Background
In the field of traditional Chinese medicine, catgut implantation at acupuncture points is widely applied to clinical treatment. It is used to treat various pain diseases such as obesity, apoplexy, and spondylopathy. The first patient who has not received the catgut embedding therapy often falls out of the way because of fear of pain during catgut embedding and cannot stay on the therapy.
The sources of pain sensation of catgut implantation therapy are various, such as: the traditional thread-embedding needle has a thick diameter, so that the channels and collaterals of a patient can feel pain or severe pain and allergy can be caused. For the operating personnel, the beginners often adopt needles with the thickness of 0.3 x 40, and the thickness and the length are suitable, and the needles with the thickness of more than 0.3 are not applied to actual operation because the pain is too obvious and not easily accepted by people. For the needle tool, the thicker and shorter the needle tool is, the easier the needle tool is inserted into the body of a patient, and for a beginner operator, the better the operation is, and the exercise difficulty is small.
Even if the needle tool with proper length is used for pricking, phenomena such as needle bending and needle folding can occur. The phenomenon that the needling instrument is easy to waste in the training process of an operator can bring about not less frustration to the operator.
And the phenomena of needle bending, needle folding and the like easily occur, and the phenomenon that the needle tool is retained in the body of the patient easily occurs in the actual operation process, so that the patient is very easy to feel uncomfortable. When the traditional acupuncture point thread burying needle is in a working state, an operator preliminarily judges the position of an acupuncture point and then inserts the thread burying needle into the skin surface layer of a patient. The deeper the needle is, the harder the needle is to be inserted, therefore, an operator often uses the other hand to assist the fixing operation to support the needle to keep vertical, and the inner core can ensure that the body-entering thread can be smoothly sent into the body of a patient.
Therefore, the traditional needling instrument is easy to cause a plurality of misoperation which aggravates pain of patients and a plurality of operation hidden dangers in the operation process, so that the operation experience of catgut embedding at the acupuncture point is poor, and more people are afraid of pain and are unwilling to receive the treatment mode. Thus, there is a need for a device that improves upon conventional point catgut embedding needles to reduce the pain experienced by the patient.

As shown in fig. 1, an acupuncture point catgut embedding needle 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The point catgut embedding needle 10 is suitable for being applied to point catgut embedding therapy. The catgut embedding needle 10 is suitable for implanting an implant 80 into the body of a patient. The body-entering line 80 may be a catgut line or other line body that can be absorbed by the human body. Unlike acupuncture therapy, the catgut implantation therapy is to implant the implant strings 80 into the body of the patient to stimulate the corresponding acupuncture points and to dredge the meridians and qi and blood instead of the continuous course of acupuncture therapy.
The needle set 10 for catgut implantation at acupuncture points comprises a main needle set 11 and a thread pusher 12, wherein the main needle set 11 provides an operation space, namely, an operator can insert into the body of a patient through the main needle set. The thread pusher 12 is adapted to be positioned inside the main needle 11 to assist the insertion of the main needle 11 inside the patient. In other words, the wire pusher 12 may be inserted into the body of the patient along with the main needle set 11. Further, the implant wire 80 may be disposed inside the main needle 11, and the implant wire 80 is adapted to be pushed by the wire pusher 12 to be implanted into the patient. That is, the main needle 11 cooperates with the thread pusher 12 to place the body-inserting thread 80 near the corresponding acupuncture point of the patient.
For convenience of illustration, it is defined herein that the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle 10 is inserted into the skin of the patient as the inner side, and the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle 10 is inserted into the skin of the patient as the outer side during the treatment. The medial side is defined as the anterior end and the lateral side is defined as the posterior end.
It is worth mentioning that the thread pusher 12 enters the main needle 11 from the rear end to the front end, and pushes the body-entering thread 80 into the patient from the rear end to the front end. Alternatively, the operator may temporarily fix the body-inserting thread 80 at the front end of the main needle device 11 to the front side of the main needle device 11, when the main needle device 11 is inserted into the body of the patient, the body-inserting thread 80 and the front end of the main needle device 11 are located in the subcutaneous tissue of the patient, and when the main needle device 11 is about to be withdrawn from the body of the patient, the thread pusher 12 limits the body-inserting thread at the front side of the main needle device 11, so as to retain the body-inserting thread 80 in the subcutaneous tissue of the patient, so as to stimulate the corresponding acupuncture points, dredge the channels and collaterals, and achieve the purpose of treatment.
