A storage case 100 for storing a toilet brush according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, according to the storage box 100 for storing a toilet brush according to an embodiment of the present invention, the toilet brush includes a brush head and a brush rod 10, and the storage box 100 includes: a brush head housing part 20, a brush rod housing part 30 and a box cover 40. The brush head containing part 20 defines a containing space 201 with one open end, the containing space 201 is used for containing a brush head, the brush rod containing part 30 is used for containing a brush rod 10, wherein the brush head can be a disposable brush head, a locking mechanism can be arranged between the brush head and the brush rod 10, the brush head and the brush rod 10 can be connected through the locking mechanism, when a user needs to clean a toilet by using a toilet brush, the user can install the brush head on the brush rod 10, and the toilet brush after being assembled can clean the toilet. After the user finishes cleaning the toilet bowl, the user can open the locking mechanism, the brush head and the brush rod 10 can be separated, the user can discard the used disposable brush head, and the user can store the brush rod 10 in the brush rod storage part 30 of the storage box 100. The brush head of the toilet brush can be replaced, so that the toilet brush can be kept sanitary after being used.
Further, by providing the storage case 100, the storage case 100 can store the brush head and the brush rod 10, respectively, and the storage case 100 can store the toilet brush conveniently. The brush rod 10 can be accommodated in the brush rod accommodating portion 30, a plurality of brush heads can be accommodated in the accommodating space 201, and when a user needs to use the toilet brush, the user can take the brush rod 10 out of the brush rod accommodating portion 30 and then connect the brush rod 10 with one of the brush heads in the accommodating space 201. When the toilet brush is used, the user can detach the brush head from the brush rod 10, and the user can directly discard the detached brush head and then store the brush rod 10 in the brush rod storage part 30 again.
Further, the box cover 40 has a closed position closing the open end of the receiving space 201 and an open position opening the open end of the receiving space 201, wherein the box cover 40 opens or closes the open end of the receiving space 201 by selectively shielding the open end of the receiving space 201. The cover 40 is rotatably disposed in the brush head receiving portion 20, specifically, the receiving case 100 has a rotation axis, the cover 40 can rotate around the rotation axis, when the cover 40 rotates around the rotation axis in a forward direction, the cover 40 can rotate from a closed position to an open position, the cover 40 does not shield the open end of the receiving space 201 in the open position, the open end of the receiving space 201 can be opened, and a user can take out a brush head from the receiving space 201. When the box cover 40 rotates around the rotation axis in the reverse direction, the box cover 40 can rotate from the open position to the closed position, the box cover 40 shields the open end of the storage space 201 at the closed position, the open end of the storage space 201 can be closed, and the storage space 201 can be kept clean and sanitary.
It should be understood that the forward rotation direction and the reverse rotation direction of the box cover 40 around the rotation axis only represent opposite directions, and the rotation direction of the box cover 40 around the rotation axis can be set according to actual use conditions, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the forward rotation direction of the box cover 40 around the rotation axis can refer to a clockwise direction in fig. 2, and the reverse rotation direction of the box cover 40 around the rotation axis can refer to a counterclockwise direction in fig. 2, that is, when the box cover 40 rotates clockwise in fig. 2 around the rotation axis, the box cover 40 can rotate from the closed position to the open position, and when the box cover 40 rotates counterclockwise in fig. 2 around the rotation axis, the box cover 40 can rotate from the open position to the closed position.
Further, the end surface of the open end has a first end surface 409, a connection slope 410 and a second end surface 411 in a direction from being close to the brush bar 10 to being far from the brush bar 10, the direction from being close to the brush bar 10 to being far from the brush bar 10 may refer to a direction from left to right in fig. 1, and the connection slope 410 is connected between the first end surface 409 and the second end surface 411 so that the height of the second end surface 411 is lower than that of the first end surface 409. When the box cover 40 is located at the closed position, the end surface of the box cover 40 close to the brush head receiving portion 20 is flush with the first end surface 409, or there is a very small gap between the end surface of the box cover 40 close to the brush head receiving portion 20 and the first end surface 409, so as to ensure that the box cover 40 reliably blocks the open end of the receiving space 201, the end surface of the box cover 40 close to the brush head receiving portion 20 may refer to the lower end surface of the box cover 40 in fig. 1, and the open position of the box cover 40 is set at the side of the brush head receiving portion 20 away from the brush rod receiving portion 30 (i.e., the right side of the brush head receiving portion 20 in fig. 1).
