SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The headstock adjusting device provided by the application comprises a headstock connecting piece 10, a locking mechanism 20, a clamping assembly 30 and an adjusting part 40, wherein a first end of the locking mechanism 20 is sleeved on the headstock connecting piece 10; the clamping assembly 30 comprises a first clamping joint 31, a second clamping joint 32 and a first fixing piece 34; the first clamping joint 31 and the second clamping joint 32 are oppositely arranged, a first clamping opening 33 is formed between the first clamping joint 31 and the second clamping joint 32, the end part of the first end of the first clamping joint 31 is rotatably connected with the end part of the first end of the second clamping joint 32 through a first fixing piece 34, and the second end of the locking mechanism 20 is sleeved on the second end of the first clamping joint 31 and the second end of the second clamping joint 32; the first clamping joint 31 and the second clamping joint 32 are sleeved on the adjusting part 40 through the first clamping opening 33, and the adjusting part 40 and the clamping assembly 30 are arranged perpendicular to each other.