The main needle 11 has a receiving cavity 113, and the receiving cavity 113 penetrates through the front end surface and the rear end surface of the main needle 11. That is, the receiving cavity 113 communicates with the front side and the rear side of the main needle 11, and the receiving cavity 113 is located inside the main needle 11. The wire pusher 12 is adapted to be disposed in the accommodating cavity 113 to push the body-entering wire 80 located at the front end of the accommodating cavity 113 into the patient. Specifically, the wire pusher 12 enters from the rear end of the receiving cavity 113.
The needle device 10 for catgut implantation at acupuncture points further comprises a limiting piece 13, wherein the limiting piece 13 is positioned on the periphery of the main needle device 11 so as to movably surround the main needle device 11. When the operator inserts the needle set 10 into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient, the restricting member 13 maintains the vertical insertion direction of the main needle set 11. That is, the communication direction of the receiving cavities 113 is also a vertical direction. In other words, the advancing direction of the wire pusher 12 during operation is also maintained in the vertical direction. The restricting member 13 serves to maintain the vertical orientation of the point burial needle 10 during insertion.
The limiting piece 13 can movably surround the main needle tool 11, and further, when the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle tool 10 is not inserted into the body of a patient, the limiting piece 13 is positioned at the rear end of the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle tool 10; when the catgut embedding needle 10 is inserted into a patient, the limiting piece 13 extends from the back end to the front end of the catgut embedding needle 10 until the limiting piece 13 abuts against the skin of the patient. That is, the limiting member 13 controls the insertion depth of the buried acupuncture point needle 10 to prevent the buried acupuncture point needle 10 from being bent or bent due to too deep insertion or incorrect insertion angle.
It is worth mentioning that said limiting member 13 replaces the assistance of the other hand of the operator. The insertion and stabilization of the point catgut embedding needle 10 can be simultaneously operated by an operator with only one hand while maintaining the vertical insertion of the point catgut embedding needle 10.
The main needle 11 includes a holding portion 111 and a needle body 112, the holding portion 111 is detachably connected to the needle body 112, the holding portion 111 is located at the rear end of the needle body 112, in other words, the needle body 112 is located at the front end of the holding portion 111. The grip portion 111 provides an operating platform for the needle body 112 to be inserted into a patient. The operator pierces the needle body 112 into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient by gripping the grip portion 111. The material of the holding portion 111 and the needle body 112 is different, that is, the needle body 112 may be disposable, and the holding portion 111 may be made of a material which can be used after being sterilized. The operator can detachably replace the needle body 112 after use, and disinfect and clean the holding part 111 for reuse, so that the use cost and the manufacturing cost are greatly reduced.
The needle body 112 further comprises a first needle body 1122 and a second needle body 1123, wherein the first needle body 1122 is located at the front end of the second needle body 1123. In other words, the second needle body 1123 is connected to the first needle body 1122 at the front end and to the grip 111 at the rear end.
The needle body 112 is provided with a plurality of scale marks which are evenly distributed on the peripheral wall of the needle body 112 so as to accurately measure the depth of the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle 10 penetrating into subcutaneous tissues of a patient. The distance that the scale mark corresponds to patient's skin feeds back to the operator with real-time the degree of depth of piercing, and the operator of being convenient for is to the assurance of the distance of piercing to prevent to appear piercing the maloperation that the degree of depth produced too deeply etc. has promoted patient's treatment and has experienced, has reduced the pain that the treatment produced.
The main needle 11 includes a connecting portion 115, and the connecting portion 115 is located on the needle body 112. The connection 115 may alternatively consist of a thread, i.e. the main needle 11 is detachably connected by a thread. The connecting portion 115 is located at a middle portion of the needle body 112, and the needle body 112 that penetrates the subcutaneous tissue of the patient is a front end, and the needle body 112 that does not penetrate the subcutaneous tissue of the patient is a rear end. The connecting portion 115 detachably connects the front and rear ends of the needle body 112. In other words, the front end of the needle body 112 is detachably connected to the rear end of the needle body 112 through the connecting portion 115. That is, the connection part 115 is located between the first needle 1122 and the second needle 1123. In other words, the first needle 1122 is detachably connected to the second needle 1123 through the connection portion 115.
