thin, high strength fabric, and serves to reinforce a portion of the structure of the second fixing member 13. The outer surface of the second fixing member 13 may not be provided with a reinforcing strip, and the outer surface of the second fixing member 13 is at least partially exposed to the hollow portion 1123. Specifically, the second section 112 of the ferrule body 11 includes a first arm 1121 and a second arm 1122 extending in a length direction, and the hollow 1123 is formed between the first arm 1121 and the second arm 1122. By providing the hollowed-out portion 1123, the second section 112 may have better flexibility, and the second section 112 may be more easily attached to a human body surface during use. And by providing this hollowed-out 1123, the entire surf line collar 1 can be made lighter, reducing the weight of the surf line collar 1. In this embodiment, the hollowed-out portion 1123 is a complete strip. In other embodiments, the hollowed-out portions 1123 may have other shapes, such as a grid-type hollowed-out portion, a combination of hollowed-out portions with a plurality of parallel horizontal bars or vertical bars, or the like.
The existing manufacturing method of the pull ring generally comprises the following steps: providing a strip of fabric or plastics material, encircling the strip into a loop, and securing the strip to the end of the fixing by means of a sewing thread to form the tab. The fixing strength of the pull ring and the lantern ring body is limited by the connecting strength of sewing threads, the width of a pull ring jack is very limited, and a user can difficultly align the pull ring and a gap between the fabric to insert fingers when using the pull ring. The pull ring of the fabric is not stiff and easy to deform, and is easy to deform and difficult to keep annular when in use, and the jack therein becomes smaller due to the deformation of the pull ring. Although the plastic pull ring improves the deformation problem, the connection strength of the existing pull ring and the fixing piece is not high, and the pull ring is forced to be separated from the lantern ring body in use. In addition, the existing pull ring needs separate processing and connecting steps, and the manufacturing process is complex. In this embodiment, the pull ring 113 and the second section 112 of the collar body are integrally formed, and two ends of the pull ring 113 are respectively connected to the first arm 1121 and the second arm 1122, which is beneficial to increasing the overall width of the pull ring 113, so that when a user uses the pull ring, the user can insert fingers into the pull ring 113 without using special labor to pull up the pull ring 113, and the use is more convenient.
In this embodiment, as shown in figures 3-6, in order to improve the user experience and increase the friction between the inner side of the surf line collar 1 and the surface of the human body, the surf line collar 1 further comprises a contact part 14, wherein the contact part 14 is at least partially attached to the first section 111 of the collar body 11 and the inner side of the first fastener 12. When the surfing rope sleeve ring 1 is sleeved outside the human body part, the contact part 14 is in direct contact with the surface of the human body. The inner surface of the contact member 14 is preferably provided with an anti-slip pattern, which may be, for example, a vertical stripe pattern as shown in the drawing, a dot pattern, a diagonal stripe pattern, a combination of various shapes, or the like. The contact member 14 is preferably made of a material having a cushioning effect, such as a sponge made of neoprene, which gives a user a better experience and a better fixing effect when worn during use. In other embodiments, other materials such as EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) material, silicone material, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), etc. may be used for the contact part 14.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in this embodiment, the widths of the first fixing piece 12, the second fixing piece 13, the collar body 11 and the contact part 14 are all substantially the same, and the overall collar 1 has a streamlined appearance, is more convenient to wear and use, and facilitates the alignment of a plurality of parts when assembled. By substantially the same width is meant herein that the widths of the several components may be slightly different without affecting the overall streamlined appearance. Meanwhile, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the widths of the respective components may be different and may be selectively set as needed. For example, in another alternative embodiment, each side of the contact member 14 is 1mm wider (or other values 2mm, 1.5mm, etc.) than the collar body 11, the first fixing member 12 and the second fixing member 13, which avoids the edges of the plastic part of the collar body 11 from contacting the human body, and also avoids the edges (thinner hard parts) of the stab face of the first fixing member 12 or the second fixing member 13 from contacting the human body, but without substantially affecting the streamlined appearance. In yet another embodiment, a groove may be formed by collecting a point inside one section of the edge of the collar body 11, so that the width of the collar body 11 is smaller than the width of the contact member 14 by a certain dimension (e.g., 1mm, 2mm, 1.5mm, etc.). In assembling the surfrope collar 1, one end of the first fastener 12 may be aligned with the first end of the first section 111 of the collar body 11, and the contact member 14 may be attached to the first section 111 of the collar body 11 and to the inside of the first fastener 12. The second fixing piece 13 is attached to the inner side of the second section 112 of the collar body 11, and then the first fixing piece 12, the second fixing piece 13, the collar body 11, and the contact part 14 are fixed together using sewing thread. In other embodiments, the first fixing member 12, the second fixing member 13, the collar body 11 and the contact member 14 may be fixed to each other by other fixing methods, such as by gluing, stapling, or a combination of the fixing methods, for example, the first fixing member 12 and the second fixing member 13 are fixed to the collar body 11 by a sewing thread, and the collar body 11 and the contact member 14 are fixedly connected by gluing, or the like. The broken lines in fig. 4 and 6 indicate sewing lines. Therefore, the assembly process of the surfing rope lantern ring 1 is simple, and the production is more convenient and efficient. Also, as shown in figures 4 and 6, the entire surf line collar 1 has a streamlined appearance.