Specifically, since the outer side of the outer cover 20 overlapped inside the outer cover 20 of the single battery is adhered to the inner side of the outer cover 20 overlapped outside, the situation that the outer sides of two layers of the outer cover 20 are not sticky is solved, and the problem that the outer cover 20 is warped after the single battery is wrapped by the outer cover 20 is further solved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the notch 30 includes two cut edges 301, and one end of the two cut edges 301 are connected to each other to form a cut corner 302. Specifically, two cut edges 301 are formed by cutting the outer envelope 20 twice, so that the notch 30 may be v-shaped in plan view. It is contemplated that cutting the notch 30 twice on the outer envelope 20 facilitates the manufacturing and processing of the outer envelope 20 by a worker, and facilitates the mass production of the outer envelope 20 by a worker so that the outer envelope 20 wraps the case 10. Alternatively, the outer envelope 20 may be cut three times so that the notch 30 has a square shape as viewed from a top view, and thereafter the outer envelope 20 may be formed so that at most two layers of the outer envelope 20 are overlapped on the bottom wall 103 and the top wall 102.
Further, to facilitate the worker cutting the outer wrapper 20 to form the notch 30, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the cut angle 302 is between about 30 degrees and about 60 degrees. Specifically, the size of the cut angle 302 may be 45 degrees, and of course, in addition to the size of the cut angle 302 being 30 degrees to 60 degrees, the cut angle 302 may be 0 degrees to 90 degrees, such as 0 degrees, that is, cut once on the outer envelope 20 to separate the first top portion 211 and the second top portion 221 of the outer envelope 20, so that when the first top portion 211 and the second top portion 221 wrap the top wall 102 of the shell 10, a part of the first top portion 211 can be covered on a part of the second top portion 221 to form at most two layers of the outer envelope 20, and conversely, a part of the second top portion 221 can be covered on a part of the first top portion 211 to form at most two layers of the outer envelope 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments, the side wall 101 includes two opposite large walls 1011 and two opposite small walls 1012, and along the length direction of the outer wrapping film 20, the outer wrapping film 20 includes a first sheet 210, a second sheet 220, a third sheet 230, a fourth sheet 240 and a fifth sheet 250 which are connected in sequence, two ends of the first sheet 210 respectively extend to form a first top portion 211 and a first bottom portion 212, two ends of the second sheet 220 respectively extend to form a second top portion 221 and a second bottom portion 222, two ends of the third sheet 230 respectively extend to form a third top portion 231 and a third bottom portion 232, two ends of the fourth sheet 240 respectively extend to form a fourth top portion 241 and a fourth bottom portion 242, and two ends of the fifth sheet 250 respectively extend to form a fifth top portion 251 and a fifth bottom portion 252;
the notch 30 includes a first cut 303, a second cut 304, a third cut 305 and a fourth cut 306, wherein the first cut 303, the second cut 304, the third cut 305 and the fourth cut 306 are all two, and along the length direction of the outer wrapping film 20, the first cut 303 is disposed at two ends of the second top portion 221, that is, the first cut 303 is cut out on the first top portion 211, the second cut 304 is disposed at two ends of the second bottom portion 222, that is, the second cut 304 is cut out on the second bottom portion 222, the third cut 305 is disposed at two ends of the fourth top portion 241, that is, the third cut 305 is cut out on the fourth top portion 241, the fourth cut 306 is disposed at two ends of the fourth bottom portion 242, that is, the fourth cut 306 is cut out on the fourth bottom portion 242;
further, referring to fig. 2, the first notch 303 may be cut from the second top 221, the first notch 303 may be cut from the first top 211 and the third top 231, the second notch 304 may be cut from the second bottom 222, the second notch 304 may be cut from the first bottom 212 and the third bottom 232, the third notch 305 may be cut from the fourth top 241, the third notch 305 may be cut from the third top 231 and the fifth top 251, the fourth notch 306 may be cut from the fourth bottom 242, and the fourth notch 306 may be cut from the third bottom 232 and the fifth bottom 252;

Referring to fig. 3 to 7, specifically, when the outer film 20 wraps the housing 10, it wraps a small wall 1012 of the housing 10, then wraps two large walls 1011 of the housing 10, and finally wraps the top wall 102 and the bottom wall 103 of the housing 10 together, wherein there are at most two layers of the outer film 20 overlapped in the areas of the bottom wall 103 and the top wall 102. Specifically, the overlapping portion of the outer covering film 20 mainly consists of the bottom wall 103 and the top wall 102, and it is conceivable that the side wall 101 of the housing 10 does not have the overlapping portion, so that the width of the housing 10 is not increased by the overlapping outer covering film 20, and thus, when the single battery is placed in the battery pack, a little space can be saved by a single battery, and more space can be saved by a plurality of batteries to place more batteries.
Referring to FIG. 5, in some embodiments, the sum of the distance from one end to the other end of the first sheet 210 and the distance from one end to the other end of the fifth sheet 250 along the length of the overwrap film 20 is not less than the width of the minor wall 1012, such that at most two overlapping layers of overwrap film 20 are formed on the minor wall 1012 of the overwrap film 20. Specifically, when the distance from one end to the other end of the first sheet 210 is greater than the distance from one end to the other end of the fifth sheet 250, the inner side of the first sheet 210 having the adhesive property may be covered on the outer side of the fifth sheet 250 to bring about a better insulation sealing effect. Also, when the distance from one end to the other end of the first sheet 210 is smaller than the distance from one end to the other end of the fifth sheet 250, the adhesive inner side of the fifth sheet 250 may cover the outer side of the first sheet 210 to bring about a better insulation sealing effect.

Specifically, when the distance from one end to the other end of the second bottom portion 222 is greater than the distance from one end to the other end of the fourth bottom portion 242, the inner side of the second bottom portion 222 having the adhesive property may cover the outer side of the fourth bottom portion 242 to bring about a better insulation sealing effect. Also, when the distance from one end to the other end of the second bottom portion 222 is smaller than the distance from one end to the other end of the fourth bottom portion 242, the inner side of the fourth bottom portion 242 having adhesive may cover the outer side of the second bottom portion 222 to provide a better insulation sealing effect.

Specifically, in order to wrap the outer film 20 better when the shell 10 is wrapped, and prevent external moisture and the like from entering the shell 10, when the first bottom portion 212, the third bottom portion 232, and the fifth bottom portion 252 are wrapped on the bottom wall 103, the length of the bottom wall 103 is greater than or equal to that of the bottom wall 103, so as to ensure better wrapping performance. Wherein, the distance from one end of the first bottom 212 to the other end can be equal to the distance from one end of the third bottom 232 to the other end, so that the same length can facilitate the modular production of workers.
