The shower post elevating shower head as claimed in claim 4, wherein said body has a second outlet hole at a bottom side thereof, and a control knob is provided at a front end of said body, said control knob being connected to said valve core for controlling said inlet hole to communicate with said outlet hole or said inlet hole to communicate with said second outlet hole.

The shower head as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the body has a valve core and a water inlet controlled by the valve core to communicate with the water outlet, the water inlet is provided at a rear end of the body, and a control knob is provided at a front end of the body, the control knob being coupled to the valve core for controlling the water inlet to communicate with the water outlet.
8. The shower head as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the body has a valve core and two water inlet holes provided at a rear of the body, and two control buttons are provided at left and right sides of a front of the body, each control button being coupled to the valve core for controlling each water inlet hole to communicate with the water outlet hole.
9. A shower column lifting showerhead as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the spring is a constant force spring.
10. The shower post elevating showerhead of claim 4, wherein said spring is a constant force spring.
