1. A flip reading stand, comprising:
a panel comprising a first panel and a second panel disposed apart from each other;
a support bar connected to the panel and rotatable in a radial direction thereof so that the first panel or the second panel faces a user;
the support rod comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are arranged along the axial direction, the first connecting piece is connected with the panel, and the second connecting piece is connected with the outer part;
a rotating shaft is arranged between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, one end part of the rotating shaft is embedded into the first connecting piece, the other end part of the rotating shaft is embedded into the second connecting piece, and at least one end of the rotating shaft can rotate relative to the first connecting piece or the second connecting piece;
a clamping piece is further arranged between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, one end of the clamping piece is connected with the first connecting piece, and the other end of the clamping piece is movably inserted in the second connecting piece;
and the first connecting piece or the second connecting piece is also provided with a push button, and the push button is connected with the clamping piece and used for driving the movable end of the clamping piece to be separated from the second connecting piece.
2. The flip reading stand of claim 1 wherein said snap member is further provided with a resilient member at the end connected to said first connecting member or said second connecting member.
3. The flip reading stand of claim 1 or 2 wherein the movable end surface of the snap member is one of a hemispherical surface, a conical surface and a conical surface.
4. The flip top reading stand of claim 1 or 2 wherein the clips are arranged in pairs and symmetrically disposed on either side of the pivot axis.

11. The flip top reading stand of claim 10 wherein said book holder is slidably disposed at both ends of said panel and is reciprocally slidable along said panel end surfaces.
12. The flip top reading stand of claim 10 wherein the book holder includes a clamping portion disposed on the exterior of the panel and a connecting portion slidably nested within the interior of the panel.
13. The convertible reading rack of claim 12, wherein the book holders are arranged in pairs, the panel is provided with adjusting gears corresponding to the two book holders, the connecting portion of the two book holders is provided with racks corresponding to the two book holders, and the racks are respectively engaged with the upper and lower ends of the adjusting gears, so that the two book holders can synchronously move toward or away from each other through the adjusting gears.
14. The flip reading stand of claim 1 or 2 wherein the bottom panel is further provided with a support structure, the support structure being a raised plate structure.
15. The flip top reading stand of claim 1 wherein the first and second panels are integrally formed.
16. The convertible reading stand of claim 1 wherein the first panel is a reading board on which reading items are placed and the second panel is a writing board for writing.
17. The flip reader stand of claim 16 wherein said writing tablet is one of an electronic writing tablet, a blackboard, and a whiteboard.
