The mounting portions 213 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first clamping portions 221, one first clamping portion 221 is clamped in one mounting portion 213, connection between the table top frame 21 and the table top 22 is achieved, the mounting portions 213 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the table top frame 21, and the total length of the mounting portions 213 on the inner circumferential surface 212 of the table top frame 21 can be reduced. Since the mounting portions 213 are formed by recessing portions of the inner peripheral surface 212 of the table frame 21 in a direction away from the mounting opening 211, and the mounting portions 213 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the table frame 21, the structural strength of the portion of the table frame 21 between two adjacent mounting portions 213 can be ensured. Therefore, the total length of the mounting portion on the inner peripheral surface 212 of the deck frame 21 is reduced, which is advantageous for improving the structural strength of the deck frame 21.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in order to make the connection between the table top frame 21 and the table top 22 more stable, the table top assembly 20 further includes a plurality of fixing pieces 24, the plurality of fixing pieces 24 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the table top frame 21, the fixing pieces 24 are connected to the inner circumferential surface 212 of the table top frame 21 and protrude toward the mounting opening 211, and the fixing pieces 24 are located on the side of the table top 22 adjacent to the bottom wall surface 2133 and connected to the table top 22.
The fixing piece 24 is located below the table top plate 22, and the table top plate 22 can be lapped on the lower surface of the fixing piece 24, that is, the fixing piece 24 can support the table top plate 22, so that the stability of the connection between the table top plate 22 and the table top frame 21 can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the fixing pieces 24 and the table top 22 may be fixedly connected by using screws, rivets, air nails, or other connecting members, so as to further improve the connection stability between the table top frame 21 and the table top 22.
The table top assembly 20 further includes a plurality of ribs 23, the plurality of ribs 23 are disposed along the circumferential direction of the table top frame 21 at intervals, the ribs 23 are disposed on at least one of the top wall surface 2132 and the bottom wall surface 2133, and the first clamping portion 221 is abutted to the ribs 23.
Thus, when the deck plate 22 is connected to the deck frame 21, the first engaging portion 221 is engaged with the mounting portion 213, the first engaging portion 221 abuts against the rib 23, so that the first engaging portion 221 is engaged with the mounting portion 213, and the rib 23 can reduce a movable space between the top wall surface 2132 and the bottom wall surface 2133 of the first engaging portion 221, thereby making the connection between the first engaging portion 221 and the mounting portion 213 more stable.
As shown in fig. 10, in order to improve the appearance of the table top assembly 20, the second connecting portion 216 is disposed on the side of the first connecting portion 214 facing the mounting opening 211, and the surface of the first connecting portion 214 away from the first connecting portion 214 is flush with the outer peripheral surface 2151 of the main body portion 215.
The surface of the second connecting portion 216 away from the first connecting portion 214 is flush with the outer peripheral surface 2151 of the main body portion 215, so that the first connecting portion 214 and the outer peripheral surface 2151 of the main body portion 215 are connected smoothly, and the surface of the table frame 21 is free from depressions or protrusions, thereby improving the appearance of the table frame 21.
As shown in fig. 11, the table top frame 21 includes a top plate 25, a first enclosing plate 26, a second enclosing plate 27 and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 28, wherein the top plate 25 extends along the circumference of the mounting opening 211; the first enclosing plate 26 and the second enclosing plate 27 are both connected with the top plate 25 and are positioned below the top plate 25, the first enclosing plate 26 is arranged around the second enclosing plate 27 in a circle and is arranged at a distance from the second enclosing plate 27, and the mounting part 213 is formed between the second enclosing plate 27 and the top plate 25; a plurality of reinforcing ribs 28 are located between the first and second end plates 26, 27 and are connected to each of the first and second end plates 26, 27.
It is understood that the first and second enclosing plates 26 and 27 are connected with the top plate 25 to form the platform frame 21, the mounting portion 213 is formed between the second enclosing plate 27 and the top plate 25, and the first clamping portion 221 of the platform plate 22 is clamped between the second enclosing plate 27 and the top plate 25. The plurality of ribs 23 are connected to the top plate 25 or the second surrounding plate 27, and when the deck plate 22 is installed in the deck frame 21, the bottom surface 2211 of the first clamping portion 221 contacts the ribs 23 or the second surrounding plate 27, and the top surface 2212 of the first clamping portion 221 contacts the top plate 25 or the ribs 23. A plurality of strengthening ribs 28 are located between first bounding wall 26 and second bounding wall 27, and link to each other in first bounding wall 26 and second bounding wall 27, and strengthening ribs 28 can form the support between first bounding wall 26 and second bounding wall 27, make first bounding wall 26 and second bounding wall 27 difficult deformation, promote the structural strength of mesa frame 21.
Based on the above arrangement, the second enclosing plate 27 comprises a first part 271, a second part 272 and a third part 273 which are connected in sequence, wherein the first part 271 is perpendicular to the top plate 25 and is connected with the top plate 25; the second portion 272 is located below the first portion 271 and is connected to an end of the first portion 271 away from the top plate 25, and the second portion 272 is parallel to the top plate 25; the third portion 273 is disposed below the second portion 272 and connected to an end of the second portion 272 away from the first portion 271, the third portion 273 is perpendicular to the top plate 25, the mounting portion 213 is formed between the top plate 25, the first portion 271 and the second portion 272, a top wall surface 2132 of the mounting portion 213 is disposed on a side of the top plate 25 adjacent to the second portion 272, a side wall surface 2131 of the mounting portion 213 is disposed on a side of the first portion 271 facing the mounting opening 211, and a bottom wall surface 2133 of the mounting portion 213 is disposed on a side of the second portion 272 adjacent to the top plate 25. The first shroud 26, the first portion 271, the second portion 272, and the third portion 273 are all connected to the stiffener 28.
