The second RS232 serial data communication cable interface 82 is soldered to the first RS232 serial data communication cable interface 72. The second RS485 serial data communication cable interface 83 is soldered to the first RS485 serial data communication cable interface 73. The second positive power interface 84 is welded to the first positive power interface 74. The second negative power interface 85 is welded to the first negative power interface 75.
Further, a second RS232_ RX serial data communication cable is used for soldering with the second RS232_ RX serial data communication cable interface 821. The second RS232_ GND serial data communication cable is used for soldering with the second RS232_ GND serial data communication cable interface 822. The second RS232_ TX serial data communication cable is used for soldering with the second RS232_ TX serial data communication cable interface 823. The second RS485_ D-serial data communication cable is used for soldering with the second RS485_ D-serial data communication cable interface 831. The second RS485_ GND serial data communication cable is used for being welded with the second RS485_ GND serial data communication cable interface 832. A second RS485_ D + serial data communication cable is soldered to the second RS485_ D + serial data communication cable interface 833. The second positive power interface 84 is adapted to be welded to the first positive power interface 74. The second negative power interface 85 is adapted to be welded to the first negative power interface 75.
On the other hand, the application also provides a road side unit device which comprises a communication socket, wherein the communication socket is welded with a communication plug, the communication plug is hermetically connected with a communication cable harness, and the communication cable harness is any one of the communication cable harnesses; the communication plug is any one of the above mentioned communication plugs. The communication socket is any one of the communication sockets, and the roadside unit device realizes information interaction with the communication equipment through the communication plug and the communication cable harness.

Claims (10)

1. A communication cable harness for electrically connecting two communication devices to enable information interaction of each of the communication devices, the communication cable harness comprising:
an insulating sheath (1) having an accommodation space;
the first RS232 serial data communication cable (2) is plugged into the accommodating space of the insulating outer sleeve (1);
the first RS485 serial data communication cable (3) is inserted into the accommodating space of the insulating outer sleeve (1);
the first positive power supply cable (4) is inserted into the accommodating space of the insulating outer sleeve (1);
the first negative power supply cable (5) is inserted into the accommodating space of the insulating outer sleeve (1);
the insulation material (6) fills the remaining accommodating space inside the insulation jacket (1), and the insulation material (6) is filled between any two of the first RS232 serial data communication cable (2), the first RS485 serial data communication cable (3), the first positive power supply cable (4) and the first negative power supply cable (5).
2. The communication cable harness of claim 1, wherein the first RS232_ RX serial data communication cable (2) comprises a first RS232_ RX serial data communication cable (21), a first RS232_ GND serial data communication cable (22), and a first RS232_ TX serial data communication cable (23), the first RS232_ GND serial data communication cable (22) being wrapped around the outer surfaces of the first RS232_ RX serial data communication cable (21) and the first RS232_ TX serial data communication cable (23).
3. The communication cable harness of claim 2, wherein the first RS232_ GND serial data communication cable (22) comprises a first tinned copper mesh (221) and a first insulating layer (222), and wherein the first insulating layer (222) is wrapped around an outer surface of the first tinned copper mesh (221).
4. The communication cable harness according to claim 1, wherein the first RS485 serial data communication cable (3) comprises a first RS485_ D-serial data communication cable (31), a first RS485_ GND serial data communication cable (32) and a first RS485_ D + serial data communication cable (33), the first RS485_ GND serial data communication cable (32) being wrapped around the outer surfaces of the first RS485_ D-serial data communication cable (31) and the first RS485_ D + serial data communication cable (33).
5. The communication cable harness of claim 4, wherein the first RS485_ GND serial data communication cable (32) comprises a second tinned copper mesh (321) and a second insulating layer (322), the second insulating layer (322) being wrapped around an outer surface of the second tinned copper mesh (321).
6. A communication plug, wherein a rear portion of the communication plug is in sealing contact with a communication cable harness, and a head portion of the communication plug is detachably connected to a communication socket of a communication device to electrically connect the communication cable harness to the communication device, the communication cable harness being as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5, the communication plug comprising:
the tail of the first shell (7) is in sealing contact with the insulating outer sleeve (1);
the first insulating part (71) is arranged inside the first shell (7), and the first insulating part (71) is provided with a first RS232 serial data communication cable interface (72), a first RS485 serial data communication cable interface (73), a first positive power supply interface (74) and a first negative power supply interface (75);
the first RS232 serial data communication cable interface (72) is used for being in butt joint with the RS232 serial data communication cable (2); the first RS485 serial data communication cable interface (73) is used for being in butt joint with the first RS485 serial data communication cable (3); the first positive power supply interface (74) is used for being in butt joint with the first positive power supply cable (4); the first negative power interface (75) is used for being in butt joint with the first negative power cable (5).
7. The communication plug according to claim 6, wherein the first housing (7) is provided with a fool-proof mark (76), the fool-proof mark (76) is provided on an outer surface of the first housing (7), and the fool-proof mark (76) is a groove provided on the outer surface of the first housing (7).
8. A communication socket is characterized in that the communication socket is mounted on communication equipment, the head of the communication socket is detachably connected with the head of a communication plug, the communication equipment is provided with a second RS232 serial data communication cable, a second RS485 serial data communication cable, a second positive power cable and a second negative power cable which are output outwards, and the communication cable which is output outwards is electrically connected with the communication plug through the communication socket so as to realize the electrical connection between the communication equipment and a communication cable harness; the communication plug is the communication plug of claim 6 or 7; the communication cable harness according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. The communication jack of claim 8, comprising:
the second shell (8) is arranged on the communication equipment, and the head of the second shell (8) is detachably connected with the head of the first shell (7);
the second insulating component (81) is arranged in the second shell (8) and comprises a second RS232 serial data communication cable interface (82), a second RS485 serial data communication cable interface (83), a second positive power supply interface (84) and a second negative power supply interface (85);
a second RS232 serial data communication cable interface (82) for interfacing with the second RS232 serial data communication cable; the second RS485 serial data communication cable interface (83) is used for being in butt joint with the second RS485 serial data communication cable; the second positive power supply interface (84) is used for being in butt joint with the second positive power supply cable; the second negative power interface (85) is used for being in butt joint with the second negative power cable.
10. A road side unit device is characterized by comprising a communication socket, wherein the communication socket is detachably connected with a communication plug, the communication plug is hermetically connected with a communication cable harness, and the communication cable harness is the communication cable harness according to any one of claims 1 to 5; the communication plug is the communication plug of claim 6 or 7; the communication socket according to claim 8 or 9.
