After the cleaning is completed, the control system 100 controls the fourth control valve 74 connected to the first waste liquid discharge branch 712 and the fourth control valve 74 connected to the second waste liquid discharge branch 713 to be opened, and opens the waste liquid pump 72 to discharge the alkali cleaning liquid and the acid cleaning liquid circulated many times into the waste liquid tank 73.
