An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the hot air assembly comprises a motor (41), a motor bracket (42), an air circulation heat shield (43), fan blades (44) and a heat pipe (45); the electric cooker is characterized in that the motor support (42) and the air circulation heat insulation cover (43) are respectively installed in the electric appliance cavity (13), the air circulation heat insulation cover (43) is arranged between the motor support (42) and the cooking cavity (10), the air circulation heat insulation cover (43) covers the rear side of the cooking cavity (10), the motor (41) is installed at the rear side of the motor support (42), a motor shaft of the motor sequentially penetrates out of the motor support (42) forwards and penetrates into the air circulation heat insulation cover (43), the fan blades (44) are installed in the air circulation heat insulation cover (43) and are in transmission connection with the motor shaft, and the heating pipe (45) is installed in the air circulation heat insulation cover (43) and is annularly arranged on the periphery of the fan blades (44); the rear side of the cooking cavity (10) is provided with a first vent hole for communicating the air circulation heat insulation cover (43) and a second vent hole for communicating the first vent hole and the second vent hole corresponding to the air circulation heat insulation cover (43).
6. An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein the motor bracket (42) is provided with a shroud (421) for enclosing the motor (41), and the rear side of the main unit is provided with heat dissipation holes (103) for communicating with the shroud (421).

An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein said first vent hole and said second vent hole are proximate to each other; the first vent holes comprise a first upper row transverse vent hole (101) and a first lower row radial vent hole (102), the horizontal height position of the first upper row transverse vent hole (101) is higher than that of the first lower row radial vent hole (102), and the first lower row radial vent hole (102) and the fan blades (44) are coaxially arranged; the second vent holes comprise second upper row transverse vent holes (34) and second lower row radial vent holes (35), the area and the position of the second upper row transverse vent holes (34) are the same as or equivalent to those of the first upper row transverse vent holes (101), the area and the position of the second lower row radial vent holes (35) are the same as or equivalent to those of the first lower row radial vent holes (102), or the first vent holes and the second vent holes are close to each other; the first vent holes comprise first upper row transverse vent holes (101) and first lower row honeycomb vent holes (104), the horizontal height positions of the first upper row transverse vent holes (101) are higher than the horizontal height positions of the first lower row honeycomb vent holes (104), and the first lower row honeycomb vent holes (104) and fan blades (44) are coaxially arranged; the second vent holes comprise second upper row transverse vent holes (34) and second lower row radial vent holes (35), the area and the position of the second upper row transverse vent holes (34) are the same as or equivalent to those of the first upper row transverse vent holes (101), and the area and the position of the second lower row radial vent holes (35) are the same as or equivalent to those of the first lower row radial vent holes (102).
8. Air fryer according to claim 7, wherein the rear side of the cooking chamber (10) is provided with a ventilation board (100), the first venting cloth being provided wholly or partly on the ventilation board (100).

An air fryer according to claim 5, wherein the fan blades (44) are axial fans and the air circulation heat shield (43) internally forms an inner chamber for blowing air by the axial fans, or wherein the fan blades (44) are centrifugal fans and the air circulation heat shield (43) internally forms an inner chamber for blowing air by the centrifugal fans.
10. An air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the main unit comprises an upper housing (51) and a lower housing (52) which are closed to each other, the opening (11) and the cooking chamber (10) being provided in the upper housing (51), the appliance chamber (13) being provided in the lower housing (52), the upper housing (51) being provided with a control assembly (21).
