SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of this application embodiment is to provide a pen light to solve the inside unsuitable soft arranging wire or wire of arranging of shell of a pen, lead to the luminous component of pen light can only install in the afterbody or the side of a body, the poor problem of illuminating effect when writing.

the pen body assembly is provided with a PCB and a battery, the battery is electrically connected with the PCB, and the PCB is provided with a first conductive contact and a second conductive contact;
the pen point assembly is provided with an illuminating module, the illuminating module is provided with a third conductive contact and a fourth conductive contact, the pen point assembly is also provided with a through hole for the pen core to pass through, and a pen point insulating ring is arranged in the through hole;
the pen core is provided with a writing end, the pen head assembly and the pen body assembly are connected to form a shell with a pen core mounting cavity, the pen core is arranged in the pen core mounting cavity, and the writing end penetrates through the pen head insulating ring;
the first conductive contact is electrically connected with the shell, the second conductive contact is electrically connected with the pen core, the third conductive contact is electrically connected with the shell, and the fourth conductive contact is electrically connected with the pen core.

the PCB board with the battery is all located in the postlude connecting piece.

Further, the nib assembly still includes: the pen core contacts with the elastic sheet and the insulating pressing ring, the third conductive contact and the fourth conductive contact are arranged on the PCB lamp panel, and the third conductive contact is electrically connected with the pen point connecting piece; the insulating clamping ring is in a hollow cylindrical shape, the refill contact elastic sheet is provided with a first end and a second end, the refill contact elastic sheet is arranged in the insulating clamping ring, the first end is connected with the fourth conductive contact, and the second end is connected with the refill.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application mainly has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1-2, a pen light proposed by a first embodiment of the present application is shown, which includes: the pen head component 1, the pen body component 2 and the pen core 3; the pen point component 1 is provided with a first shell, the pen body component 2 is provided with a second shell pen core 3 and is provided with a third shell, and the first shell, the second shell and the third shell are all made of conductive materials; wherein,
the pen body assembly 2 is provided with a PCB and a battery, the battery is electrically connected with the PCB, and the PCB is provided with a first conductive contact and a second conductive contact;
the pen point assembly 1 is provided with an illuminating module 11, the illuminating module 11 is provided with a third conductive contact and a fourth conductive contact, the pen point assembly 1 is also provided with a through hole for the pen core 3 to pass through, and a pen point insulating ring 121 is arranged in the through hole;

