a lamp body;

2. The lamp of claim 1, wherein a stop is disposed at an end of the handle, and the stop abuts against the lamp body when the handle extends from the receiving slot.

3. The lamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein a limiting groove adapted to the limiting member is formed on an inner wall of the lamp body, and when the handle extends from the accommodating groove, the limiting member is embedded in the limiting groove.

4. The lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lamp body further has a handle notch connected to the receiving groove.

5. The lamp of claim 4, wherein said number of said handle notches is 2, and 2 of said handle notches are located on each side of said handle.

6. The luminaire of claim 2, wherein the handle comprises:

a holding rod; and

a sliding rod extending from two ends of the holding rod to the inside of the lamp body, the sliding rod can slide in the lamp body to enable the handle to extend and retract relative to the lamp body, the limiting piece is arranged at the tail end, far away from the holding rod, of the sliding rod.

7. The lamp of claim 6, wherein the receiving groove comprises:

the sliding groove is formed by extending from the outside of the lamp body to the inside of the lamp body; and

the holding rod can be driven by the sliding rod to be embedded in the embedded groove or separated from the embedded groove.

8. The lamp of claim 6 wherein said holding rod is provided with a cushioning pad.

9. The lamp of claim 6, wherein at least one side of the holding rod is provided with a gripping recess.

10. The lamp of claim 1, wherein the handle is disposed in a horizontal axis or a vertical axis of the lamp body.
