Claims (17)
1. The conveying chain protection device is characterized by comprising a guide rail and a support rail which are detachably connected; the hanger is characterized in that a guide groove matched with the conveying chain is formed in the guide rail, the support rail is used for supporting the roller of the hanger, the guide rail and the support rail are connected through the hanger, the hanger is arranged on the rear side of the guide rail and detachably connected with the guide rail, and the support rail is arranged at the bottom end of the hanger.

The conveyor chain guard as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the upper portion of the base is provided with a telescopic upper cover, two ends of the upper cover are respectively connected with one of the connecting blocks, and the connecting blocks are enabled to move along the arc sections through the telescopic upper cover.
6. The conveyor chain guard of claim 5, wherein: the base is provided with an arc-shaped hole, and the upper cover is installed in the arc-shaped hole through a fixing piece.
7. The conveyor chain guard of claim 4, wherein: the end part of the connecting block is provided with a first slot, and the descending section guide rail and the lifting section guide rail are inserted into the first slot.
8. The conveyor chain guard of claim 4, wherein: the descending section support rail is connected with the lifting section support rail through a telescopic arc support rail.
9. The conveyor chain guard of claim 8, wherein: the two ends of the arc-shaped supporting rail are provided with second slots, and the descending section supporting rail and the lifting section supporting rail are inserted into the second slots.

The workstation according to claim 12, wherein the lower limit block is provided at the lower portion of the loading device of the lifting mechanism, and the top end of the descending section support rail of the conveyor chain guard is connected with the lower limit block through an end connection block.

The workstation of claim 13, wherein one end of said end connection block is provided with a third slot into which a top end of said drop leg support rail is inserted; a first limiting column is arranged in the third slot and is inserted into a limiting hole at the top end of the descending section supporting rail; the other end of the end connecting block is provided with a second limiting column, and the second limiting column is inserted into a limiting hole at the lower end of the lower limiting block; one side of the second limiting column is provided with a second bolt hole, and the second bolt hole is connected with the lower end of the lower limiting block.

A workstation according to any of claims 12 to 14, wherein the top end of the drop leg guide rail of the conveyor chain guard is provided with a guide block, the top end of the guide block is provided with an open guide slot, the guide slot is matched with the guide slot of the drop leg guide rail, and the guide block is used for guiding the conveyor chain from the loading device of the lifting mechanism into the drop leg guide rail.

The workstation according to claim 15, wherein the lower end of the guide block is provided with a fourth slot inserted into the top end of the guide rail of the descending section, the top end of the fourth slot is provided with a third bolt hole, and the guide rail of the descending section and the guide block are fixed by inserting a bolt into the third bolt hole.

A workstation according to any of claims 12 to 14, wherein the top end of the lifting section support rail of the conveyor chain guard is hinged to the unloading means of the lifting mechanism; one end of the hinge is provided with a clamping groove which is matched with the dovetail connecting part at the top of the lifting section guide rail; and a fourth bolt hole hinged with the unloading device of the lifting mechanism is formed in the hinged end of the hinge.