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in this embodiment, the other end of the pulling rope 2 is provided with a third rope engaging portion 22, and the board connector 3 is connected to the third rope engaging portion 22 of the pulling rope 2. The connection ring 4 is detachably connected to the plate connection member 3. When the board connector 3 is connected to the surfboard, the connection ring 4 is fixedly connected to the board connector 3 and the surfboard, respectively. In other embodiments, the connection ring 4 may also be fixedly connected to the plate connection 3, i.e. non-detachable from the plate connection 3. The existing board connecting piece 3 generally forms the rope matching part and the main body part respectively and then fixedly connects the rope matching part and the main body part, and when the board connecting piece is used, the rope matching part and the main body part of the board connecting piece 3 are separated accidentally, so that great safety risk is realized. In addition, the assembly process of the existing plate connecting piece 3 is relatively complex, and the production efficiency is low. Based on this, this embodiment further provides a new board connector 3, reducing the risk of accidental disengagement of the rope engaging portion from the main portion (first bearing portion 312) of the board connector 3, and the assembly process is convenient.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, in this embodiment, the board connector 3 includes a board connector body 31 and a fixing member. The board connector body 31 includes a fourth rope engaging portion 311 and a first bearing portion 312, the fourth rope engaging portion 311 is connected to the third rope engaging portion 22 of the pulling rope 2, and the board connector body 31 is an integrally formed part. The board connecting piece body 31 can also be made of TPU material, but the utility model is not limited to this, and other materials with higher strength and certain flexibility can also be used for making the board connecting piece 3. The first bearing part 312 is used for bearing the fixing component. The first end of the intermediate arm 1124 is connected to the first section 111 at a position intermediate in the width direction via the transition 1125. In addition, in this third embodiment, the hole insertion direction of the tab is different from that of the first embodiment.
The pull tab 113 can be used in three different scenarios: the first is that the user wears the lantern ring 1 before surfing and removes the lantern ring 1 after surfing, and in this scene, the user has more operation time to put on and remove the lantern ring, and the attention is more concentrated, so that the position of the jack of the pull ring 113 can be easily found; secondly, when a user participates in a plurality of different types of competitions, the lantern ring 1 needs to be detached very quickly after the surfing competition to enter the next competition quickly, the detaching speed in the scene is very important, and the problem that how to insert fingers into the jack of the pull ring 113 quickly and the lantern ring 1 is detached by using the pull ring 113 is more prominent; the third is that the user needs to be quickly separated from the surfboard in the surfing process if a dangerous situation is met, at the moment, the user needs to be able to quickly find the position of the insertion hole of the pull ring 113 and insert a finger under the condition of distractions, the collar 1 is taken off by using the pull ring 113, and the use safety of the collar 1 is also influenced by the use convenience of the pull ring 113.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the first embodiment, after the lantern ring 1 is sleeved on a human body part, the hole insertion direction of the pull ring 113 is perpendicular to the length direction of the human body part. Here, the hole insertion direction refers to a direction in which a user inserts a finger into the hole of the tab 113 when manipulating the tab 113. For example, after the collar 1 is fitted around the ankle, the insertion direction of the hole of the pull ring 113 is perpendicular to the length direction of the leg. With the structure of the collar 1 according to the first embodiment, the arrangement of the vertical hole insertion direction may cause the user to find the hole not easily and quickly, and may not meet the requirement well when being applied to the second or third scenes.
Therefore, in this third embodiment, the tab 113 is further improved. As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in the third embodiment, after the ring 1 is fitted on a human body part, the hole insertion direction of the pull ring 113 is parallel to the length direction of the human body part. For example, after the collar 1 is fitted around the ankle, the insertion direction of the hole of the pull ring 113 is parallel to the length direction of the leg. When people need to be separated from the surfboard, fingers are inserted into the holes of the pull ring 113, the direction of the fingers does not need to be changed deliberately, and the holes are found more easily and quickly, so that the lantern ring 1 is detached from the human body quickly, and the use safety is higher.
