8. The unicycle of claim 3, further comprising at least one rotatable wheel having a central axis extending horizontally for rotation in a direction of travel, the wheel being adapted to abut against an outer wall of the recess when the pedals are subjected to forces from the feet.
9. The wheelbarrow of claim 8, wherein the wheelbarrow includes a pair of the rotatable wheels spaced apart along the direction of travel for resting against outer walls of the recess on either side thereof.
10. The unicycle of claim 1, wherein the buffer is a plastic.
