Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a neck massager 10 for wearing on the neck of a human body and massaging the neck of the human body. In one embodiment, the neck massager 10 comprises a main body 30 and a plurality of massage heads 50, wherein the main body 30 has a central plane M parallel to the sagittal plane of a human body. The massage heads 50 are all convexly arranged on one side of the main machine 30 facing the neck of the human body, and the massage heads 50 are divided into a first massage group 51 and a second massage group 52, wherein the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 are respectively positioned on two sides of the central plane M. The first massage group 51, the main machine 30 and the second massage group 52 together enclose an accommodating space 70 for accommodating the neck of the human body. The massage head 50 has a massage surface 53, the main body 30 has a supporting surface 32 between the first massage set 51 and the second massage set 52, and the massage surface 53 and the supporting surface 32 form a contact surface between the accommodating space 70 and the neck of the human body. The abutting surface 32 can abut against the position of the cervical vertebra at the back of the human neck, so as to limit the massage surface 53 at the back of the human neck.
It should be noted that the sagittal plane of the human body is a plane that divides the human body into two parts, namely the left part and the right part. The main body 30 has a center plane M, and it is understood that when the neck massager 10 is worn by a user with the center plane M parallel to the sagittal plane of a human body, the main body 30 may assume a shape that is left-right symmetric about the center plane M, or substantially left-right symmetric about the center plane M, that is, the main body 30 is left-right symmetric about the center plane M as a whole. However, in other embodiments of the present application, a part of the portion of the host 30 located on the left side of the center plane M may be asymmetric in structure with a part of the portion of the host 30 located on the right side of the center plane M.
In addition, the main body 30 is defined to have a length direction, a width direction and a thickness direction, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the forward direction and the reverse direction of the X axis are the length direction of the main body 30, the forward direction and the reverse direction of the Y axis are the thickness direction of the main body 30, and the forward direction and the reverse direction of the Z axis are the width direction of the main body 30. Further, the plane defined by the Y axis and the Z axis is parallel to the center plane M. When worn on the neck of a human body, the main body 30 has a side facing the neck of the human body and a side facing away from the neck of the human body in the thickness direction of the main body 30. When the neck-wearing device is worn on the neck of a human body, the width direction of the main unit 30 is parallel to the axial direction of the neck of the human body, and the axial direction of the neck of the human body can be specifically understood as the extending direction of the neck of the human body.
The massage head 50 massages the neck of the human body with the massage surface 53, and the massage surface 53 may be in contact with the skin of the neck of the human body over the entire region or only a part of the region during the massage. The number of the massage heads 50 is at least two, such that the number of the massage heads 50 in the first massage group 51 is at least one, and the number of the massage heads 50 in the second massage group 52 is at least one. In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the massage heads 50 is two, and the number of the massage heads 50 in the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 is one.
When the neck massager 10 is worn on the neck of a human body, the abutting surface 32 is located on one side of the main machine 30 facing the neck of the human body in the thickness direction and is located between the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52. The supporting surface 32 may be the entire surface of the main machine 30 located between the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 and facing one side of the neck of the human body, or may be a partial region of the entire surface of the main machine 30 located between the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 and facing one side of the neck of the human body. In addition, the whole area of the abutting surface 32 may be in contact with the skin of the neck of the human body, or only a part of the area may be in contact with the skin of the neck of the human body.
With the neck massager 10, the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52, into which the plurality of massage heads 50 are divided, are respectively located on two sides of the central plane M, and together with the main machine 30, enclose the accommodating space 70 for accommodating the neck of the human body, so that the neck massager 10 can be worn on the neck of the human body and massage the neck of the human body through the massage surfaces 53 of the massage heads 50. In addition, when the neck massage apparatus 10 is worn on the neck of a human body, the abutting surface 32 can be abutted against the back cervical vertebra of the neck of the human body while contacting the neck of the human body, so that a limiting effect is achieved, the massage surface 53 of the massage head 50 is limited to the back side of the neck of the human body, the massage surface 53 is prevented from acting on the front end of the neck of the human body, and a massage effect is fully exerted.
In some embodiments, the holding surface 32 is a plane perpendicular to the central plane M. Because human neck rear side cervical vertebra position is roughly the plane, through setting up to the plane with supporting face 32, it can have great area of contact with human neck rear side cervical vertebra position to in-process at massage head 50 to human neck massage provides comparatively stable limiting displacement for the human neck, also provides more comfortable the wearing experience for the human neck simultaneously.
