In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a nursing garment after breast cancer operation, and the following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiment of the present application.

Before the present embodiment is explained, first, the related concepts will be briefly explained:

a PICC catheter: the central venous catheterization device is punctured from the vein of a peripheral arm by a catheter, the catheter directly reaches the great vein close to the heart, so that the direct contact between chemotherapy drugs and the vein of the arm is avoided, and the blood flow speed of the great vein is high, so that the chemotherapy drugs can be quickly diluted, the stimulation of the drugs to blood vessels is prevented, the vein of the upper limb can be effectively protected, the occurrence of phlebitis is reduced, the pain of a patient is relieved, and the life quality of the patient is improved.

Example one

The embodiment I of the application provides a breast cancer postoperative care suit (hereinafter referred to as a care suit 100), relates to the technical field of medical care, and is mainly used for postoperative care of breast cancer patients.

As shown in fig. 1, the nursing garment 100 of the present embodiment may include a garment body 10 and two sleeves 20 respectively connected to both sides of the garment body 10. The garment body 10 is provided with a fly 111, the fly 111 extends from the neckline 13 of the garment body 10 to the hem 17 of the garment body 10, and the fly 111 is provided with a first coupling part 41 for opening or closing the fly 111. At least one sleeve 20 of the two sleeves 20 is provided with a full body zipper 43, the full body zipper 43 extends from the collar 13 of the clothes body 10 to the sleeve opening 21 of the sleeve 20 along the shoulder seam of the clothes body 10, and is used for opening 15 or closing one side of the sleeve 20 far away from the clothes body 10.

In addition, when the patient puts on or takes off the nursing garment 100, the outer sides of the sleeves 20 (the sides of the sleeves 20 far away from the garment body 10) can be opened through the full-body zippers 43, so that the operation of the patient and medical staff is facilitated, and the comfort of the patient in the process of putting on or taking off the nursing garment 100 after the operation is improved.

The number of the full-body zippers 43 is not limited to one, and is specifically selected according to the positions of the affected areas of the mammary glands of the patient, and the full-body zippers 43 can be arranged on the sleeves 20 on the two sides, so that the adaptability of the nursing clothes 100 is improved, and the convenience and the comfort when the patient puts on or takes off the nursing clothes 100 are further improved.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the nursing garment 100 further includes a shoulder strap 30, the garment body 10 has two shoulder portions 14, a first connecting end 31 of the shoulder strap 30 is connected with one of the two shoulder portions 14, a second connecting end 32 of the shoulder strap 30 is connected with the other of the two shoulder portions 14, and the shoulder strap 30 is formed with an arc-shaped accommodating space 33 between the first connecting end 31 and the second connecting end 32 thereof for placing the upper limbs of the patient.

Before describing the present embodiment, the position requirements of a breast cancer patient after surgery will be described: after the breast cancer operation, the forearm of the affected upper limb needs to be raised by 90 degrees to prevent circulatory disturbance, thereby preventing the occurrence of lymphedema.

The treatment measures are completed through the rehabilitation external fixation brace before, however, the comfort degree of the rehabilitation external fixation brace is poor after long-term investigation and communication with a patient.

In this embodiment, the shoulder 14 is a part of the garment body 10 corresponding to the shoulder of the patient, the shoulder straps 30 are connected by the shoulder 14 of the garment body 10, and the shoulder straps 30 are used in the following two states:

the first state: as shown in FIG. 3, when the affected side of the patient is the right chest, the forearm portion of the right arm of the patient can be placed in the accommodating space 33 of the shoulder strap 30, so as to raise the forearm portion of the right arm.

And a second state: when the affected side of the patient is the left chest, as shown in fig. 4, the forearm portion of the left arm of the patient can be placed in the accommodating space 33 of the shoulder strap 30, so as to lift the forearm portion of the left arm.

It can be appreciated that the arrangement of shoulder strap 30 is convenient for lift patient's upper limbs to be convenient for adjust patient's upper limbs to suitable treatment position, and the comfort is better, is favorable to the patient to be recovered.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present application in which the nursing garment 100 further includes the shoulder straps 30, optionally, the two shoulder portions 14 include a first shoulder portion 14a and a second shoulder portion 14b, the first connecting end 31 of the shoulder strap 30 is connected with the first shoulder portion 14a through the first fastener 44, and the second connecting end 32 of the shoulder strap 30 is connected with the second shoulder portion 14b through the second fastener 45, so that the shoulder strap 30 can be detachably connected with the garment body 10. In this embodiment, the shoulder straps 30 are detachably disposed on the garment body 10, so that the shoulder straps 30 can be easily replaced and washed and can be compatible with different upper limb lifting requirements of the affected side.

Specifically, the first fastening member 44 and the second fastening member 45 are respectively one of a snap fastener, a button and a buckle, and each of the fastening members can detachably connect the first connecting end 31 and the second connecting end 32 of the shoulder strap 30 with the first shoulder 14a and the second shoulder 14b, respectively, so as to lift different affected upper limbs.