When the circumferential side wall of the box cover 40 is configured to be a closed structure and the box cover 40 rotates between the closed position and the open position, by making the height of the second end surface 411 lower than the height of the first end surface 409, the area where the box cover 40 passes on the rotation path does not coincide with the structure of the brush head accommodating part 20, and there is a gap between the second end surface 411 and the end surface of the box cover 40 close to the brush head accommodating part 20 (i.e., the lower end surface of the box cover 40 in fig. 1), so that the interference between the brush head accommodating part 20 and the box cover 40 can be avoided. Through dodging lid 40 using brush head storage portion 20, compared with the prior art, need not set up on lid 40 and dodge the structure, when guaranteeing that lid 40 rotates smoothly, can make lid 40's circumference lateral wall structure be the closed structure to can make receiver 100 normally work, also can prevent debris such as dust or liquid from getting into storage space 201 in, and then can guarantee neatly sanitary in storage space 201, can improve receiver 100's product quality effectively.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 8-10, the connection slope 410 may extend upward and downward from a direction close to the brush bar 10 to a direction away from the brush bar 10, that is, the connection slope 410 may extend upward and downward from a left direction to a right direction in fig. 1. Wherein, the one end of connecting inclined plane 410 can be connected with the one end that second terminal surface 411 is close to brush-holder stud 10, and the other end of connecting inclined plane 410 can be connected with the one end that first terminal surface 409 kept away from brush-holder stud 10, because the height of second terminal surface 411 is less than the height of first terminal surface 409, through setting up the decurrent connection inclined plane 410 of slope, can make the transition between second terminal surface 411 and the first terminal surface 409 gentle to be convenient for the processing personnel processing brush head storage portion 20. Meanwhile, the connection inclined surface 410 inclined downward is provided in the brush head storage portion 20, so that the design requirement of the storage box 100 can be satisfied, and the product quality of the storage box 100 can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first end surface 409 may be set as a slant or a horizontal plane, and the second end surface 411 may be set as a slant or a horizontal plane, that is, the first end surface 409 may be set as a slant and the second end surface 411 may be set as a horizontal plane, or the first end surface 409 may be set as a horizontal plane and the second end surface 411 may be set as a slant, or both the first end surface 409 and the second end surface 411 may be set as a horizontal plane. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first end surface 409 and the second end surface 411 may be both configured as a plane, and the height of the first end surface 409 is higher than that of the second end surface 411, so that the brush head accommodating portion 20 can be moved away from the box cover 40 during the rotation of the box cover 40, thereby ensuring the smooth rotation of the box cover 40.
In other specific embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8-10, the first end surface 409 and the second end surface 411 can be both set as inclined surfaces inclined downward, the first end surface 409, the connection inclined surface 410 and the second end surface 411 can form a continuous inclined surface, the height of the first end surface 409 is higher than that of the second end surface 411, so that the brush head accommodating portion 20 can avoid the box cover 40 during the rotation of the box cover 40, thereby ensuring the smooth rotation of the box cover 40.
It should be understood that, if the first end surface 409 is set to be an inclined downward surface and the second end surface 411 is set to be a horizontal surface, or the first end surface 409 is set to be a horizontal surface and the second end surface 411 is set to be an inclined downward surface, the height of the first end surface 409 can be higher than that of the second end surface 411, and the brush head accommodating portion 20 can be made to escape from the box cover 40 during the rotation of the box cover 40, so that the smooth rotation of the box cover 40 can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a first arc-shaped surface 412 protruding toward the upper side of the brush head receiving portion 20 is connected between the connection inclined surface 410 and the first end surface 409. By arranging the first arc-shaped surface 412 between the connection inclined surface 410 and the first end surface 409, the connection between the connection inclined surface 410 and the first end surface 409 can be smooth, and compared with the case that the first arc-shaped surface 412 is not arranged between the connection inclined surface 410 and the first end surface 409, the arrangement of the first arc-shaped surface 412 can prevent sharp corners from scratching users. Moreover, the arc-shaped surface has stronger stress capability, and when the brush head accommodating portion 20 is collided at the first arc-shaped surface 412, the brush head accommodating portion 20 is not easily damaged, so that the service life of the accommodating box 100 can be prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a second arc-shaped surface 413 recessed toward the lower side of the brush head accommodating portion 20 is connected between the connection inclined surface 410 and the second end surface 411. Wherein, through set up second arcwall face 413 between connecting inclined plane 410 and second terminal surface 411, can strengthen the continuity between connecting inclined plane 410 and the second terminal surface 411, can satisfy receiver 100's appearance design requirement to, the atress ability of arcwall face is stronger, and brush head storage portion 20 receives when colliding in second arcwall face 413 department, and brush head storage portion 20 is difficult to the damage, thereby can prolong receiver 100's life.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cover 40 is in an open position, and the brush bar 10 is adapted to drive the cover 40 to rotate relative to the brush head receiving portion 20 when the brush bar 10 is received in the brush bar receiving portion 30 to move the cover 40 to a closed position. Specifically, when the brush bar 10 is received in the brush bar receiving part 30, the brush bar 10 is adapted to abut against a part of the structure of the box cover 40, and the self-weight of the brush bar 10 can act on the box cover 40 to maintain the position of the box cover 40 at the closed position. According to some other embodiments of the present invention, the user can press the brush rod 10 into the brush rod receiving portion 30, and the pressing force applied by the user to the brush rod 10 can act on the box cover 40.
Further, in the height direction of the storage case 100, a projection of a contact position of the brush bar 10 and the box cover 40 does not coincide with a projection of the rotation axis. The cover 40 is rotated by the self-weight of the brush bar 10 or the cover 40 is rotated by the pressing force, and the rotation direction of the cover 40 is the same as the direction in which the cover 40 is rotated from the open position to the closed position.
