Detailed Description
The principles and features of this application are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, the examples of which are set forth to illustrate the application and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9, an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present application includes: the electronic control box comprises a machine shell 1, an electronic control box 2 and a display component.
The casing 1 includes a panel 11 and a face frame 12, and the panel 11 has a display area.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electronic control box 2 is mounted on the face frame 12. A main control board 25 is arranged in the electric control box 2.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 10, the display assembly includes a display panel 31 and a lamp housing 32. The display panel 31 is provided with a light source 311, and the display panel 31 is mounted on the face frame 12 and electrically connected to the main control board 25. The lamp cover 32 is installed at the display area of the panel 11 and covers the display panel 31 so that the display contents of the display panel 31 are displayed in the display area.
The embodiment of the application provides an air conditioner indoor unit, including casing 1, automatically controlled box 2 and display module. The casing 1 comprises a panel 11 and a face frame 12, the face frame 12 is relatively large in size and can enclose a relatively large space, and the cross-flow wind wheel 4, the motor, the electric control box 2 and other structures are generally arranged in the face frame 12. The front end of the face frame 12 is open, and the panel 11 is covered on the front end of the face frame 12 and can be rotatably connected with the face frame 12. The display module is used for displaying information such as an operation mode, temperature, humidity, time and the like in a display area of the panel 11 for a user to view.
In the conventional design, the display module is usually installed as a module on the back of the panel 11, and is stacked with the electronic control box 2 on the face frame 12, so that a sufficient space needs to be reserved between the electronic control box 2 and the panel 11 to accommodate the display module, resulting in a thicker whole machine. There are also a few products in which the display module is mounted on the face frame 12 to fully utilize the space within the face frame 12, but this solution is due to the gap between the display module and the panel 11, namely: there is a significant gap between the lamp cover 32 of the display module and the panel 11, and the fit is unreliable, resulting in a blurred and unreliable display effect on the panel 11.
In the air-conditioning indoor unit provided by the embodiment of the application, the display component is designed into a separated structure (as shown in fig. 1), and the display panel 31 is installed on the face frame 12, so that the space in the face frame 12 is fully utilized, the thickness of the whole unit is favorably reduced, and the display panel 31 is conveniently connected with the electric control panel; the lampshade 32 is mounted on the panel 11, which is beneficial to ensuring the reliable matching between the lampshade 32 and the panel 11, so that the lamp source 311 on the display panel 31 can be directly and clearly lighted through the panel 11 without blurring after being lighted.
The display content of the display panel 31 may include, but is not limited to: operating mode, temperature, humidity, time, etc. The display content of the display panel 31 may be formed by the display panel in combination with other light-transmitting members (such as a lamp housing 32, a lamp holder 33, a light-transmitting display film 36, and the like, which will be described below). For example, the display panel 31 may be provided with a corresponding pattern area, such as a plurality of patterns like "8" shaped patterns, "eco", arc-shaped lines, etc.; and/or, a light-transmitting member (such as a lamp cover 32, a lamp holder 33 and a light-transmitting display film 36) having a light-transmitting channel may be disposed between the display panel 31 and the panel 11, and different light-transmitting channels may correspond to different pattern areas. Each pattern area is correspondingly provided with a plurality of light sources 311. When the light source 311 of a certain pattern area or some pattern areas is lighted, the corresponding pattern is lighted. The light source 311 may be, but is not limited to, a light emitting lamp.
It is understood that the display panel 31 is mounted on the face frame 12, which means that the face frame 12 is a mounting carrier of the display panel 31 and supports the display panel 31, and does not mean that there is necessarily a direct connection relationship between the display panel 31 and the face frame 12. For example, the display panel 31 may be directly mounted on the face frame 12 in a direct connection relationship with the face frame 12; alternatively, the display panel 31 may be mounted indirectly on the face frame 12, for example, on other components fixed on the face frame 12, such as the electronic control box 2 or the display box.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the display assembly further includes: a lamp base 33. The cover is provided on the display panel 31, and the lamp cover 32 is provided on the lamp base 33.
As shown in fig. 6, the lamp housing 32 is provided with a first light guide channel 321. The lamp socket 33 is provided with a second light guide channel 331, as shown in fig. 4, the light source 311 is located in the second light guide channel 331, and the first light guide channel 321 and the second light guide channel 331 are correspondingly arranged, as shown in fig. 10.
Thus, the light emitted from the light source 311 is emitted into the first light guide channel 321 through the second light guide channel 331, and further emitted through the panel 11. The guiding of the second light guide channel 331 and the first light guide channel 321 is beneficial to reducing the probability that light rays emit to other positions, and further beneficial to improving the display effect of the panel 11.
It is understood that since light can travel in air, it can also travel in other physical media. Therefore, the first light guide channel 321 and the second light guide channel 331 may be hollow structures, or may be solid structures with light transmittance, as long as it can ensure that the light emitted through the second light guide channel 331 can enter the first light guide channel 321 and be emitted through the panel 11.
In addition, the number of the first light guide channels 321 and the second light guide channels 331 is generally multiple, and the first light guide channels and the second light guide channels are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Thus, the light sources 311 corresponding to different channels are lit up under different conditions, and different patterns can be displayed.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 10 and 12, the display assembly further includes: and a light-shielding gasket 34 positioned between the lamp socket 33 and the lamp housing 32 and sealing a gap between the lamp socket 33 and the lamp housing 32. The light shielding pad 34 is provided with a third light guiding channel 341, and the third light guiding channel 341 is disposed corresponding to the first light guiding channel 321 and the second light guiding channel 331.
