Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型结构串灯,在主线上串接多个串灯,每个串灯包括灯座(1)和灯头(8),灯头(8)中安装灯泡,灯头(8)与灯座(1)连接,其特征在于:两根吊线(3)的一端通过双铆口(2)与灯座(1)铆压连接,两根吊线(3)另一端分别与主线的正负极连接。本实用新型不仅仅节约成本,减少不良率,而且相较于传统点焊连接方式更加牢固,不易脱落,减少了单个灯头电性不良、接触不良的问题。

本实用新型涉及灯具领域,尤其是涉及一种新型结构串灯。
背景技术
串灯是为人像作品添彩的小道具,简单易得,又能增添创意活跃你的作品,营造温暖又梦幻的场景,让画面变得暖意融融。
但是,现有的串灯存在以下技术缺陷:
(1)现有底座与吊线是通过焊接方式连接,焊接连接容易造成脱落,导致单个灯头导电性不良,接触不良的问题。
(2)现有串灯灯座上没有设置内架,因此灯座在注塑成型时,容易被挤压变形,造成灯头不良比例较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型设计了一种新型结构串灯,其解决的技术问题是:(1)现有底座与吊线是通过焊接方式连接,焊接连接容易造成脱落,导致单个灯头导电性不良,接触不良的问题。(2)现有串灯灯座上没有设置内架,因此灯座在注塑成型时,容易被挤压变形,造成灯头不良比例较高。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型采用了以下方案:
一种新型结构串灯,在主线上串接多个串灯,每个串灯包括灯座(1)和灯头(8),灯头(8)中安装灯泡,灯头(8)与灯座(1)连接,其特征在于:两根吊线(3)的一端通过双铆口(2)与灯座(1)铆压连接,两根吊线(3)另一端分别与主线的正负极连接。
优选地,灯座(1)上套入一个圆形内架(5),圆形内架(5)内侧面设置有一个内嵌式导槽(6)供两根吊线(3)和灯座(1)铆压端子穿过便于圆形内架(5)的安装,圆形内架(5)下端与灯座(1)连接,圆形内架(5)上端与与灯头(8)连接。
优选地,圆形内架(5)下端设置有锯齿状缺口(4),锯齿状缺口(4)在注塑成型时有利于PVC胶完全流过灯座(1)和圆形内架(5)四周,使灯座(1)、圆形内架(5)、灯头胶体三者之间完全接触融合,提高灯座(1)的牢固性,防止在灯泡拧入过程中灯座的松动或者脱落。
优选地,灯头(8)口部内侧设置有一根防水圈(7),防水圈(7)能够在灯泡拧入灯头(8)后随着灯头口的撑开而与灯泡泡壳紧密压合,防止水滴进入灯头(8)内部造成短路,提高灯头防水性能。
优选地,灯头(8)内部有台阶,台阶平面起到阻挡灯泡过度拧入的作用,当灯泡拧入到位后,台阶平面边缘会与灯泡泡壳接触,同时会对泡壳产生向外弹力,阻止灯泡进一步拧入,防止灯泡因大力拧入造成损坏。
优选地,灯座(1)为锥形带螺纹的灯座。
优选地,单个灯头跟主线连接后,在两股吊线(3)间放置有弯钩形分线架(10),防止两根吊线(3)接触点连接造成短路;弯钩形分线架(10)外部包裹T型连接件(11)。
该新型结构串灯与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本实用新型相较于传统点焊连接方式更加牢固,不易脱落,减少了单个灯头电性不良、接触不良的问题。
(2)本实用新型其结合穿入式电连接+注塑两种工艺,使整体生产效率大大提高,同时降低产品成本,进而进一步提高产品的竞争力。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图3,对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种新型结构串灯,在主线上串接多个串灯,灯座1为锥形带螺纹的灯座。每个串灯包括灯座1和灯头8,灯头8中安装灯泡,灯头8与灯座1连接,两根吊线3的一端通过双铆口2与灯座1铆压连接,两根吊线3另一端分别与主线的正负极连接。
