Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present disclosure will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein.
It should be understood that the structures, proportions, and dimensions shown in the drawings and described herein are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure, which is to be given the full breadth of the present disclosure, but rather the scope of the present disclosure should not be limited by any of the above-described exemplary embodiments. In addition, the terms "above" and "a" and the like in the present specification are used for clarity of description only, and are not used to limit the scope of the disclosure, and changes or modifications of the relative relationship therebetween may be regarded as the scope of the disclosure without substantial changes in the technical content.
For a clearer understanding of the present disclosure, embodiments of the present disclosure are specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a wiper 1 for a motor vehicle in a perspective view. The wiper 1 includes an arm base 10, a holding arm 20, and a wiper blade (not shown) connected in this order.
In one particular embodiment, arm rest 10 may be generally in the form of a rod having a first end 11 and a second end 12. The holding arm 20 has an elongated shape, and the first end 21 of the holding arm 20 is connected to the second end portion 12 of the arm base 10, and the second end 22 of the holding arm 20 is connected to a wiper blade (not shown in the drawings) abutting against the windshield.
When the wiper 1 is mounted on a vehicle, the first end portion 11 of the arm base 10 is connected to a drive mechanism (not shown), which may be, for example, a drive motor and/or a link mechanism mounted in the vehicle, and the first end portion of the arm base 10 is rotatably fixedly connected to an output shaft of the drive motor and/or the link mechanism so as to be driven and reciprocated.
The second end 12 of the arm base 10 is pivotably connected to the holding arm 20, so that the holding arm 20 is movable relative to the arm base 10 between a service position P1 close to the windscreen and a service position P2 remote from the windscreen, wherein the position of the holding arm 20 shown in fig. 1 is the service position P2, the service position P1 of the holding arm 20 also being schematically indicated in fig. 1 by a dashed line. When the holding arm 20 is in the working position P1, the arm seat 10 can drive the holding arm 20 and the wiper blade to reciprocate relative to the windshield of the vehicle under the driving of the driving mechanism, so as to wipe off rainwater, dust and the like on the windshield. When the holding arm 20 is in the maintenance position P2 (i.e., the holding arm 20 stands up with respect to the arm base 10), the blade may be replaced or the windshield may be cleaned.
The outer surfaces of the arm socket 10 and the holding arm 20 may be coated with a coating having an anti-rust and/or anti-glare function, which is black, for example, thereby enabling the arm socket 10 and the holding arm 20 to be resistant to corrosion, less prone to rust, and resistant to glare, to ensure the driving safety of the driver.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion a circled in fig. 1. As shown, the retaining arm 20 may include two side walls 23 and a top wall 24 connecting the two side walls such that the retaining arm 20 has a generally U-shaped cross-section. The holding arm 20 has a longitudinal extension, which is the longitudinal extension of the holding arm 20, and both side walls 23 and the top wall 24 extend in the longitudinal extension of the holding arm 20.
The holding arm 20 is pivotably connected to the arm base 10 by its two side walls 23. In an embodiment, the two side walls 23 may each comprise a lug 230, the lug 230 being, for example, the portion of the side wall 23 extending beyond the top wall 24 in the direction of longitudinal extension. The second end 12 of the arm support 10 may be located between the two lugs 230. For example, through holes may be provided in the lugs 230 of the two side walls 23, and pivot pins corresponding to the through holes may be provided on the arm base 10, and the pivot pins may be installed in the through holes, thereby allowing the holder arm 20 to rotate between the working position P1 and the maintenance position P2 with respect to the arm base 10.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the retaining arm 20 further includes a stop 25. In the example shown in fig. 2, a stop 25 is located in the portion of the top wall 24 near the end of the arm rest 10, i.e. in the first end 21 of the holding arm 20, for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the holding arm 20 relative to the arm rest 10. When the holding arm 20 is in the maintenance position P2, the stopper portion 25 abuts against the arm base 10, that is, the stopper portion 25 abuts against and is supported on the surface of the arm base 10. Since the surfaces of the stopper portions 25 of the arm base 10 and the holding arm 20 are coated with the coating, the above-mentioned abutment may cause abrasion of the coating or even complete breakage of the coating, thereby causing rusting of the wiper, affecting the service life of the wiper, or causing glare in the driver's view, affecting driving safety.