Further, the front end is replaceable because it does not penetrate into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient. Further reducing the manufacturing cost and the using cost of the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle 10. The front end of the needle body 112 which is punctured can be replaced as a disposable use article after use, and the rear end of the needle body 112 which is not punctured into the body of a patient and the holding part 111 can be used as parts which can be used for the second time, so that the use cost is reduced, and cross infection possibly existing due to different patients is avoided.
The wire pusher 12 includes an inner core 121 and a handle 122, the inner core 121 being integrally connected to the handle 122, the inner core 121 being located at a front end of the handle 122, that is, the handle 122 being located at a rear end of the inner core 121. The inner core 121 is adapted to be disposed in the receiving cavity 113, and the handle 122 is adapted to be blocked by the holding portion 111 outside the main needle 11. In other words, the inner core 121 enters from the rear end of the housing cavity 113 and extends to the front end of the main needle 11, the handle 122 is limited by the rear end of the housing cavity 113, and the handle 122 cannot pass through the housing cavity 113.
The diameter of the inner core 121 is much smaller than that of the receiving cavity 113, and the diameter of the handle 122 is larger than that of the receiving cavity 113, so that the inner core 121 is suitable for pushing the body-inserting thread 80 which is also positioned in the receiving cavity 113 during the insertion of the buried acupuncture needle 10 into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient. The front end of the inner core 121 contacts the body-entering wire 80, and the rear end is connected with the handle 122. The operator applies force to the handle 122, extends the force from the inner core 121 to the front end of the inner core 121 to contact the body-entering thread 80, separates the body-entering thread 80 from the catgut embedding needle 10, and retains the body-entering thread 80 in the subcutaneous tissue of the patient, and the catgut embedding needle 10 is pulled out of the body of the patient.
The primary needle 11 has a displacement chamber 114, and the displacement chamber 114 is located at the holding portion 111. Further, the displacement chamber 114 communicates the front end and the rear end of the grip portion 111, and the restriction member 13 is adapted to be movably located in the displacement chamber 114. That is, the limiter 13 is adapted to be movably located outside the main needle 11 by the displacement chamber 114.
The restricting member 13 includes a first restricting unit 131, a second restricting unit 132, and a connecting member 133. The first limiting unit 131 is connected to the second limiting unit 132 through the connecting member 133. Specifically, the connecting member 133 has one end connected to the first limiting unit 131 and the other end connected to the second limiting unit 132. That is, the first limiting unit 131 is located at the front end of the connecting member 133, and the second limiting unit 132 is located at the rear end of the connecting member 133.
The first limiting unit 131 is adapted to contact the skin of the patient to define the position of the buried acupuncture point needle 10, and the second limiting unit 131 is adapted to be engaged with the rear end of the displacement chamber 114, that is, the limiting member 13 is movably located at the outer side of the main needle 11 by the second limiting unit 132. Since the first limiting unit 131, the second limiting unit 132 and the connecting member 133 are integrally connected, an operator can transmit the lifting and lowering of the first limiting unit 132 in a vertical plane by controlling the lifting and lowering of the second limiting unit 132.
The restriction member 13 has two states: and an operating state and a non-operating state, wherein when the limiting member 13 is in the operating state, the first limiting unit 131 descends to be close to the foremost end of the needle body 112, at this time, the second limiting unit 132 is clamped by the displacement cavity 114, and the first limiting unit 131 is limited on the epidermis of the patient. First restriction unit 131 optionally adopts by the flexible glue sucking disc, and flexible material can promote patient's use when contacting patient's skin and experience, also can laminate the skin better, guarantees the vertical inserting of acupuncture point catgut embedding needling instrument 10 provides better experience for the patient.
When the limiting member 13 is in the non-operating state, the first limiting unit 131 is lifted to be away from the foremost end of the needle body 112 and close to the rearmost end of the needle body 112, and at this time, the second limiting unit 132 is away from the displacement cavity 114, and the first limiting unit 131 is away from the epidermis of the patient.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic view of an acupoint catgut embedding needle 10A according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is substantially different from the above embodiments in that the thread pushing device 12 is actually provided. Therefore, the needle device 10A for catgut implantation at acupuncture points comprises a main needle device 11A and a movable element 14A, wherein the main needle device 11A provides a mounting platform, and the movable element 14A is located inside the main needle device 11A. The body-entering thread 80 is suitable for being arranged inside the main needle 11A, and the movable element 14A is used for limiting the specific position of the body-entering thread 80 in the main needle 11A. The main needle 11A and the movable element 14A can together achieve the purpose that the body-entering thread 80 is implanted into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient. The main needle 11A has a smaller diameter than a conventional needle to reduce the overall size, and the smaller size of the main needle 11A is less likely to stimulate pain nerves of a patient. That is, the pain of the patient can be reduced by reducing the overall size of the main needle 11A.
