Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, as presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed application, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application.
The embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The casing of electronic equipment can protect the electronic components in the casing, for example: the shell of the mobile phone can protect electronic components such as a circuit board, a battery and the like in the shell.
At present, at least two of a front shell, a side shell and a back shell of a shell are connected with each other, a gap exists between the front shell, the side shell and the back shell which are parts which are frequently contacted with each other in the process of using electronic equipment by a user, and foreign matters such as dust and the like can be rubbed into the gap by the friction between the hand of the user and the outer surface of the shell in the process of frequent contact, so that the gap is easy to mildew and generate peculiar smell.
To this end, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device 10, and referring to fig. 1 to 6, the electronic device 10 includes: casing 11 and display screen 12, casing 11 includes: the display device comprises a first part shell 111 and a second part shell 112, wherein the first part shell 111 is provided with an accommodating space, two opposite parts of the first part shell 111 are a front shell 1111 and a back shell 1112 respectively, a first opening is formed in one end of the first part shell 111, the second part shell 112 is detachably arranged in the first opening, the second part shell 112 seals the first opening, and the display screen 12 is arranged on the shell 11 and at least partially corresponds to the accommodating space.
Specifically, the housing 11 forms an outer layer of the electronic device 10, so that the housing 11 can protect electronic components in the electronic device 10, for example: electronic components such as a mainboard and a battery are arranged in the shell 11 of the electronic device 10, so that the shell 11 can protect the electronic components such as the mainboard and the battery, and risks of scratching, soaking and the like caused by the fact that the electronic components such as the mainboard and the battery are exposed outside are reduced. The first partial housing 111 is provided with an accommodating space, two opposite parts of the first partial housing 111 are a front housing 1111 and a back housing 1112 respectively, one end of the first partial housing 111 corresponding to the front housing 1111 and the back housing 1112 is provided with a first opening, the accommodating space may be a groove-type accommodating space as shown in fig. 1 to 3, or a through-hole-type accommodating space as shown in fig. 4 to 6, when the accommodating space is the groove-type accommodating space, the first partial housing 111 has a first opening, and when the accommodating space is the through-hole-type accommodating space, the first partial housing 111 has a first opening and a second opening opposite to each other, and the first opening and the second opening may be symmetrically arranged or asymmetrically arranged. The housing of the first sub-housing 111 between the front housing 1111 and the rear housing 1112 is a side housing. The second part housing 112 is detachably disposed at the first opening, and the second part housing 112 closes the first opening, that is, the second part housing 112 can be installed at the first opening of the first part housing 111 and close the first opening, and the second part housing 112 can be detached from the first opening. Here, the second partial housing 112 and the first partial housing 111 may be detachably connected by a snap, or may be respectively screwed with the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 by screws to be detachably connected, or may be detachably connected by other methods.
The display 12 is disposed on the housing 11, at least partially corresponding to the accommodating space, and here, the display 12 may be disposed outside the housing 11 or inside the housing 11, but no matter the display 12 is disposed inside the housing 11 or outside the housing 11, the display 12 is opposite to part or all of the accommodating space.
In this embodiment, the first partial housing 111 has a front housing 1111, a back housing 1112, and a side housing located between the front housing 1111 and the back housing 1112, that is, the first partial housing 111 integrally forms the front housing, the side housing, and the back housing in the prior art, so that there is no gap between the front housing 1111, the back housing 1112, and the side housing, and there is no gap to accumulate foreign matters such as dust in the gap, and further there is no problem of mold and odor due to accumulation of dust in the gap.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 or fig. 6, a supporting frame 1121 is disposed on one side of the second partial housing 112, and when the second partial housing 112 closes the first opening, the supporting frame 1121 is inserted into the accommodating space; the supporting frame 1121 is used for disposing electronic components.
Specifically, the supporting frame 1121 may be a plurality of rod-shaped structures parallel to each other connected to the second sub-housing 112, a net-shaped structure connected to the second sub-housing 112, or a plate-shaped structure shown in fig. 3 or 6. The supporting frame 1121 may be bonded to the second partial housing 112 or integrally formed with the second partial housing 112, so that when the supporting frame 1121 and the second partial housing 112 are integrally formed, the possibility of fracture between the second partial housing 112 and the supporting frame 1121 is smaller, and the strength of the joint between the two is larger, and therefore, the supporting frame 1121 and the second partial housing 112 are preferably integrally formed when the electronic device 10 is manufactured.
