8. A360-degree rotary down lamp according to claim 1, wherein the 360-degree rotary down lamp further comprises a light guide column which is fixed in the lamp holder and covers the LED lamp bead.
9. A360-degree rotary downlight according to claim 8 further comprising a reflector cup fixed within the light holder and covering the exterior of the light guide post.
10. A 360 degree rotary downlight according to claim 9 further comprising an antiglare cup secured within the base, an axial end of the antiglare cup being contiguous with an axial end of the reflective cup.
