A flashlight structure with a low beam as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the barrel assembly (12) comprises a barrel shell (121), an electric control assembly (122) and a power supply assembly (123), an electric control cavity (1213) and a power supply cavity (1214) which are used for installing the electric control assembly (122) and the power supply assembly (123) are arranged in the barrel shell (121), the power supply assembly (123) is in circuit connection with the electric control assembly (122), and the electric control assembly (122) is in circuit connection with a high beam light source (115) and a low beam light source (116).

A flashlight structure with a low beam as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the electric control assembly (122) comprises a lamp source control circuit board (1221) used for controlling flashlight illumination, a charging and discharging control circuit board (1222) used for controlling charging and discharging of a power supply assembly (123), a charging connector (1223) used for connecting an external power supply to charge the power supply assembly (123) and a discharging connector (1224) used for connecting an external electric appliance to supply power to the external electric appliance, the output end of the lamp source control circuit board (1221) is in circuit connection with a high beam lamp source (115) and a low beam lamp source (116), the input end of the lamp source control circuit board (1221) is in circuit connection with the power supply assembly (123), the charging connector (1223) and the discharging connector (1224) are in circuit connection with a charging and discharging control circuit board (1222), and the charging and discharging control circuit board (1222) is in circuit connection with the power supply assembly (123).
