A hanger assembly 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a hanger assembly 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a hanger body 100, a hook 200 and a stopper 300.
Wherein the hanger body 100 defines a receiving cavity 123 having an opening (the specific structure of the receiving cavity 123 can be seen in fig. 4 and 5). This hold chamber 123 is used for holding couple 200, and the opening is used for realizing holding the inside and outside intercommunication in chamber 123, ensures that couple 200 can follow the opening part and gets into and hold in the chamber 123, guarantees simultaneously that the couple 200 that is located and holds the chamber 123 can stretch out from the opening part.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the hook 200 is provided to the hanger body 100, and the hook 200 is movable between a first position accommodated in the accommodating chamber 123 and a second position extended out of the accommodating chamber 123. That is, the hook 200 is disposed in the hanger body 100 and is movable relative to the receiving cavity 123 such that the hook 200 has a first position and a second position relative to the receiving cavity 123, wherein when the hook 200 is in the first position (as shown in fig. 2), the hook 200 is adapted to be received in the receiving cavity 123; when the hook 200 is in the second position (as shown in fig. 3), the hook 200 extends out of the receiving cavity 123.
The limiting member 300 is movably disposed between the hanger body 100 and the hook 200, and the limiting member 300 is used for limiting the moving stroke of the hook 200.
With the above structure, the hanger assembly 1000 of the present invention can be applied to a clothes care device by providing the movable hook 200 in the hanger body 100, so that the hook 200 has a first position and a second position, wherein when the hook 200 is in the first position, the hook 200 is adapted to be received in the receiving cavity 123, i.e. the hook 200 is prevented from extending relative to the hanger body 100, and at this time, the hook 200 does not obstruct the connection between the hanger body 100 and an external component (such as the hanger plate 2000, hereinafter); when the hook 200 is in the second position, the hook 200 protrudes out of the accommodating cavity 123, that is, the hook 200 can be exposed relative to the hanger main body 100, so that the hanger assembly 1000 is formed into a conventional hanger structure, and the hanger assembly 1000 can be hung in a common wardrobe by using the hook 200, so that the hanger assembly 1000 of the present application can be applied to the common wardrobe to improve the application range of the hanger assembly 1000.
That is, the present application provides the hanger assembly 1000 of the present application to be applicable to both a clothes care device and a general wardrobe with good versatility by providing the movable hook 200 in the hanger body 100.
Thus, after the clothes hung on the clothes hanger assembly 1000 are treated by the clothes nursing device, a user can directly take down the clothes hanger assembly 1000 in the clothes nursing device and hang the clothes hanger assembly in a common wardrobe; or, when the clothes hung in the common wardrobe need to be treated by the clothes nursing device, the user can also directly take out the clothes hanger assembly 1000 in the common wardrobe and directly hang the clothes hanger assembly in the clothes nursing device, so that the step of detaching the clothes by the user is omitted, the use convenience is improved, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
It should be noted that, in the present application, a movable limiting member 300 is further disposed between the hanger main body 100 and the hook 200, so as to limit the moving stroke of the hook 200 by using the limiting member 300, on one hand, it is ensured that the hook 200 can be effectively disposed in the hanger main body 100, and the hook 200 is prevented from moving out of the hanger main body 100 when moving; on the other hand, the hook 200 can be guaranteed to move along a given direction, namely, the hook 200 can be guaranteed to accurately move between the first position and the second position, and the hook 200 is prevented from shifting when moving, so that the position accuracy of the hook 200 is improved, and the moving difficulty of the hook 200 is reduced.
It can be understood that compared with the prior art, the movable hook 200 is arranged in the hanger main body 100, so that the hanger assembly 1000 is applicable to both a clothes nursing device and a common wardrobe, the universality is good, meanwhile, the limiting part 300 for limiting the moving stroke of the hook 200 is also arranged, the hook 200 can be ensured to move along a given direction while the hook 200 is prevented from moving out of the hanger main body 100 in the moving process, and the position accuracy of the hook 200 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sidewall of the accommodating cavity 123 is provided with a first guiding groove 1231, the hook 200 has a second guiding groove 210, and the limiting member 300 is engaged with the first guiding groove 1231 and the second guiding groove 210. So as to limit the moving stroke and the moving path of the hook 200 by using the limiting member 300, thereby ensuring that the hook 200 can accurately move between the first position and the second position.