Specifically, the abutting surface 32 is located at the middle position of the side of the main frame 30 facing the neck of the human body, and is symmetrically arranged about the central plane M. The abutting surface 32 can abut against the cervical vertebra position at the back side of the human neck or the nearby area of the cervical vertebra position, so that the abutting of the host 30 and the human neck is supported, the abutting position deviation of the host 30 and the human neck can be avoided, and the massage head 50 can be ensured to act on the corresponding action part at the back side of the human neck.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in some embodiments, the main body 30 includes a first end 33 and a second end 34 along a width direction thereof, and at least one of the first end 33 and the second end 34 is concave in an arc shape toward a direction in which the first end 33 and the second end 34 approach each other. Specifically, in the present application, only the first end 33 is configured to be arc-shaped, and in other embodiments, only the second end 34 may be configured to be arc-shaped, or both the first end 33 and the second end 34 may be configured to be arc-shaped. Because first end 33 is corresponding to the junction of human neck and head, second end 34 is corresponding to the junction of human neck and shoulder, sets up to the arc through with first end 33 and second end 34, can make host computer 30 adapt to the shape of human neck when wearing in human neck, plays the effect of dodging to human head and shoulder, increases the comfort of wearing when host computer 30 wears human neck.
Further, the first end 33 is smoothly connected to the abutting surface 32, and the second end 34 is smoothly connected to the abutting surface 32. By the arrangement, the abutting surface 32 can be smoothly transited from the first end 33 and the second end 34 in the width direction of the main machine 30, so that the shape of the neck of a human body can be more adapted, and the wearing comfort of the main machine 30 when the main machine is worn on the neck of the human body is improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 are symmetrically arranged with respect to a symmetry plane parallel to or coinciding with the center plane M. It can be understood that, regarding the accommodating space 70 enclosed by the first massage group 51, the second massage group 52 and the main machine 30, the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the accommodating space 70, and the distances from the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 to the symmetry plane are equal when the symmetry plane of the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 is taken as the symmetry plane of the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52. For the symmetry plane, there may be a distance from the center plane M, such that the distance from the first massage group 51 to the center plane M is not equal to the distance from the second massage group 52 to the center plane M, or, in the present embodiment, the symmetry plane coincides with the center plane M, and the distances from the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 to the center plane M are equal. For the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 to be symmetrically disposed about the symmetry plane, it can be understood that the number of the massage heads 50 of the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 is equal, and each massage head 50 in the first massage group 51 can find the massage head 50 in the second massage group 52 that is symmetrical about the symmetry plane, and the symmetry of the two massage heads 50 about the symmetry plane specifically means that the shape of the two massage heads 50 and the installation position of the host 30 are symmetrical about the symmetry plane. Therefore, the massage surface 53 of each massage head 50 in the first massage group 51 and the massage surface 53 of each massage head 50 in the second massage group 52 are symmetrical relative to the symmetry plane, so that when the neck massager is worn on the neck of a human body, contact surfaces with the same number and symmetrical positions are provided on the left side and the right side of the neck of the human body, the shape of the neck of the human body can be adapted, and the neck massager 10 can be conveniently worn on the neck of the human body to play a massage role.
Further, the massage tracks of the massage heads 50 in the first massage group 51 and the massage tracks of the massage heads 50 in the second massage group 52 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the symmetry plane. It can be understood that, in the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52, the massage tracks of the two massage heads 50 which are symmetrical about the symmetry plane are also symmetrical about the symmetry plane, so that the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 can massage from two opposite sides of the neck of the human body synchronously, and the massage comfort of the user is improved.
In the present embodiment, the massage surface 53 has a curved surface, and the middle region thereof is higher than the edge region. Thus, the action part of the massage head 50 contacting with the neck of the human body is mainly concentrated in the middle area of the massage surface 53, the massage force of the massage surface 53 is gradually reduced from the middle to the periphery during massage, the massage force of the massage surface 53 can be more concentrated, meanwhile, the massage surface 53 can adapt to the shape of the neck of the human body, and the massage surface 53 is prevented from excessively extruding the neck of the human body during massage to cause massage discomfort.
In the present embodiment, the massage head 50 can be swung with respect to the main body 30 in a direction in which the massage surface 53 approaches or separates from the abutting surface 32. It can be understood that the massage head 50 performs a swinging motion relative to the main body 30, and during the swinging motion, the massage surface 53 gradually moves away from the abutting surface 32 from approaching the abutting surface 32, and then gradually approaches the abutting surface 32, thereby forming a reciprocating motion. In the process that the massage surface 53 gradually moves away from the supporting surface 32 from the position close to the supporting surface 32, the included angle α between the massage surface 53 and the central plane M gradually increases, and in the process that the massage surface 53 gradually moves towards the supporting surface 32 from the position away from the supporting surface 32, the included angle α between the massage surface 53 and the central plane M gradually decreases, so that when the massage surface 53 keeps in contact with the skin of the neck of the human body, the massage surface swings back and forth to form a kneading massage mode.
