The temperature control module 17 includes a temperature sensor 171, a temperature adjusting assembly 172, both of which are connected to the mounting body 10. Temperature sensor 171 can implement the temperature in the monitoring transportation space to feed back to singlechip 12, when the temperature in transportation space was on the high side (or on the low side), singlechip 12 can control the operation of temperature adjusting part 172, carries out cooling (or intensification) processing to the transportation space, keeps the temperature in the transportation space to be in predetermineeing the within range all the time.
The gas control module 18 comprises a ventilation controller 181 and a ventilation pipe group 182, wherein the ventilation controller 181 is integrated on the installation body 10 and is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer 12, and the single chip microcomputer 12 controls the ventilation controller 181 to operate, so that the ventilation frequency and the airflow speed can be regulated and controlled, and the ventilation is started or stopped. The ventilation tube set 182 communicates the transportation space with the outside, and oxygen can be supplied to the transportation space through the exchange of air flow, so as to prevent the animal from suffocating.
The temperature control module 17 and the gas control module 18 can keep the internal temperature of the container proper and the oxygen sufficient, and provide basic guarantee for the survival of animals.

Fig. 5 to 9 schematically show an animal survival temperature adjusting module according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the animal survival temperature regulating module comprises the detachable combined type biological transportation module in embodiment 1, and further comprises a cooling assembly, wherein the cooling assembly comprises an electric cooling unit.
The electric cooling unit comprises a temperature sensor 171 and a refrigerator 191, the refrigerator 191 is electrically connected with the power module 11, the refrigerator 191 is integrated on the installation body 10, the refrigerator 191 comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a refrigerant, the compressor is provided with heat exchange tubes, the heat exchange tubes are distributed on two sides of the installation body 10, and the operation of the compressor is controlled by the single chip microcomputer 12.
Specifically, the compressor compresses a refrigerant, high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is discharged, the gaseous refrigerant reaches the condenser through the heat exchange tube to dissipate heat, the refrigerant coming out of the condenser is converted into liquid, the liquid refrigerant is subjected to gas-liquid separation, drying and filtering and then reaches the expansion valve, the refrigerant is subjected to throttling, pressure reduction and flow rate regulation and then reaches the evaporator through the transmission of the heat exchange tube, the liquid refrigerant is gasified in the evaporator to absorb a large amount of heat, the gasified refrigerant gas returns to the compressor from the evaporator, the compressor continues to perform compression cycle, and continuous cooling is realized.
The heat absorption section of the heat exchange tube and the evaporator are arranged on one side of the installation body 10 and used for absorbing heat inside the transportation device, and the heat dissipation section of the heat exchange tube and the condenser are arranged on the other side of the installation body 10 and used for dissipating heat outside the transportation device, so that cooling in the transportation space is achieved.
The heat absorption section of the refrigerator 191, i.e. the section close to the evaporator, is configured with a gas channel 192, the air inlet and the air outlet 72 of the gas channel 192 are both configured with a filter screen 193, and the air outlet is configured with a fan, which is electrically connected with the power module 11. The cold air is blown by the fan to enter the air passage 192 from the air inlet and is discharged into the transportation device through the air outlet, so that the temperature of the interior of the transportation device is reduced. The inside of the gas passage 192 is also filled with activated carbon 194 for deodorization. The air outlet is provided with a grating 195, the grating 195 is provided with a spherical substrate 196, and the grating 195 can rotate. The arrangement of the grating 195, especially the structure that the grating 195 can rotate can adjust the blowing direction of the cold air, avoid a large amount of cold air from blowing towards one direction, reduce the impact force of the cold air flow on animals, and improve the body feeling comfort level of the animals.
In addition, the animal survival temperature adjusting module further comprises a heat dissipation assembly matched with the installation body 10. The heat dissipation assembly comprises a heat absorption substrate and heat dissipation fins 184, the heat absorption substrate 183 is attached to the side wall of the installation body 10, a heat absorption cavity 186 is formed in the heat absorption substrate, the heat absorption cavity 186 is in negative pressure, a heat absorption core 185 is arranged in the heat absorption cavity 185, the heat absorption core 185 is of a porous structure, a proper amount of working medium is filled in the heat absorption cavity 186, the working medium is water, ethanol, methanol or a mixture of the water, the ethanol and the methanol, and the filling amount is 1/3 to 2/3 of the inner space of the heat absorption cavity 186. The heat dissipation fins 184 are provided on the heat-absorbing substrate on the side away from the mounting body 10. Thus, in the operation process of the plurality of functional modules integrated on the installation body 10, the heat generated by power consumption can be transferred to the heat absorption substrate 183 through the side wall of the installation body 10, the heat absorption substrate 183 absorbs the heat, the inside of the heat absorption cavity 186 is negative pressure, the working medium inside the heat absorption cavity is heated and gasified, and diffuses towards one side far away from the installation body 10, namely towards one side provided with the heat dissipation fins 184 along the porous structure of the heat absorption core 185, and the heat dissipation fins 184 absorb the heat of the working medium and diffuse outwards, so that the heat dissipation effect of the installation body 10 is improved. After the heat is dissipated, the working medium is liquefied and can return to the end, close to the installation body 10, in the heat absorption cavity 186 along the porous structure of the heat absorption core 185 again, and the circulation is repeated, so that the working medium is diffused outwards through the heat dissipation assembly, and the operation efficiency of the functional assembly is further ensured.
Example 4
Fig. 10 to 15 schematically show an animal transporter comprising a cuboidal, approximately closed transport housing 20, the transport housing 20 being fitted with a detachable modular bio-transporter module according to example 1. The installation body 10 is arranged to be attached to the inner wall of the transportation box body 20; the mounting body 10 is provided with a connection piece for easy detachment, which is used to fixedly connect the mounting body 10 with the transport case 20.
The connecting piece comprises a strip-shaped connecting plate body 21, the connecting plate body 21 is of an L-shaped structure, and the mounting body 10 is fixedly connected to the horizontal plate body of the connecting plate body 21 through bolts. The edge of the vertical plate body of the connecting plate body 21 is provided with a protruding portion 22, the protruding portion 22 is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting plate body 21 can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the transportation box body 20 by penetrating through the connecting hole through a bolt, a hook and the like.
In other embodiments, the connecting member may be further configured to be a plug-in mating structure, a screw-thread mating structure, a magnetic-attraction mating structure or other mating structures, so as to detachably connect the side wall of the installation body 10 and the transportation box 20, and the connection is stable and is not easy to fall off.