In some examples, the limiting member 300 is movably fitted in the first guide groove 1231 and the second guide groove 210, and when the hook 200 moves between the first position and the second position, the hook 200 can drive the limiting member 300 to move in the first guide groove 1231 and the second guide groove 210 at the same time, so that the limiting member 300 can be used to limit the moving stroke and the moving path of the hook 200 while ensuring that the hook 200 can effectively move between the first position and the second position.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the sidewall of the accommodating cavity 123 is further provided with a first limiting groove 1234 and a second limiting groove 1235, and the first guiding groove 1231 communicates with the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235. That is, the sidewall of the accommodating cavity 123 is not limited to be provided with the first guide groove 1231, and may also be provided with the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235, and the first guide groove 1231 communicates with the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235, so that the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235 communicate with each other, which facilitates the movement of the limiting member 300 in the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235, that is, ensures that the hook 200 can normally move between the first position and the second position.
Alternatively, the stopper 300 may be retained in the first retaining groove 1234 in a state where the hook 200 is at the first position. At this time, the first limiting groove 1234 is used to limit the position of the limiting element 300, so as to avoid the position change of the limiting element 300, thereby avoiding the position change of the hook 200, and further ensuring that the hook 200 can be stabilized at the first position.
That is, the stopper 300 and the first stopper groove 1234 cooperate to ensure that the hook 200 is stably located at the first position, so that the hook 200 is stably received in the receiving cavity 123, and the hanger assembly 1000 can be connected to the hanger plate 2000.
Optionally, in a state that the hook 200 is at the second position, the limiting member 300 is limited in the second limiting groove 1235. At this time, the second limiting groove 1235 is used for limiting the position of the limiting member 300, and the position change of the limiting member 300 is avoided, so that the position change of the hook 200 is avoided, and the hook 200 can be stabilized at the second position.
That is, the limiting member 300 and the second limiting groove 1235 cooperate to ensure that the hook 200 can be stably located at the second position, so that the hook 200 can be stably extended out of the accommodating cavity 123, so that the clothes hanger assembly 1000 can be hung in a common wardrobe.
Therefore, the first and second limiting grooves 1234 and 1235 are disposed on the sidewall of the accommodating cavity 123, and the first and second limiting grooves 1234 and 1235 cooperate with the limiting member 300 to limit the moving stroke of the hook 200, so as to ensure that the hook 200 is positionally stable relative to the hanger body 100 regardless of the first position or the second position.
Alternatively, during the process that the hook 200 moves from the second position to the first position, the limiting member 300 moves from the second limiting groove 1235 toward the first limiting groove 1234 and along the first guiding groove 1231, so as to limit the moving direction of the limiting member 300, i.e. the moving direction of the hook 200, by using the first guiding groove 1231, and ensure that the hook 200 can accurately move to the first position; in the process that the hook 200 moves from the first position to the second position, the limiting member 300 moves from the first limiting groove 1234 to the second limiting groove 1235 and along the first guide groove 1231, so as to further limit the moving direction of the limiting member 300 by using the first guide groove 1231, that is, to limit the moving direction of the hook 200, and ensure that the hook 200 can accurately move to the second position, thereby avoiding the position deviation of the hook 200 in the moving process, and reducing the moving difficulty of the hook 200.
That is, the present application provides the first guide groove 1231, the first stopper groove 1234 and the second stopper groove 1235 on the sidewall of the accommodating chamber 123, the first guide groove 1231 is used to define the moving path of the hook 200 so that the hook 200 can be accurately moved between the first position and the second position, and the first stopper groove 1234 and the second stopper groove 1235 are used to define the position of the hook 200 so that the hook 200 can be stabilized at the first position or the second position.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the first guide groove 1231 includes a first groove section 1232 and a second groove section 1233, the first groove section 1232 communicates with one end of the second groove section 1233 through the second limiting groove 1235, and the first limiting groove 1234 communicates with the other end of the second groove section 1233. That is to say, one end of the second groove section 1233 is communicated with the second limiting groove 1235, the other end of the second groove section 1233 is communicated with the first limiting groove 1234, and the second limiting groove 1235 is further communicated with the first groove section 1232, so that the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235 are communicated with each other, and the limiting member 300 can move among the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235.
In some examples, the stop 300 moves along the first slot segment 1232 during movement of the hook 200 from the second position to the first position. The position of the limiting element 300 is limited by the first groove 1232, so that the limiting element 300 can move along a predetermined direction, and the hook 200 can move from the second position to the first position.
In a specific example, when the hook 200 needs to move from the second position to the first position, the hook 200 can be pressed relative to the hanger body 100, and at this time, the hook 200 can move toward the inside of the hanger body 100, and further the limiting member 300 is driven to move toward the first groove section 1232 and move along the first groove section 1232, so that the moving direction of the hook 200 is limited by the cooperation of the first groove section 1232 and the limiting member 300.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the second limiting groove 1235 is disposed opposite to one end of the first groove 1232 and is communicated with the first groove 1232, and the limiting member 300 is limited in the second limiting groove 1235 when the hook 200 is at the second position, so that when the hook 200 is pressed by a user, the limiting member 300 in the second limiting groove 1235 can effectively move into the first groove 1232 and move along the first groove 1232 when the second limiting groove 1235 is disposed opposite to the first groove 1232.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the other end of the first groove 1232 faces the first limiting groove 1234, so that when the limiting element 300 moves to the other end of the first groove 1232, the hook 200 continues to be pressed, which ensures that the limiting element 300 on the hook 200 can move into the first limiting groove 1234, and at this time, the first limiting groove 1234 is used to limit the position of the limiting element 300, that is, the position of the hook 200, and ensures that the hook 200 can be stably located at the first position.