Preferably, the first fastener 44 and the second fastener 45 are two buttons, the first connecting end 31 and the second connecting end 32 of the shoulder strap 30 are respectively provided with a plurality of buttonholes matched with the buttons, the first connecting end 31 of the shoulder strap 30 is connected with the buttons of the first shoulder 14a through the buttonholes to realize that the first end is detachably connected with the first shoulder 14a, and the second connecting end 32 of the shoulder strap 30 is connected with the buttons of the first shoulder 14a or the buttons of the second shoulder 14b through the buttonholes to be suitable for raising the right arm and the left arm respectively.

As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, optionally, at least one armpit of the clothes body 10 is opened with an opening 15, a second coupling member 42 is disposed at the opening 15, and the second coupling member 42 is used for closing a portion of the opening 15.

Particularly, after the breast cancer operation, a drainage tube needs to be placed at the affected part of the patient to prevent and reduce subcutaneous effusion caused by unsmooth drainage after the breast cancer radical treatment and the improvement radical treatment, and the opening 15 in the embodiment is used for penetrating the drainage tube, so that the drainage tube is convenient to be arranged at the affected part of the patient.

Optionally, the second coupling member 42 is one of a zipper, a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener and a button. Example two

On the basis of the first embodiment of the present application, optionally, the garment body 10 includes a front garment body 11 and a rear garment body 12 connected to the front garment body 11, a front fly 111 and a first coupling component 41 are disposed on the front garment body 11, and the first coupling component 41 is one of a zipper, a snap and a button.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in particular, the front and rear bodies 11 and 12 are provided to facilitate the installation of the full body zipper 43 and the shoulder straps 30, and the first coupling part 41 is provided to facilitate the opening and closing of the fly 111.

Clinically, the first coupling component 41 may be preferably a button, a plurality of buttons are arranged at intervals on one side of the placket 111, and a plurality of buttonholes matched with the buttons are opened on the other side of the placket 111. When in use, when the button is butted with the button hole, the front fly 111 can be partially or completely closed, so that the chest and abdomen part of a patient is wrapped; when the button is separated from the buttonhole, the opening of the placket 111 can be achieved, thereby exposing a part or all of the chest and abdomen of the patient.

As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present application in which the garment body 10 includes the front garment body 11 and the rear garment body 12, optionally, two storage pockets 112 are disposed at positions of the front garment body 11 close to the hem 17, and the two storage pockets 112 are respectively disposed at two sides of the fly 111 symmetrically.

In this embodiment, the arrangement of the storage pocket 112 facilitates the placement of the drainage ball communicated with the drainage tube. Optionally, the sack of putting thing pocket 112 is telescopic sack, and the drainage ball is convenient for place more steadily in the setting of telescopic sack, prevents that the patient from moving the in-process and leading to the drainage ball shake or drop.

the two sleeves are respectively connected to two sides of the clothes body, a through body zipper is arranged on at least one sleeve of the two sleeves, the through body zipper extends from the neckline of the clothes body to the sleeve openings of the sleeves along the shoulder seams of the clothes body, and the through body zipper is used for opening or closing one side of the sleeves far away from the clothes body;

the breast cancer postoperative care clothes further comprises shoulder straps, the clothes body is provided with two shoulders, a first connecting end of each shoulder strap is connected with one of the two shoulders, a second connecting end of each shoulder strap is connected with the other of the two shoulders, an arc-shaped accommodating space is formed between the first connecting end and the second connecting end of each shoulder strap, and the accommodating space is used for accommodating upper limbs of a patient.

2. The nursing garment after breast cancer operation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two shoulders include a first shoulder and a second shoulder, the first connecting end of the shoulder strap is connected with the first shoulder through a first fastener, and the second connecting end of the shoulder strap is connected with the second shoulder through a second fastener, so that the shoulder strap can be detachably connected with the garment body.

3. The breast cancer postoperative care suit of claim 2, wherein the first and second fasteners are each one of a snap, a button, and a plug-in.

4. The postoperative care suit for breast cancer according to claim 1, wherein at least one armpit of the suit body is provided with an opening, and a second coupling component is arranged at the opening and used for closing a part of the opening.

5. The post-breast cancer care garment of claim 4, wherein the second coupling member is one of a zipper, a velcro tape, a snap, and a button.

The postoperative care suit for breast cancer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the suit body comprises a front suit body and a rear suit body connected with the front suit body, the front suit body is provided with the fly, and the first coupling member is one of a zipper, a snap fastener and a button.

7. The postoperative care suit for breast cancer as claimed in claim 6, wherein two storage pockets are arranged on the front garment body near the lower hem of the front garment body, and the two storage pockets are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the front fly respectively.

8. The postoperative care suit of claim 7, wherein the pocket openings of the storage pockets are retractable.

9. The postoperative care suit for breast cancer according to claim 1, wherein a skin-friendly layer is provided on the inner surface of the suit body at least at the chest position thereof.
