The cleaning water is conveyed to the spray head 603 through the water conveying assembly 200 for spraying, and the inner wall of the roller is cleaned.
During cleaning, the roller is rotated and the spray head 603 is matched for spraying and washing, so that the telescopic assembly 600 can be moved and cleaned from outside to inside simultaneously in the inserting process, and the cleaning completeness is ensured.