In order to avoid damage of the coating by the abutment of the stop 25 and the arm seat 10, the wiper 1 according to the present disclosure further comprises a contact-preventing protection 30 disposed therebetween.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the contact protection 30 may be provided on the second end 12 of the arm socket 10, covering the location where the retaining arm 20 abuts against the arm socket 10 when in the service position. For example, the contact-prevention protection 30 can be glued or directly attached to the second end 12 without the need to provide other additional elements, so that the contact-prevention protection 30 is easy to mount and simplifies the structure of the wiper 1. In particular, the contact prevention protector 30 may be an elastic member, such as a rubber member, which may be glued to the second end 12 of the arm seat 10. The contact protection 30 may also be a breakage resistant industrial tape, such as 3M tape, which may be applied directly to the second end 12 of the arm socket 10. This makes the anti-contact protector 30 easy to obtain and reduces the manufacturing cost of the anti-contact protector 30. Meanwhile, the structure of the windscreen wiper body is not modified too much according to the windscreen wiper, a production line is not required to be adjusted, and cost increase can be avoided to the maximum extent while contact protection is achieved.
Thereby, when the holding arm 20 is in the maintenance position P2, the stopper portion 25 may abut against the contact prevention protector 30, so that the breakage of the stopper portion 25 of the holding arm 20 and/or the coating on the arm seat 10 due to the above direct contact and abutment may be effectively avoided.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the anti-contact protection 30 can also be glued to the stop 25 of the holding arm 20. Or in a further embodiment, not shown, the contact prevention guard 30 may be provided on both the stop 25 of the holding arm 20 and the second end 12 of the arm seat 10 to better protect the coating of the wiper.
For example, the contact prevention protector 30 may be black to conform to the color of the arm seat 10 and the retaining arm 20, thereby maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the wiper 1.
In one embodiment, the contact prevention protector 30 may extend along the width of the arm seat 10 and/or the retaining arm 20, and may have an elongated shape extending along the width direction, for example, so that the contact prevention protector 30 can effectively cover the coating damage area on the surface of the arm seat 10 and/or the retaining arm 20, which may be caused by abutting, and the area of the contact prevention protector 30 can be minimized to save the cost, but the disclosure is not limited thereto as long as the stopping portion 25 can be prevented from abutting directly against the arm seat 10.
In order to provide the contact prevention protector 30 with a certain strength without interfering with the rotation of the holder arm 20 with respect to the arm socket 10, the thickness of the contact prevention protector 30 may be set in a range of 2mm to 5mm, for example, 2mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, or 5mm, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In addition, the present disclosure does not limit the above structure of the holding arm 20 as long as the holding arm 20 can be pivoted to the arm base 10 and the holding arm 20 can be located at the maintenance position by abutting against the arm base 10. The contact protection 30 according to the present disclosure may also be applied to other forms of wiper than the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3.
The utility model provides a wiper, through the backstop portion setting at the second tip of arm seat and/or the holding arm prevent contact protection spare, can avoid effectively keeping the arm in maintenance position because backstop portion directly supports the damage of the backstop portion that causes and/or the arm seat upper coating, and then avoid the damaged easy problem of rustting and dazzling of department of coating, the accessible sets up the colour of preventing contact protection spare simultaneously and keeps wiper's pleasing to the eye uniformity. Furthermore, the anti-contact protection in the present disclosure is glued or directly fitted to the arm seat and/or the retaining arm, without the need to provide other additional elements, which makes the anti-contact protection easy to install and simplifies the structure of the wiper.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle comprising the wiper as described above.
