Because the outer diameter of the limiting portion 23 is larger than the maximum inner diameter of the guide hole 12, the limiting portion 23 cannot enter the guide hole 12, so that when the press-in portion 21 completely enters the guide hole 12, that is, the press-in portion 21 presses the opening bush 3 into the press-fitting hole 41 of the target part 4, the limiting portion 23 will be blocked outside the guide hole 12, that is, the press head 2 cannot move continuously toward the target part 4 along the first direction X, and it can be improved that the press head 2 presses the opening bush 3 out of the press-fitting hole 41 of the target part 4, or crushes the opening bush 3.

Claims (12)

1. A press-fitting assist tool for pressing an open bushing into a press-fitting hole, the open bushing having a first state and a second state, a first outside diameter of the open bushing in the first state being greater than a second outside diameter thereof in the second state, the press-fitting assist tool comprising:
a body including a first surface and a second surface oppositely disposed in a first direction;
the guide hole extends along the first direction and is communicated with the first surface and the second surface, the inner wall surface of the guide hole is provided with a transition part, the transition part is provided with a first opening and a second opening which are oppositely arranged in the first direction, the inner diameter of the first opening is larger than or equal to the first outer diameter, the inner diameter of the second opening is smaller than the first outer diameter and larger than or equal to the second outer diameter, and the inner diameter of the transition part is gradually reduced along the direction from the first opening to the second opening.
2. A press-fitting aid as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first opening is located on a side of said second opening facing said first surface, said guide hole further has a first inner diameter portion provided on a side of said first opening adjacent to said first surface, said first inner diameter portion is formed to extend in said first direction, and an inner diameter of said first inner diameter portion is equal to an inner diameter of said first opening.
3. A press-fitting auxiliary tool as set forth in claim 2, wherein a guide portion is connected between said first inner diameter portion and said first surface, and an inner diameter of said guide portion is gradually increased in a direction away from said first inner diameter portion.
4. A press-fitting auxiliary tool as set forth in claim 1, wherein said second opening is located on a side of said first opening facing said second surface, said guide hole further has a second inner diameter portion provided on a side of said transition portion adjacent to said second surface, said second inner diameter portion is formed to extend in said first direction, and an inner diameter of said second inner diameter portion is equal to an inner diameter of said second opening.
5. A press-fitting auxiliary tool as set forth in any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein said first inner diameter portion has an extension in said first direction which is greater than or equal to one-half of an axial extension of said split bush.
6. A press-fitting aid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said body has an annular projection for insertion into said press-fitting hole and for mating with a chamfered inner surface of said press-fitting hole, said annular projection projecting from said second surface.
7. A press-fitting aid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said transition portion further has an inclined inner wall connecting said first opening and said second opening, said inclined inner wall having a predetermined angle of inclination with said first surface, said predetermined angle of inclination being 75 ° to 85 °.
8. A press-fitting attachment tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the press-fitting attachment tool is adapted to press an open sleeve into a press-fitting hole, and the press-fitting attachment tool comprises: and the pressing part is used for pressing the opening bushing into the press-fitting auxiliary tool and the press-fitting hole.

The indenter of claim 8, further comprising a support extending from the press-in section in the first direction, the support being disposed proud of the press-in section, the support having an outer diameter equal to an inner diameter of the bore of the split bushing, the support being adapted to extend into the bore to support the split bushing.

A chuck according to claim 9, wherein said split sleeve includes a body and a projection disposed on said body in said first direction, said drive-in portion further includes a relief portion disposed around at least a portion of said support portion, said relief portion defining a space for receiving said projection, and said relief portion having an inner diameter that is greater than or equal to a maximum diameter of said projection.
11. A indenter as claimed in any of claims 9 to 10, further comprising a retaining portion provided on a side of the press-in portion remote from the support portion, the retaining portion having an outer diameter greater than the largest inner diameter of the guide hole;
the extending dimension of the press-fitting portion in the first direction is equal to or greater than the distance between the first surface and the second surface in the first direction.
12. A press-fitting device comprising the press-fitting auxiliary tool according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and the press-fitting head according to any one of claims 8 to 11.
