11. The walking machine of claim 10, wherein the pulley holder comprises: the adjusting knob is rotatably connected with the bearing, and the fixing sheet is arranged on the bearing and is fixedly connected with the pulley.
12. A walking machine according to any one of claims 5-8, 10, wherein said damping bumper comprises: a shim and/or a felt, the damping cushion providing cushioning and increasing friction when the adjustment knob is pressed against the pulley retainer.
13. The walking machine of claim 1, wherein the resistance adjustment structure comprises: the elastic force adjusting piece can realize the resistance adjusting function by adjusting the elastic force.
14. The machine of claim 13, wherein the resilient member comprises a resilient member and an adjustment structure for adjusting the length of the resilient member, the adjustment structure and the treadle being connected by the resilient member.