It should be noted that, when a user applies a pressing force on the brush rod 10 to store the brush rod 10 in the brush rod storage portion 30, the brush rod storage portion 30 may be further provided with a clamping structure for maintaining the position of the brush rod 10 in the brush rod storage portion 30 when the brush rod 10 is stored in the brush rod storage portion 30.
When the user takes the brush bar 10 out of the brush bar receiving portion 30, in some embodiments of the present invention, the receiving case 100 may further include: an actuating member (not shown) adapted to actuate the lid 40 from the closed position to the open position. Wherein, the driving piece can be set up to driving motor, and receiver 100 can also include: the battery box, controller and contact switch, pack into in the battery box and can supply power for driving motor after the battery, driving motor can be with controller communication connection, contact switch can with controller communication connection.
Driving motor's power take off end can be connected with lid 40, and driving motor can drive lid 40 and move to the open position, but the utility model discloses be not limited to this, driving motor also can be used to drive lid 40 and move to the closed position. For example, in another specific embodiment of the present invention, the storage box 100 has the above two operation modes, and the storage box 100 only performs one of the two operation modes at the same time, that is, the driving motor can drive the box cover 40 to move to the closed position, or the driving motor can drive the box cover 40 to move to the open position.
And, the contact switch can be set up in the brush-holder stud accepting portion 30, when the brush-holder stud 10 is accepted into the brush-holder stud accepting portion 30, the brush-holder stud 10 can trigger the contact switch, the contact switch can send the opening signal to the controller, the controller can control the driving motor to rotate forward after receiving the signal, so that the driving motor drives the box cover 40 to move from the opening position to the closing position. When the brush rod 10 is taken out of the brush rod receiving portion 30, the brush rod 10 does not trigger the contact switch, the contact switch can send a closing signal to the controller, and the controller can control the driving motor to rotate reversely after receiving the signal, so that the driving motor drives the box cover 40 to move from the closing position to the opening position. It should be noted that the forward rotation direction of the driving motor and the reverse rotation direction of the driving motor only represent two opposite directions, and the specific rotation direction of the driving motor can be set according to actual situations.
Through setting up the driving piece in receiver 100, when the partial structure damage of lid 40, lead to brush-holder stud 10 can not drive lid 40 and rotate, the driving piece can guarantee that lid 40 moves to the open position when jack 301 is extracted to brush-holder stud 10, also can guarantee that lid 40 moves to the closed position when jack 301 is inserted to brush-holder stud 10 to can avoid receiver 100 to become invalid.
However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the cap 40 may be provided with an eccentric portion, and when the brush rod 10 is taken out from the brush head receiving portion 20, the cap 40 is rotated to the open position by the gravity of the eccentric portion. Wherein, through setting up the eccentric part on lid 40, the focus of lid 40 can shift towards the eccentric part, and the focus of lid 40 can be located the eccentric part, and further, through increasing the balancing weight on lid 40, or adjusting the weight of the structure of lid 40 in different positions, can make lid 40 have the eccentric part.
When the box cover 40 is located at the closed position, in the height direction of the storage box 100, a distance is provided between the gravity center projection of the box cover 40 and the projection of the rotation axis, the distance can be the length of the force arm on the box cover 40 under the action of the self gravity of the box cover 40, the height direction of the storage box 100 can indicate the up-down direction in fig. 1, and the product of the self gravity of the box cover 40 and the length of the force arm on the box cover 40 under the action of the self gravity of the box cover 40 is the self gravity torque of the box cover 40.
As can be seen from the above formula, when the weight of the eccentric portion is more concentrated on the end of the eccentric portion far from the rotation axis, the larger the distance between the projection of the center of gravity of the box cover 40 and the projection of the rotation axis is, the longer the arm length of the force on the box cover 40 acted by the self-gravity of the box cover 40 is, and the larger the self-gravity torque of the box cover 40 is at this time. The storage box 100 is more easily automatically rotated from the closed position to the open position, so that it is possible to avoid the storage box 100 from being unable to be opened.
When the torque between the self-gravity and the rotation axis of the box cover 40 is greater than the torque applied to the box cover 40 by the brush rod 10, the box cover 40 rotates relative to the brush head accommodating portion 20 by the self-gravity, and the rotation direction of the box cover 40 is the direction in which the box cover 40 moves from the closed position to the open position, the open end of the accommodating space 201 is not shielded, and the user can take out the brush head from the accommodating space 201 for use. When a user stores the brush rod 10 into the brush rod storage part 30, the torque between the self-gravity of the box cover 40 and the rotation axis is smaller than the torque of the brush rod 10 acting on the box cover 40, and as can be seen from the balance of the forces, the box cover 40 rotates relative to the brush head storage part 20 under the action of the brush rod 10, at this time, the rotation direction of the box cover 40 is the direction in which the box cover 40 moves from the open position to the closed position, and the open end of the storage space 201 is shielded, so that the inside of the storage space 201 can be kept clean and sanitary.
In addition, when the brush rod 10 is taken out from the brush rod receiving part 30, the user may directly push the cover 40 to rotate the cover 40, and also may drive the cover 40 to the open position, so that the user may take out the brush head from the receiving space 201.