In this embodiment, the lighting module 11 can be a small LED lamp, and by providing the small LED lamp at the pen point 12, the pen core 3 serves as a power supply line, and the pen body serves as another power supply line to implement a power supply loop of the small LED lamp, so that the problem that the light emitting component of the pen lamp can only be installed at the tail or the side of the pen lamp is solved, the light emission at the position of the pen point 12 is realized, and the lighting is convenient for writing.
To the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application also proposes a second embodiment, wherein the pen body assembly 2 comprises: a pen housing 21 and a tail connector 22; wherein,
the PCB board and the batteries are all located in the tail connector 22.
For the above pen lamp, the present application also provides a third embodiment, wherein the lighting module 11 includes a PCB lamp panel 111 and a light guide member 112, and the PCB lamp panel 111 and the light guide member 112 are both circular; the nib subassembly 1 still includes: a nib 12 and a nib connector 13; wherein,
the through-hole is connected gradually by nib 12, leaded light 112 and nib connecting piece 13 and forms, and PCB lamp plate 111 locates the through-hole and is located the bottom of nib connecting piece 13, and this bottom is equipped with at least one light guide hole, and at least one light guide hole corresponds with leaded light 112.
To the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application also provides a fourth embodiment, wherein the pen head assembly 1 further includes: the pen core contacts the elastic sheet 14 and the insulating pressing ring 15, the third conductive contact and the fourth conductive contact are arranged on the PCB lamp panel 111, and the third conductive contact is electrically connected with the pen point connecting piece 13; insulating clamping ring 15 is hollow circular cylinder, and refill contact shell fragment 14 has first end and second end, and this refill contact shell fragment 14 is located in insulating clamping ring 15 and first end connection fourth conductive contact, and refill 3 is connected to the second end.
In this embodiment, the refill contact spring 14 may be a plurality of separate connecting pieces, or may be a cylindrical connecting piece, and the function of the connecting piece is to generate elastic deformation after contacting with the refill 3, so as to sufficiently contact with the refill 3, so that the refill 3 is stably and electrically connected with the fourth conductive contact.
To the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application further provides a fifth embodiment, wherein the pen head assembly 1 further includes: and the spring 16 is sleeved at the head of the refill 3, one end of the spring 16 is connected with the refill 3, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the PCB lamp panel 111.
In this embodiment, the spring 16 is arranged to make the cartridge 3 a pop-up cartridge 3, which has the advantage that when the pen lamp is not writing, the cartridge 3 can be hidden in the pen housing 21 to prevent the writing end of the cartridge 3 from being damaged by collision.
To the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application also proposes a sixth embodiment, wherein the pen body assembly 2 further includes: the second end of the pen shell insulating ring 211 extends out of the insulating pressing ring 15, the pen shell insulating ring 211 is arranged on the inner side wall of the pen shell 21, and the second end of the pen shell insulating ring 211 is located at the inner ring position of the pen shell insulating ring 211.
In this embodiment, when the pen core 3 is connected to the second end, the second end will be deflected outwards, and the insulating pressing ring 15 is used to prevent the second end from contacting the pen shell 21 to cause short circuit.
To the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application also proposes a seventh embodiment, wherein the pen body assembly 2 further includes: a slide cylinder 23 and a shift lever 24; wherein,
the side wall of the pen shell 21 is provided with a sliding groove 212 penetrating through the side wall; one end of the sliding groove 212 close to the nib assembly 1 extends to one side to form a limit groove 213;
the sliding barrel 23 can be arranged in the pen shell 21 in a sliding manner, one end of the deflector rod 24 penetrates into the pen shell 21 from the outer side of the sliding groove 212 to be connected with the sliding barrel 23, the other end of the deflector rod is positioned outside the pen shell 21, and the tail end of the refill 3 is connected with the sliding barrel 23;
the shift lever 24 can shift the slide barrel 23 toward one end of the pen head assembly 1 to drive the pen core 3 to pop out, and then shift toward the limit groove 213 to limit the pen core 3.
In this embodiment, the sliding direction of the sliding groove 212 is the same as the length direction of the pen case 21, the included angle between the limiting groove 213 and the sliding groove 212 is preferably 90 degrees, and then is an acute angle, that is, the limiting groove 213 and the sliding groove 212 are in a "7" shape or a "square" shape, and the end of the limiting groove 213 can be provided with a position lock slightly larger than the body of the groove.
To above-mentioned pen light, the present application also proposes an eighth embodiment, wherein, the pen body assembly 2 further includes: a conductive clip 25; wherein,
the conductive clamping piece 25 is arranged in the sliding barrel 23, one end of the conductive clamping piece is provided with a tensioning part formed by a spring plate, the tail end of the pen core 3 is connected with the tensioning part, the other end of the conductive clamping piece 25 is a connecting rod, and the connecting rod is electrically connected with the second conductive contact.
In this embodiment, the conductive clip 25 is provided to electrically connect the pen core 3 with the second conductive contact, and the slide barrel 23 does not need to be conductive, i.e. the slide barrel 23 is insulated, so that the pen core 3 and the pen shell 21 do not have electrical contact, thereby preventing short circuit.
To the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application also proposes a ninth embodiment, wherein the pen body assembly 2 further includes: a stop collar 26, a movable post 27, a conductive plate 28 and an elastic electrical connector 29;
the limiting ring 26 is connected on the inner side wall of the pen shell 21 and is located at one end close to the tail connecting piece 22, the movable column 27 is connected on the limiting ring 26 in a sliding mode, one end of the movable column 27 is connected with the connecting rod, the other end of the movable column 27 is connected with the conductive plate 28, one end of the elastic electric connecting piece 29 is connected with the conductive plate 28, and the other end of the elastic electric connecting piece is connected with the second conductive contact.
In this embodiment, the elastic electrical connector 29 may be a metal spring with good electrical conductivity, and both connection ends of the metal spring are fixedly connected, that is, one end of the metal spring is fixedly connected to the conductive plate 28, and the other end of the metal spring is fixedly connected to the second conductive contact, so that when the shift lever 24 slides the slide cylinder 23, the metal spring can still keep the conductive plate 28 and the second conductive contact electrically connected while the metal spring is stretching.
In view of the above-mentioned pen lamp, the present application also proposes a tenth embodiment, wherein a switch 221 is disposed at the end of the tail connector 22, and the switch 221 is used for turning on or off the lighting module 11.
In this embodiment, the switch 221 is disposed at the end of the tail connector 22, which is a control configuration for turning on or off the pen light, and in some embodiments, the switch 221 may also be disposed on the sidewall of the tail connector 22. In particular, the tail connector 22 can be provided with a second lighting module, and the switch 221 can be provided with two positions, one for turning on the lighting module 11 at the position of the nib connector 13, and the other for turning on the second lighting module.