Optionally, the other end of the first groove segment 1232 communicates with the first retaining groove 1234. That is, the other end of the first groove segment 1232 not only faces the first limit groove 1234 but also communicates with the first limit groove 1234, so as to ensure that the limiting member 300 moving along the first groove segment 1232 can be effectively limited in the first limit groove 1234.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, a limiting hole 1236 is formed in a groove wall of the first limiting groove 1234, and the limiting member 300 can be limited in the limiting hole 1236, so as to increase a contact area between the first limiting groove 1234 and the limiting member 300, and further increase a connection strength between the first limiting groove 1234 and the limiting member 300, so as to ensure that the limiting member 300 can be stably limited in the first limiting groove 1234, that is, to ensure that the hook 200 can be stably located at the first position.
Alternatively, during the process that the hook 200 moves from the first position to the second position, the position-limiting member 300 is disengaged from the first position-limiting groove 1234 and moves along the second groove segment 1233. The position of the limiting member 300 is limited by the second groove 1233, so that the limiting member 300 can move along a predetermined direction, and the hook 200 can move from the first position to the second position.
In a specific example, when the hook 200 needs to move from the first position to the second position, the hook 200 can be pressed again relative to the hanger body 100, at this time, the hook 200 can move again toward the inside of the hanger body 100, and then the limiting member 300 is driven to come out of the limiting hole 1236 and move toward the second slot segment 1233 along the direction of the first limiting slot 1234, and then move along the extending direction of the second slot segment 1233, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the moving direction of the hook 200 by the cooperation of the second slot segment 1233 and the limiting member 300.
Optionally, the depth of the groove bottom of the first retaining groove 1234 adjacent the retaining aperture 1236 is greater than the depth of the groove bottom of the first retaining groove 1234 adjacent the second groove segment 1233. Thus, when the hook 200 is pressed and the limiting member 300 is driven to move, the limiting member 300 in the limiting hole 1236 moves toward the second groove 1233, so that the limiting member 300 can be separated from the first limiting groove 1234 and move along the second groove 1233.
Optionally, in a direction from the limiting hole 1236 to the second groove segment 1233, the groove bottom depths of the first limiting groove 1234 decrease in sequence, so as to ensure that the limiting member 300 in the first limiting groove 1234 can effectively move toward the second groove segment 1233.
Further, in the direction from the limiting hole 1236 to the first groove segment 1232, the groove bottom depth of the first limiting groove 1234 increases in sequence, so as to avoid pressing the hook 200 and driving the limiting member 300 to move, and the limiting member 300 moves toward the first groove segment 1232, thereby further ensuring that the limiting member 300 in the first limiting groove 1234 can effectively move toward the second groove segment 1233, and meanwhile, ensuring that the limiting member 300 moving along the first groove segment 1232 can smoothly move toward the direction of the limiting hole 1236.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the clothes hanger assembly 1000 further comprises a reset member 500, the reset member 500 is disposed between the clothes hanger main body 100 and the hook 200, and the reset member 500 is used for driving the hook 200 to move towards a direction away from the first position. Namely, the hook 200 is driven to move towards a direction close to the second position, so that when the hook 200 needs to move from the first position to the second position, a user can press the hook 200 relative to the hanger body 100, so that the limiting member 300 is released from the limiting hole 1236 and moves into the second groove section 1233, and then the reset member 500 drives the hook 200 to move along the second groove section 1233 and move into the second limiting groove 1235, so as to realize the movement of the hook 200 from the first position to the second position.
That is to say, this application is through setting up the piece 500 that resets, when couple 200 need follow the primary importance to the second place removal, only need press couple 200 once and can realize couple 200's automatic shifting to reduce the position switching degree of difficulty of couple 200.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the restoring member 500 may be a spring provided between the hanger body 100 and the hook 200 to drive the hook 200 to move in a direction away from the first position. Wherein, the low price, the simple to operate of spring to reduce the installation degree of difficulty and the use cost of piece 500 that reset.
Alternatively, one end of the reset member 500 is fixedly connected to the hanger body 100, the other end of the reset member 500 is fixedly connected to the hook 200, when the hook 200 moves from the second position to the first position, the hook 200 moves to press the reset member 500, so that the reset member 500 stores power, and thus when the hook 200 needs to move from the first position to the second position, the reset member 500 can be used to drive the hook 200 to move.