灯座1上套入一个圆形内架5,圆形内架5内侧面设置有一个内嵌式导槽6供两根吊线3和灯座1铆压端子穿过便于圆形内架5的安装,圆形内架5下端与灯座1连接,圆形内架5上端与与灯头8连接。圆形内架5下端设置有锯齿状缺口4,锯齿状缺口4在注塑成型时有利于PVC胶完全流过灯座1和圆形内架5四周,使灯座1、圆形内架5、灯头胶体三者之间完全接触融合,提高灯座1的牢固性,防止在灯泡拧入过程中灯座的松动或者脱落。
灯头8口部内侧设置有一根防水圈7,防水圈7能够在灯泡拧入灯头8后随着灯头口的撑开而与灯泡泡壳紧密压合,防止水滴进入灯头8内部造成短路,提高灯头防水性能。
灯头8内部有台阶,台阶平面起到阻挡灯泡过度拧入的作用,当灯泡拧入到位后,台阶平面边缘会与灯泡泡壳接触,同时会对泡壳产生向外弹力,阻止灯泡进一步拧入,防止灯泡因大力拧入造成损坏。
单个灯头跟主线连接后,在两股吊线3间放置有弯钩形分线架10,防止两根吊线3接触点连接造成短路;弯钩形分线架10外部包裹T型连接件11。
本实用新型安装步骤如下:
1、将灯座1跟吊线3连接后,安装圆形内架5。
2、将装好圆形内架5的灯座1放入模具成型,成型完后得到单个灯头8。
3、主线采用双芯扁平单层绝缘主线或圆形截面双层绝缘导线;将带吊线3的连接端子9通过铜带或端子,使其与主线相连接。
4、在连接处安装弯钩形分线架10。将两个吊线3的连接端子9分别卡弯钩形分线架10固定卡位,防止短路。
5、在每一个连接点处注塑一个T型接头11,接头上设置有挂孔等结构。
上面结合附图对本实用新型进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型结构串灯,在主线上串接多个串灯,每个串灯包括灯座(1)和灯头(8),灯头(8)中安装灯泡,灯头(8)与灯座(1)连接,其特征在于:两根吊线(3)的一端通过双铆口(2)与灯座(1)铆压连接,两根吊线(3)另一端分别与主线的正负极连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型结构串灯,其特征在于:灯座(1)上套入一个圆形内架(5),圆形内架(5)内侧面设置有一个内嵌式导槽(6)供两根吊线(3)和灯座(1)铆压端子穿过便于圆形内架(5)的安装,圆形内架(5)下端与灯座(1)连接,圆形内架(5)上端与与灯头(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型结构串灯,其特征在于:圆形内架(5)下端设置有锯齿状缺口(4),锯齿状缺口(4)在注塑成型时有利于PVC胶完全流过灯座(1)和圆形内架(5)四周,使灯座(1)、圆形内架(5)、灯头胶体三者之间完全接触融合,提高灯座(1)的牢固性,防止在灯泡拧入过程中灯座的松动或者脱落。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的新型结构串灯,其特征在于:灯头(8)口部内侧设置有一根防水圈(7),防水圈(7)能够在灯泡拧入灯头(8)后随着灯头口的撑开而与灯泡泡壳紧密压合,防止水滴进入灯头(8)内部造成短路,提高灯头防水性能。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型结构串灯,其特征在于:灯头(8)内部有台阶,台阶平面起到阻挡灯泡过度拧入的作用,当灯泡拧入到位后,台阶平面边缘会与灯泡泡壳接触,同时会对泡壳产生向外弹力,阻止灯泡进一步拧入,防止灯泡因大力拧入造成损坏。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型结构串灯,其特征在于:灯座(1)为锥形带螺纹的灯座。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的新型结构串灯,其特征在于:单个灯头跟主线连接后,在两股吊线(3)间放置有弯钩形分线架(10),防止两根吊线(3)接触点连接造成短路;弯钩形分线架(10)外部包裹T型连接件(11)。
