The present application is further described with reference to the following drawings and exemplary embodiments, wherein like reference numerals are used to refer to like elements throughout. In addition, if a detailed description of the known art is not necessary for illustrating the features of the present application, it is omitted.
The sharp instrument box provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a box body (not shown) and a box cover. The box cover 20 covers the box body to isolate the garbage in the box body from the environment where the sharp instrument box is located, so that the garbage in the box body is prevented from polluting the environment, and the sharp instrument in the box body is prevented from causing safety risks to surrounding personnel.
The box body is made of Polypropylene Plastic (PP) and does not contain polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This material is yellow transparent material, can supply in time to observe the inside sharp ware capacity of box body to in time joint sealing. Moreover, the material has the characteristics of lightness, safety, no toxicity, puncture resistance, no leakage, easy high-temperature incineration and the like.

A chopper mechanism 30 is installed in the cover opening 21, and the chopper mechanism 30 is located at an edge position of the cover opening 21. If the sharp device needs to be separated into the box body, the mounting position of the chopping device 30 can enable the sharp device to be directly vertically placed into the cover opening 21, and the sharp device directly falls into the box body after separation, so that the sharp device is prevented from polluting the box cover 20 and causing secondary pollution to the surrounding environment. Based on the sharp machine box additionally provided with the chopping knife device 30, the sharp machine box can have the function of separating sharp machines, and the convenience of daily medical operation is enhanced; meanwhile, additional scissors are not needed, and the condition that the scissors are lost is avoided.
The chopper apparatus 30 includes a chopper 31 and a folding apparatus. The folding means can cause the blade 33 of the chopper 31 to fold flat. And the position of the chopping knife 31 is at the edge position of the cover opening 21. When the sharp device needs to be separated into the box body, the sliding cover 22 is slid until the cover opening 21 is exposed, the blade 33 of the chopper 31 is erected on the sliding cover 22, the sharp device is separated from other parts of the connected medical waste by the blade 33, and the sharp device naturally falls into the box body. After the sharp instrument is separated, the sharp instrument is discarded into the box body, and the sliding cover 22 covers the cover opening 21, so that the sharp instrument in the box body is isolated from the surrounding environment, and the cleanliness and the safety of the environment are guaranteed.
Two parallel sliding rails (not shown) are disposed on the box cover 20 along two sides of the sliding direction of the sliding cover 22, so as to satisfy the sliding of the sliding cover 22 to control the opening and closing state of the cover opening 21. As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the area of the cover opening 21 does not exceed half of the planar area of the cover 20, and the size and shape of the sliding cover 22 is not smaller than the area of the cover opening 21, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the sharps container. When the waste sharp instrument is not required to be disposed of, the chopper 31 is folded on the box cover 20, and the box cover 20 is covered above the cover opening 21 along the slide rail.
The chopper 31 includes a knife seat 32 and a blade 33, and the knife seat 32 includes a fixing strip 321 fixed on the sliding cover 22 and a cutting block 322 vertically arranged with the fixing strip 321. Blade 33 and shear block 322 may be pivotally connected by a screw on one side, which cuts the object below blade 33 as blade 33 and shear block 322 open to close. The dotted line portion in fig. 2 represents a state when the blade 33 is opened. On the basis of the above embodiment, the folding device includes the hinge structure 40. In this embodiment, the hinge structure 40 is connected between the fixing bar 321 and the cutout 322, and allows the fixing bar 321 and the cutout 322 to be converted between a folded and unfolded state.
A movable knife holder (not shown) can be disposed on the sliding cover 22 at a position corresponding to the chopping knife 31. When the fixing bar 321 and the cutting block 322 of the cutting blade 31 are in the folded state, i.e. when the cutting blade 31 is not needed, the cutting blade 31 is sleeved with the blade sleeve. Further, two parallel tracks (not shown) may be disposed on the sliding cover 22 and at two sides of the fixing strip 321, so that the knife sheath can shield or expose the chopper 31 along the tracks, and prevent surrounding people from contacting the chopper 31 and being injured when the chopper 31 is not used.
In the above embodiment, the fixing bar 321 may be made of a corrosion-resistant metal material.
In this embodiment, the tool holder 32 is installed perpendicular to the direction of the slide rail and is installed at the edge of the cover opening 21. The length of the tool apron 32 is close to the width of the sliding cover 22, so that the two ends of the fixing area of the tool apron 32 and the sliding cover 22 are close to the edge area between the two sliding rails, the stress area between the steel plate and the sliding cover 22 is increased, and the problem of deformation or damage to the sliding cover 22 when the chopping knife 31 is used is avoided.
The chopper 31 also comprises a handle 34, which is controlled to separate the blade 33 from the medical waste when the chopper is in use.
In this embodiment, the hinge structure 40 includes at least one hinge for connecting the fixing bar 321 and the cutout 322. If the hinge structure 40 includes at least two hinges, the hinges are mounted on the same side of the cutout 322.
In the present embodiment, a pair of hinges is included and both hinges are installed at a side away from the cover opening 21, so that when the chopper 31 is not used, the chopper 31 can be away from the cover opening 21, and the chopper 31 is prevented from being caught between the slide cover 22 and the cover opening 21 and being unable to close the cover opening 21.
The hinge provided by the above embodiment may be a damping hinge. When the damping hinge is opened to a preset angle, due to the damping effect, the angle between the two hinge pieces can still keep the preset angle in a short time under the condition of losing the acting force of the opening operation. The sharp machine can be separated by the chopper 31 in a short time while the angle between the two hinge pieces of the hinge is maintained at a predetermined angle. After the separation operation is finished, the blade 33 and the tool holder 32 can automatically return to the folded state under the action of the spring between the two hinge plates, so that the safety risk to surrounding personnel is avoided.
In this embodiment, the chopping block assembly 30 further comprises a support structure 50.
Each hinge comprises two hinge leaves and a pivot 43. The two hinge pieces are respectively fixed on the knife seat 32 and the knife blade 33 of the chopper 31. For convenience of description, the hinge fixed to the fixing bar 321 is referred to as a first hinge 41, and the hinge fixed to the cutout 322 is referred to as a second hinge 42. And hinge holes are correspondingly formed on the first hinge plate 41 and the second hinge plate 42 at positions close to the rotating shaft 43. The hinge hole of the first hinge plate 41 is designated as a first hinge hole 44, and the hinge hole attached to the second hinge plate 42 is designated as a second hinge hole 45. In this embodiment, the first hinge hole 44 and the second hinge hole 45 are the same size.
The support structure 50 is mounted in the first hinge opening 44. When the chopper 31 is not needed, the support structure 50 is placed in the first hinge hole 44; when the chopper 31 is needed, the cutout 322 and the blade 33 are adjusted to be erected on the sliding cover 22, and then the supporting structure 50 is unfolded and penetrates through the second hinge hole 45 to support the cutout 322.
The support structure 50 includes a support rod 52, a support rotation shaft (not shown), and a support base 51. The support seat 51 is installed in the first hinge hole 44. In this embodiment, the thickness of the support structure 50 does not exceed the sum of the thicknesses of the two hinge leaves. When the chopper 31 is not used, the supporting structure 50 can be completely received in the space formed by the first hinge hole 44 and the second hinge, so that the chopper 31 can be folded to the minimum volume when not used.