Alternatively, the hook 200 is movable in a first direction, and the second guide groove 210 extends in a second direction different from the first direction. In this way, the limiting member 300 is engaged with the first guide groove 1231 and the second guide groove 210, so that the limiting member 300 can be prevented from obstructing the normal movement of the hook 200, thereby ensuring that the limiting member 300 can effectively limit the moving stroke and the moving path of the hook 200, and ensuring that the hook 200 can accurately move between the first position and the second position.
In a specific example, the first direction is understood to be the up-down direction shown in fig. 4, the second direction is the left-right direction, that is, the hook 200 moves in the up-down direction, and the second guide groove 210 extends along the left-right direction and is disposed on the hook 200, so that when the hook 200 drives the limiting element 300 to move up and down, the limiting element 300 can move left and right in the second guide groove 210 according to the extending path of the first guide groove 1231, thereby ensuring that the hook 200 can effectively move between the first position and the second position.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the first groove segment 1232 extends in a first direction, and at least a portion of the second groove segment 1233 extends obliquely in the first direction away from the first groove segment 1232. To ensure that one ends of the first and second groove segments 1232 and 1233 can communicate with each other through the second limiting groove 1235, and the other ends of the first and second groove segments 1232 and 1233 can also be located at the opposite ends of the first limiting groove 1234, so that the hook 200 can effectively move between the first and second positions.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, an elastic member 400 is disposed in the second guide slot 210, and the elastic member 400 abuts against the limiting member 300 to drive the limiting member 300 to move along the second guide slot 210. Therefore, when the hook 200 drives the limiting member 300 to move up and down, the limiting member 300 can move left and right in the second guide slot 210 according to the extending path of the first guide slot 1231, that is, the hook 200 can move between the first position and the second position effectively.
It should be noted that, the elastic element 400 and the limiting element 300 are abutted, so that a side surface of the limiting element 300 away from the elastic element 400 can be effectively abutted on the side wall of the accommodating cavity 123, that is, the limiting element 300 can be effectively abutted in the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235, thereby ensuring that the limiting element 300 can effectively move along the extending direction of the first guide groove 1231, and enabling the limiting element 300 to be effectively limited in the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235.
That is, by providing the elastic member 400, the limiting member 300 can be effectively stopped in the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235 while ensuring that the limiting member 300 can smoothly move along the second guide groove 210.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the limiting member 300 is a limiting ball. The limiting balls can reduce the contact area between the limiting member 300 and the first guide groove 1231 and between the limiting member 300 and the first guide groove 1231, thereby ensuring that the limiting member 300 can move on the first guide groove 1231 and the limiting member 300.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic member 400 includes a first elastic piece 410 and a second elastic piece 420, and a length direction of the first elastic piece 410 extends along a length direction of the second guide groove 210. So that the extending direction of the first elastic piece 410 is consistent with that of the second guide groove 210, thereby conveniently connecting the first elastic piece 410 in the second guide groove 210, realizing the fixed connection of the elastic piece 400 and the hook 200, and supporting the elastic piece 400 by using the hook 200, thereby improving the structural stability of the elastic piece 400.
The fixing connection here may be an adhesive, a welding, a bolt connection, etc., and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the second elastic sheet 420 in the length direction is connected to one end of the first elastic sheet 410 in the length direction and the other end of the second elastic sheet 420 in the length direction extends away from the first elastic sheet 410. So that the second elastic piece 420 is obliquely arranged with respect to the hook 200, thereby facilitating the movement of the limiting member 300 along the second guide groove 210 driven by the second elastic piece 420, and the limiting member 300 can be effectively stopped in the first guide groove 1231, the first limiting groove 1234 and the second limiting groove 1235 by the second elastic piece 420.
Optionally, a third guide groove (not shown) is formed in the second elastic piece 420, and the extending direction of the second guide groove 210 is the same, and the limiting member 300 is movably connected in the third guide groove, so that the third guide groove is used to limit the moving direction of the limiting member 300 in the second direction, and the limiting member 300 can be connected to the elastic member 400.
In the description of the present invention, features defined as "first", "second" and "third" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features for distinguishing between descriptive features, non-sequential, non-trivial and non-trivial.
It should be noted that, when the limiting element 300 is a limiting ball, the movable fit between the limiting element 300 and the first guide groove 1231 and the third guide groove may be understood as a movable fit and a rolling fit, that is, the limiting element 300 rolls when moving in the first guide groove 1231 and the third guide groove, so as to reduce the contact area between the limiting element 300 and the first guide groove 1231 and the third guide groove, ensure that the limiting element 300 can move smoothly, and avoid the phenomenon that the limiting element 300 is stuck or jammed in the moving process.
