The pusher 223 is movable toward the outer end of the coupling member 221 to a maximum extended position as shown in fig. 4 by the compression spring 224. When the pusher 223 is forced toward the inner end of the coupling 221, for example, into abutment with the drive head 100, it can move against the force of the compression spring 224 toward the inner end of the coupling 221 to the retracted position as shown in fig. 5.
The drive head 100 is tiltably arranged with respect to the axis of rotation in its operative state. Example 3
As shown in fig. 9, embodiment 3 differs from embodiment 1 in that: the coupling 221 in embodiment 3 is provided with the gear portion 226, but does not have a power receiving portion for receiving a rotational driving force from a driving head in the electrophotographic image forming apparatus; the outer end of the coupling member 221 is provided with a front cover plate 227, the front cover plate 227 abuts against an axial stop 2233 (see fig. 3), and the ejector 223 can project from a guide hole in the front cover plate 227 under the action of a compression spring 224 (also provided in the cavity of the coupling member 221, not visible in fig. 9).
In embodiment 3, the cartridge may further include a developing roller and a developing roller gear (not shown in the figure) provided at an end of the developing roller, and the gear portion 226 may be engaged with the developing roller gear.
In the electrophotographic image forming apparatus to which the cartridge of embodiment 3 is applied, the tiltable drive head is provided with a drive gear portion capable of meshing with the developing roller gear, and the cartridge rear pusher 223 can also push the drive head to move it from the tilted state to the non-tilted state. At the moment, the developing roller gear is meshed with the driving gear part, so that the driving head can drive the developing roller to rotate; at the same time, since the gear portion 226 of the coupling 221 meshes with the developing roller gear, the photosensitive drum 21 can also be rotated simultaneously.
