The composite pressing roller for pole piece rolling according to claim 1, wherein the upper pressing roller and the lower pressing roller are respectively formed by sequentially and alternately connecting the straight roller sections and the arc roller sections, wherein the straight roller sections of the upper pressing roller are arranged corresponding to the straight roller sections of the lower pressing roller, and the arc sections of the upper pressing roller are arranged corresponding to the arc sections of the lower pressing roller.