As shown in FIG. 12, the dishwasher main body 10 further comprises a door panel 102, a back panel 103, a left side panel 104, a right side panel 105, and a bottom panel 106, wherein the door panel 102, the right side panel 105, the back panel 103, and the left side panel 104 are connected in sequence, the door panel 102 is opposite to the back panel 103, the left side panel 104 is opposite to the right side panel 105, and the deck assembly 20 is opposite to the bottom panel 106. And the table top assembly 20 and the bottom panel 106 are each connected to the door panel 102, the back panel 103, the left side panel 104, and the right side panel 105. The door panel 102, the back panel 103, the left side panel 104 and the right side panel 105 of the dishwasher main body 10 define an opening 101 at the upper end of the dishwasher main body 10, and the door panel 102, the back panel 103, the left side panel 104, the right side panel 105 and the bottom panel 106 can form a closed cavity 107 with the table top assembly 20, so that when the dishwasher 100 is in operation, water for washing dishes cannot spill out of the cavity 107.
The table top frame further comprises a front frame 217, a rear frame 218, a left frame 219 and a right frame 220, the table top frame 21 is connected with the opening 101 of the dishwasher main body 10, and the front frame 217, the rear frame 218, the left frame 219 and the right frame 220 of the table top frame 21 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence and connection with the door panel 102, the back panel 103, the left side panel 104 and the right side panel 105 of the dishwasher main body 10.
In order to facilitate the connection of the table top frame 21 with the dishwasher main body 10, as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the table top frame 21 further includes a second clamping portion 29 and a fixing portion 30, the second clamping portion 29 is located on one side (the front frame 217 of the table top frame 21) of the mounting opening 211 away from the first connecting portion 214, and is connected with the second enclosing plate 27 and/or the reinforcing rib 28, and the second clamping portion 29 is clamped with the door panel 102 of the dishwasher main body 10; the fixing portion 30 is located at one side of the mounting opening 211 (the rear frame 218 of the table top frame 21) adjacent to the first connecting portion 214, and is connected with the second enclosing plate 27 and/or the reinforcing rib 28, and the fixing portion 30 is fixedly connected with the back plate 103 of the dishwasher main body 10.
When the table top frame 21 is connected with the washing machine body, the second clamping portion 29 can be firstly clamped with the door panel 102 of the dish washing machine body 10, the fixing portion 30 is then fixedly connected with the back plate 103 of the dish washing machine body 10, and the clamping and fixing connection modes are combined for use, so that the use of the fixing piece can be reduced, the process of installing the fixing piece is reduced, the connection effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the assembly cost is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 13 and 16, the table frame 21 further includes a plurality of third engaging portions 31, the plurality of third engaging portions 31 are distributed on two sides of the mounting opening 211 along a first linear direction (e.g., X direction in fig. 13) perpendicular to a linear direction from the second engaging portion 29 to the fixing portion 30, the third engaging portions 31 are connected to the second enclosing plate 27 and/or the reinforcing ribs 28, and the third engaging portions 31 are engaged with the dishwasher body 10.
The third engaging portion 31 can play a positioning role when the table frame 21 is connected with the dishwasher main body 10, and the second engaging portion 216 is inserted into one side of the left side plate 104 and the right side plate 105 of the dishwasher main body 10 adjacent to the table frame 21, so that the table frame 21 is positioned in the left-right direction, and the table frame 21 can only reach the connecting position with the dishwasher main body 10 along the first straight direction. The clamping connection and the fixed connection are combined for use, so that the use of the fixing piece can be reduced, the process of installing the fixing piece is reduced, the connection effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the assembly cost is reduced.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, a positioning hole 1041 and a guide portion 1042 are provided on one side of the left side plate 104 and the right side plate 105 of the dishwasher body 10 adjacent to the table frame 21, the third engaging portion 31 is located on one side of the left frame 219 and the right frame 220 of the table frame 21 adjacent to the washing machine body, a position limiting portion 311 is provided at one end of the third engaging portion 31 away from the table frame 21, the position limiting portion 311 can be inserted into the positioning hole 1041, and the third engaging portion 31 can move in the guide portion 1042 along the first linear direction. Specifically, the side of the limiting part 311 adjacent to the table frame 21 contacts the guiding part 1042, so that the limiting part 311 is difficult to be separated from the guiding part 1042, thereby improving the connection stability of the table frame 21 and the dishwasher main body 10.

the deck plate is arranged in the installation opening, at least one first clamping portion is arranged on the edge of the deck plate, and the first clamping portion is clamped in the installation portion.

The dishwasher of claim 5, wherein the top assembly further comprises a plurality of fixing pieces spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the top frame, the fixing pieces being connected to an inner circumferential surface of the top frame and protruding toward the mounting opening, the fixing pieces being located on a side of the top plate adjacent to the bottom wall surface and connected to the top plate.
7. The dishwasher of claim 5, wherein the top assembly further comprises a plurality of ribs spaced along the circumference of the top frame, the ribs are disposed on at least one of the top wall and the bottom wall, and the first engaging portion abuts against the ribs.
8. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the counter frame comprises:
the top plate extends for a circle along the circumferential direction of the mounting opening;
the first enclosing plate and the second enclosing plate are connected with the top plate and located below the top plate, the first enclosing plate is arranged around the second enclosing plate for one circle and is arranged at an interval with the second enclosing plate, and the mounting part is formed between the second enclosing plate and the top plate;
a plurality of stiffeners located between the first and second enclosures and connected to each of the first and second enclosures.
9. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein the counter frame further comprises:
the second clamping part is positioned on one side of the mounting port, which is far away from the first connecting part, is connected with the second enclosing plate and/or the reinforcing ribs, and is clamped with the dishwasher main body;