As shown in the figure, this animal survival temperature regulation module includes the removable combined biological transportation module in embodiment 1, still includes the cooling subassembly, and the cooling subassembly is the physics cooling unit.
The physical cooling unit includes a flat thermal insulating chamber 70 disposed inside the transport case 20. The interior of the heat insulation chamber 70 is hollow, a fan 71 is arranged on one side wall of the heat insulation chamber 70, the fan 71 is electrically connected with the power module 11, the operation of the fan 71 is controlled by the single chip microcomputer 12, an air outlet 72 is arranged on the other side wall of the heat insulation chamber 70, and a cooling medium is filled in the heat insulation chamber 70. When the temperature is too high, the single chip microcomputer 12 controls the fan 71 to rotate, and the transportation device is cooled by the cooling medium. The gas in the transportation box body 20 is driven by the fan 71 to enter the heat insulation chamber 70, and is cooled under the action of the cooling medium, and the cooled air is discharged through the air outlet 72 and enters the inner space of the transportation device again, so that a large amount of heat can be taken away quickly, and the effect of rapid cooling is achieved.
The cooling medium can be selected from ice blocks which are low in price, easy to process and easy to store. The transportation box body 20 is a cubic structure formed by splicing a frame 94 and plates, a ventilation plate body 92 is arranged on at least one side wall of the transportation box body 20, one end of the ventilation plate body 92 is movably connected with one side of the frame 94 through a hinge 93, and two side edges of the ventilation plate body 92 adjacent to the hinge 93 are movably connected with the frame 94 through hydraulic support rods 95; the hydraulic stay 95 is engaged with the automatic switch.
In a normal state, the peripheral edge of the ventilation plate 92 is attached to the frame 94 of the transport box 20 by the hinge 93 and the hydraulic stay 95, so as to form a nearly closed structure. a plurality of inserting ports (13) are arranged on the mounting body (10), and the inserting ports (13) are electrically connected with the power supply module (11); the installation body (10) is provided with a single chip microcomputer (12), and the single chip microcomputer (12) is electrically connected with the power module (11) through the plug-in port (13).
3. The detachable modular bio-transportation module according to claim 1, wherein a positioning module (14) and a communication module (15) are integrated on the mounting body (10), the positioning module (14) and the communication module (15) being electrically connected to the power module (11); the communication module (15) comprises a video call module and an audio and video recording module.

An animal survival temperature regulating module, which is characterized by comprising the detachable combined type biological transportation module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6; the detachable combined type biological transportation module is provided with a cooling assembly, and the cooling assembly comprises a physical cooling unit or an electric cooling unit.