The light leakage between the lamp holder 33 and the lamp shade 32 can be effectively prevented by the arrangement of the light shielding pad 34, and the phenomenon that the channel which is not lightened has light to be highlighted or blurred is avoided, so that the display effect of the panel 11 is further improved.
The light blocking pad 34 may be, but is not limited to, a dark rubber pad, a dark silicone pad.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 10 and 12, the display assembly further includes: the light-transmitting diaphragm 35 is sandwiched between the lamp holder 33 and the lamp housing 32, and covers one end of the second light-guiding channel 331 close to the lamp housing 32.
Like this, the diaphragm 35 that passes through can play the isolation effect, effectively prevents to take place danger because lamp shade 32 opens along with panel 11 and leads to display panel 31 can be touched by the people after panel 11 opens to improve the security of product, satisfied the ann rule requirement.
The light-transmitting module is a transparent film, which is beneficial to improving the light-transmitting effect, and further improving the display effect of the panel 11.
Further, for the solution that the display module further includes the light shielding pad 34, the light transmissive film 35 is disposed between the light shielding pad 34 and the lamp socket 33, which is beneficial to improving the position stability of the light transmissive film 35.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the lamp socket 33 is provided with a guide groove 332, and at least a portion of the lamp housing 32 is inserted into the guide groove 332. The groove wall of the guide groove 332 is provided with a guide slope 333 for guiding the lamp housing 32 into the guide groove 332.
Therefore, the lampshade 32 can be assembled in place quickly, and the matching reliability and the matching stability of the lampshade 32 and the lamp holder 33 can be improved, so that the display effect of the panel 11 can be further improved.
In addition, compared with the scheme that the lampshade 32 is completely exposed out of the lamp holder 33, the scheme is also beneficial to further reducing the thickness of the whole machine.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 10 and 11, the display assembly further includes: and a light-transmissive display film 36 disposed between the lamp housing 32 and the panel 11. The light-transmissive display film 36 is provided with a light-transmissive region 361 corresponding to the light source 311.
Thus, the panel 11 of the transparent display module can be made of a material having a transparent effect as a whole, and the portion corresponding to the lampshade 32 does not need to be made of a material having a transparent effect separately, which is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the panel 11 and reducing the production cost of the panel 11.
The pattern formed by the transparent region 361 of the transparent display film 36 is consistent with the pattern region of the display panel 31, and is also corresponding to the first light-guiding channel 321. The light-transmitting regions 361 may be formed in different patterns according to the positions where the light sources 311 are lit. The transparent display module is a non-transparent region except the transparent region 361, and can be made of black material or provided with black coating for shading.
The light-transmitting region 361 may be a hollow structure or a solid structure with a light-transmitting effect, similar to the first light-guiding channel 321, the second light-guiding channel 331, and the third light-guiding channel 341. The light-transmissive display module may be pasted on the panel 11.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display panel 31 is integrated with the main control panel 25 into a unitary structure, as shown in fig. 13.
Therefore, the connecting line between the display panel 31 and the main control panel 25 can be omitted, the structure of the air-conditioning indoor unit is further simplified, the size of the air-conditioning indoor unit is further reduced, and the product cost is further reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic control box 2 includes a box base 21, a box cover 22 and a fireproof sheet metal 23, the main control board 25 is located in the box base 21, and the box cover 22 and the fireproof sheet metal 23 are both provided with an avoidance gap 24 for avoiding the display component.
For the scheme that the display panel 31 and the main control panel 25 are integrated into an integral structure, the display panel 31 and the lamp holder 33 are correspondingly arranged in the electric control box 2, and in order to ensure the matching of the lampshade 32 and the lamp holder 33, wall notches are correspondingly arranged on the box cover 22 and the fireproof metal plate 23.
In an exemplary embodiment, the box cover 22 is provided with a supporting step 221, the fireproof sheet metal 23 is provided with a lug hole 231, the lampshade 32 is provided with a lug 322, and the lug 322 is positioned in the lug hole 231 and supported by the supporting step 221.
The back of the panel 11 may be provided with a connection post 111, and the lug 322 may be fixedly connected to the panel 11 through a screw, so as to fix the lampshade 32 to the panel 11. When the panel 11 is covered, the lampshade 32 can be embedded into the top of the electric control box 2, so that the space between the electric control box 2 and the panel 11 is very small, and the thickness of the whole machine is favorably reduced greatly.
In another exemplary embodiment (not shown), the display panel 31 and the main control panel 25 are in a split structure.
In this embodiment, the display panel 31 is not integrated with the main control panel 25 into a single structure, but is still designed in a split type, and can be connected by wires or the like. Because a part of the display assembly is arranged on the face frame 12 and the lampshade 32 is arranged on the panel 11, the thickness of the whole display assembly is reduced compared with the conventional design, and the display of the panel 11 is ensured to be reliable and not blurred.
The display panel 31 may be fixed in the display box, may be fixed on the lamp holder 33, or may be mounted in other manners.
In an exemplary embodiment, the air conditioning indoor unit is a wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit.
The embodiment of the application also provides air conditioning equipment (not shown in the figure), which comprises the air conditioning indoor unit in any one of the embodiments.