Further, the massage surface 53 includes a proximal end P close to the abutting surface 32 and a distal end Q far from the abutting surface 32. The distance from the near end P to the abutting surface 32 is L1, and L1 is more than or equal to 5mm in the process of the deflection of the massage head 50 relative to the host 30. The distance from the distal end Q to the abutting surface 32 is L2, and L2 is less than or equal to 70mm in the process of the deflection of the massage head 50 relative to the main machine 30. It can be understood that when the neck massager 10 is worn on the neck of a human body, the abutting surface 32 abuts against the back cervical vertebra of the neck of the human body, if the near end P of the massage surface 53 is close to the abutting surface 32, the moving space of the massage surface 53 is small, which is not beneficial to achieving a good massage effect, and if the far end Q of the massage surface 53 is too far from the abutting surface 32, the moving range of the massage surface 53 is too large, which also causes oppression on other parts of the neck of the human body which are not suitable for massage. Therefore, the massage face 53 moves within the range defined by L1 to L2 to massage the neck of the human body, and can effectively massage the muscle group on the rear side of the neck of the human body while avoiding other portions of the neck of the human body which are not suitable for massage.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present application, the main frame 30 includes a housing 35 and a transmission assembly 36 installed inside the housing 35, the transmission assembly 36 is connected to a plurality of massage heads 50 to drive the massage heads 50 to move relative to the housing 35, and the abutting surface 32 is located on the housing 35. It will be appreciated that the housing 35 is an exterior structural member of the main body 30 to cover and protect the internal transmission assembly 36. The supporting surface 32 is a part of the outer surface of the casing 35, specifically, all or part of the outer surface of the casing 35 located between the first massage set 51 and the second massage set 52 and facing the neck of the human body. The transmission assembly 36 serves as a power device for outputting power for the movement of the massage head 50.
With reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7, the transmission assembly 36 further includes a main body 37 and a plurality of transmission output portions 38 connected to the main body 37, the main body 37 is located between the first massage set 51 and the second massage set 52 and corresponds to the supporting surface 32, and the plurality of transmission output portions 38 are connected to the plurality of massage heads 50 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. It can be understood that most of the weight of the transmission assembly 36 is concentrated on the main body portion 37, and the main body portion 37 is disposed corresponding to the abutting surface 32, so that the weight of the main body portion 37 can be applied to the neck of the human body via the abutting surface 32. When the supporting surface 32 is located at the middle position of the main body 30 facing the neck of the human body and is symmetrically disposed about the central plane M, and the first massage group 51 and the second massage group 52 are symmetric about the central plane M, the main body 37 is located at the middle position of the main body 30. The plurality of transmission output ends are correspondingly connected with the plurality of massage heads 50 one by one so as to drive the massage heads 50 to massage the neck of the human body.
Specifically, the housing 35 is provided with an opening 351, and the transmission output portion 38 extends through the opening 351 and is detachably connected to the massage head 50. The transmission output part 38 is detachably connected with the massage head 50, so that the massage head 50 can be conveniently detached, maintained and replaced. Further, the transmission output part 38 and the massage head 50 can be detachably connected by fastening, clamping, screwing and the like.
Further, the massage head 50 is hollow inside to form an accommodating chamber 54, and the transmission output portion 38 is connected to an inner wall of the accommodating chamber 54. The arrangement can shield the transmission output part by the massage head 50 and avoid the transmission output part 38 from being exposed, thereby keeping the beauty of the whole appearance of the neck massage instrument 10.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the transmission output part 38 includes a transmission gear 381, a transmission shaft 382, a swinging member 383, and a connecting member 384. The main body portion 37 can drive the transmission gear 381 to rotate, and the transmission shaft 382 is connected to the center of the transmission gear 381 to rotate with the transmission gear 381. The swing element 383 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 382 and rotates along with the transmission shaft 382. The swing member 383 is in a disk shape, and two opposite bottom surfaces of the swing member 383 are inclined, so that the swing member 383 has a maximum thickness position and a minimum thickness position, and the thickness of the swing member 383 is gradually reduced from the maximum thickness position to the minimum thickness position. Of the two bottom surfaces of the swinging member 383, a first bottom surface is disposed perpendicular to the rotation axis of the transmission shaft 382, and a second bottom surface is disposed obliquely with respect to the rotation axis of the transmission shaft 382. And the axis of rotation of the drive shaft 382 is generally parallel to the central plane M.