Further, the main needle 11A includes a holding portion 111A and a needle body 112A, the holding portion 111A is detachably connected to the needle body 112A, the holding portion 111A is located at the rear end of the needle body 112A, in other words, the needle body 112A is located at the front end of the holding portion 111A. The grip portion 111A provides an operating platform for inserting the needle body 112A into a patient. The operator pierces the needle body 112A into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient by gripping the grip portion 111A. The material of the grip portion 111A and the needle body 112A is different, that is, the needle body 112A may be disposable, and the grip portion 111A may be made of a material that can be used after being sterilized. The needle body 112A can be detachably replaced by an operator after use, and the grip portion 111A can be sterilized and cleaned for reuse.
The needle body 112A is provided with a plurality of scale marks which are evenly distributed on the peripheral wall of the needle body 112A so as to accurately measure the depth of the acupuncture point catgut embedding needle 10A penetrating into subcutaneous tissues of a patient.
The main needle 11A has a receiving cavity 113A, the receiving cavity 113A is suitable for placing the body-entering thread 80, and the receiving cavity 113A penetrates through the needle body 112A and the holding portion 111A. The body-entering line 80 enters from the rear end of the housing cavity 113A, and is placed in the subcutaneous tissue of the patient from the front end of the housing cavity 113A. Further, the receiving cavity 113A includes a first receiving space 1131A and a second receiving space 1132A, and the first receiving space 1131A is located at a front end of the second receiving space 1132A. Specifically, the body-entering thread 80 enters the second receiving space 1132A from the rear end of the needle body 112A, then enters the first receiving space 1131A, and finally is retained in the subcutaneous tissue of the patient.
The movable member 14A is located at a boundary between the first receiving space 1131A and the second receiving space 1132A. That is, the movable member 14A divides the accommodation chamber 113A into two halves. In other words, the movable member 14A defines the body-entering line 80 located in the first receiving space 1131A or the second receiving space 1132A.
The movable member 14A includes a rotating unit 145A and a blocking unit 146A, and the movable member 14A is located in the middle of the needle body 112A. The rotating unit 145A is integrally connected to the blocking unit 146A. The rotating unit 145A is rotatably connected to the needle body 112A, and the blocking unit 146A is adapted to separate the first receiving space 1131A and the second receiving space 1132A.
The hinge 14A further includes a protrusion 147A, and the protrusion 147A is connected to the blocking unit 146A. When the blocking unit 146A is located in the receiving cavity 113A, the protruding unit 147A protrudes from the peripheral wall of the needle body 112A, that is, the operator can control the blocking unit 146A to rotate along the rotating unit 145A through the protruding unit 147A.
The operation process of the catgut embedding needle 10A is described as an example. The body-entering line 80 enters the accommodating cavity 113A from the rear end of the holding part 111A. At this time, the blocking unit 146A blocks the body-entering wire 80 from entering the first receiving space 1131A from the second receiving space 1132A. That is, the body-entering wire 80 is confined in the second receiving space 1132A. The sharp front side of the needle body 112A is inserted into the subcutaneous tissue of the patient to a predetermined insertion depth. When the protrusion unit 147A is pulled, the blocking unit 146A rotates along the rotation unit 145A to the outside of the needle body 112A, that is, the first receiving space 1131A communicates with the second receiving space 1132A. At this time, the body-entering wire 80 falls into the first receiving space 1131A from the second receiving space 1132A.
When the operator is about to remove the catgut embedding needle 10A, he or she pulls the protrusion unit 147A to rotate the blocking unit 146A along the rotation unit 145A back to the receiving cavity 113A, i.e., the blocking unit 146A still separates the first receiving space 1131A from the second receiving space 1132A. At this time, the blocking unit 146A restricts the body-entering line 80 from the first accommodating space 1131A. When the point catgut embedding needle 10A is pulled out, the body entering line 80 is retained in the subcutaneous tissue of the patient, and the treatment purpose is completed.
