The cabinet 1 is substantially rectangular parallelepiped and forms a main structure of the display refrigerator 100, and an external appearance of the display refrigerator 100 is defined by the cabinet 1 having a storage space and a glass door 2 for opening or closing the cabinet 1.
The cabinet body 1 is vertically arranged and comprises an outer shell 11 and an inner container 12, the inner container 12 is connected to the inner part of the outer shell 11, and the inner container 12 is limited to form a storage space. A heat insulation layer can be arranged between the inner container 12 and the outer shell 11 to realize the heat preservation and the heat insulation of the cabinet body.
The opening of the cabinet body 1 is a forward opening, so that a user can conveniently take and place articles from the forward opening to the storage space. The cabinet body 1 comprises a shell 11 and an inner container 12, wherein the shell 11 and the inner container 12 are both provided with a forward opening, and the front end surface of the shell 11 is positioned on the periphery of the front end surface of the inner container 12.
The glass door body 2 is rotatably connected to the front opening of the cabinet body 1, wherein the glass door body 2 can be connected with the cabinet body 1 through a hinge to realize the rotary motion of the glass door body.
The glass door body 2 is a hollow glass door body, and the hollow glass door body is arranged at the opening at the front side of the cabinet body 1, so that a user can see articles in the display refrigerator 100 through the glass door body 2. In this embodiment, the glass door body 2 has a bottom end and a top end, and the top end and the bottom end are two ends oppositely disposed in the length direction of the glass door body 2.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the glass door 2 includes a door frame 21, a first glass plate 22, a second glass plate 23, and a glass interlayer 24.
The door frame 21 is connected with the cabinet body 1 in a rotating manner, the first glass plate 22 is installed on the door frame 21, the first glass plate 22 is located on one side of the glass door body 2 departing from the cabinet body 1, and the first glass plate 22 is provided with patterns. The pattern is for supplying the silk screen printing advertisement pattern that the trade company showed, increases the advertising effect, and the pattern can set up according to actual need.
The second glass plate 23 is installed on the door frame 21 and disposed opposite to the first glass plate 22, and the second glass plate 23 is disposed close to the cabinet 1 relative to the first glass plate 22. Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the display freezer 100 further includes a mounting base 3, a lamp panel 4, and a lighting bead 5 disposed on the lamp panel 4.
The mount pad 3 is located in the glass intermediate layer 24 and is connected with door frame 21, and the mount pad 3 corresponds the setting with the pattern, and the one side that the mount pad 3 deviates from the cabinet body 1 is formed with and has open holding tank 31, holding tank 31 and first glass board 22's internal surface contact. In order to adapt to the lamp panels 4 with various models and different wiring positions, each lamp panel 4 can be correspondingly provided with a plurality of wire outlet holes 35 for standby.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, at least one wire pressing buckle 8 is further disposed on the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, the wire pressing buckle 8 is located between the wire outlet 35 and the lamp panel 4, a wire pressing groove 85 is formed between the wire pressing buckle 8 and the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, and the lamp bead wire 7 is inserted into the wire pressing groove 85 so that the lamp bead wire 7 is tightly attached to the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31.
In this embodiment, the pressing line buckle 8 may be made of a plastic material, and the lamp bead wire 7 between the lamp panel 4 and the wire outlet 35 is fixed by the pressing line buckle 8, so that the lamp bead is guided to be closely attached to the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, and a shadow or a dark space is prevented from being formed after the lighting lamp bead 5 is lighted due to loosening and falling of the lamp bead wire 7, thereby affecting the lighting effect; simultaneously, this setting has avoided lamp pearl wire 7 random, the mixed and disorderly line of walking, further guarantees the aesthetic property of the glass door body 2.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, the wire pressing buckle 8 includes a clamping portion 81, a connecting portion 82 and a stopping portion 83, the connecting portion 82 is connected with the clamping portion 81 and the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31 to form a wire pressing slot 85, and the lamp bead guiding clamp is disposed in the wire pressing slot 85, so as to clamp and fix the lamp bead wire 7.
Specifically, the clamping portion 81 is spaced from the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, and the clamping portion 81 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. One end of the connecting portion 82 is connected to the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, and the other end of the connecting portion extends to the first end of the clamping portion 81 toward the direction away from the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, so that a wire pressing groove 85 for the lamp bead wire 7 to pass through is formed between the clamping portion 81 and the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31.
Stopping portion 83 is disposed at the second end of clamping portion 81 and extends toward bottom wall 311 of accommodating groove 31, a gap is formed between stopping portion 83 and bottom wall 311 of accommodating groove 31, and stopping portion 83 is used to limit bead wire 7 from coming out of wire pressing slot 85.
In this embodiment, the wire clip 8 formed by connecting the clamping portion 81, the connecting portion 82 and the stopping portion 83 has certain elasticity, so that the wire clip 8 can be easily broken. When the lamp bead wire pressing device is used, the lamp bead wire 7 is placed in the wire pressing clamping groove 85 to be pressed and fixed through the wire pressing buckle 8 which is pulled off.
Further, one side of the connecting portion 82 facing away from the wire pressing groove 85 is provided with a reinforcing rib 84, and one end of the reinforcing rib 84 is connected with the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31. The reinforcing ribs 84 improve the structural strength of the connecting parts 82, and the connecting parts 82 are prevented from being broken in the process of breaking the line pressing buckles 8.
In this embodiment, the cross-section of the reinforcing rib 84 is substantially in the shape of a right triangle, the bottom edge of the reinforcing rib 84 is connected with the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, the right-angle edge of the reinforcing rib 84 is connected with the connecting part 82, the reinforcing rib 84 under the structure increases the connection firmness between the connecting part 82 and the bottom wall 311 of the accommodating groove 31, and the structural strength of the connecting and pressing fastener 8 is improved.
The display refrigerator 100 further comprises a plurality of secondary lenses 6, the plurality of secondary lenses 6 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of illuminating lamp beads 5, and the secondary lenses 6 are installed on the lamp panel 4 and are covered outside the illuminating lamp beads 5. In this embodiment, the lighting bead 5 can be an LED lamp. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the illuminating lamp bead 5 may be an RGB lamp, or a water-flowing lamp, or other types of lamp.
In this embodiment, locate the outside of LED lamp through installation secondary lens 6 and the 6 covers of secondary lens on lamp plate 4 for secondary lens 6 plays certain guard action to the LED lamp, and simultaneously, secondary lens 6 can realize the diffuse reflection effect, avoids appearing the light spot, solves light zone and dark space problem that low coverage degree illumination brought, can not produce particle simultaneously yet and feel, has guaranteed the result of use.
In some embodiments of the present application, the accommodating groove 31 includes a bottom wall 311 and a plurality of side walls surrounding the edge of the bottom wall 311, the side walls are disposed in an inclined manner, one end of each side wall is connected to the bottom wall 311, the other end of each side wall extends to contact with the first glass plate 22 toward the outside of the accommodating groove 31, and a chamfer 36 is disposed at the joint of two adjacent side walls.