When the second partial housing 112 closes the first opening, the supporting frame 1121 is inserted into the accommodating space, that is, the supporting frame 1121 is disposed on one side of the second partial housing 112 facing the first partial housing 111, and the size of the supporting frame 1121 is smaller than the volume of the accommodating space of the first partial housing 111. The supporting frame 1121 is used for disposing an electronic component, and the electronic component may be adhered to the supporting frame 1121, or may be clamped to the supporting frame 1121, or may be fixed to the supporting frame 1121 through other methods.
In this embodiment, through the arrangement of the supporting frame 1121, after the electronic component is assembled on the supporting frame 1121 at the outer side of the first partial housing 111, the supporting frame 1121 with the electronic component assembled thereon is inserted into the accommodating space of the first partial housing 111, and the supporting frame 1121 with the electronic component assembled thereon can be detached from the accommodating space of the first partial housing 111 so as to repair or replace the electronic component on the supporting frame 1121 at the outer side of the first partial housing 111. Thereby allowing for a higher degree of integration between the second partial housing 112 and the electronic components.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-6, the second partial housing 112 is push-pull connected to the first partial housing 111; after the second partial housing 112 is pushed toward the accommodating space, the supporting frame 1121 can be inserted into the accommodating space; after the second partial housing 112 is pulled in a direction away from the accommodating space, the supporting frame 1121 can be separated from the accommodating space. Here, the push-pull type connection allows the mounting/dismounting process to be performed by merely pushing/pulling the second part case 112 with respect to the first part case 111, thereby allowing faster mounting/dismounting between the second part case 112 and the first part case 111.
Further, in order to make the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 not easily scatter after connection, or in order to make the second partial housing 112 not easily slide out of the first partial housing 111 after the supporting frames 1121 of the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 are inserted, the firmness between the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 may be improved by passing a screw through the second partial housing 112 and screwing the screw into the first partial housing 111, and of course, the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 may be further fixed by other methods.
In some embodiments, the first partial shell 111 is sleeved outside the second partial shell 112; or, the second partial shell 112 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111.
Specifically, when the first casing part 111 is sleeved outside the second casing part 112, that is, the first casing part 111 extends to the outside of the second casing part 112 with a circle of first extension part, and the first extension part can be sleeved on the circumferential surface of the second casing part 112. Similarly, the second partial shell 112 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111, that is, the second partial shell 112 extends a circle of second extension part to the outside of the first partial shell 111, and the second extension part can be sleeved outside the first partial shell 111.
In this embodiment, two socket ways are provided for the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112, so that the electronic device 10 can be flexibly selected according to actual situations, for example: the material for making the second partial housing 112 is large in size to enable making the second extension, while the material for making the first partial housing 111 is small in size to disable making the first extension, whereby the second extension is selected to be provided on the second partial housing 112 to sleeve the second partial housing 112 on the first partial housing 111.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-6, the electronic device 10 may further include: a first elastic member 13, the first elastic member 13 being disposed between the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 and being pressed by the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112; when the first partial shell 111 is sleeved outside the second partial shell 112, the first elastic element 13 is sleeved on the sleeved part of the second partial shell 112; when the second partial shell 112 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111, the first elastic element 13 is sleeved on the sleeved portion of the first partial shell 111.
Specifically, the first elastic element 13 may be a rubber element, a silicone element, or a structural element made of other materials.
In the above, when the first partial shell 111 is sleeved on the outer side of the second partial shell 112, the first elastic member 13 is sleeved on the sleeved portion of the second partial shell 112, where the sleeved portion is a structure in which the first extending portion is sleeved on the second partial shell 112, in order to enable the first partial shell 111 and the second partial shell 112 to extrude the first elastic member 13, the outer diameter of the sleeved portion is smaller than the outer diameter of other positions on the second partial shell 112, so that the second partial shell 112 is formed in a step shape, and after the first partial shell 111 is sleeved on the sleeved portion of the second partial shell 112, the first elastic member 13 can be extruded between the first partial shell 111 and the step. Here, when the outer diameter of the socket part is the same as the inner diameter of the first extension part, the sealing effect between the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 is good, and the sealing effect between the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 is better due to the first elastic member 13.
In the above, when the second partial shell 112 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111, the arrangement of the first elastic element 13 on the sleeved portion of the first partial shell 111 may refer to the arrangement structure of the first partial shell 111 sleeved outside the second partial shell 112, and will not be described herein again.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device 10 shakes or collides with another object, damage to the first partial housing 111 and/or the second partial housing 112 due to direct collision between the first partial housing 111 and the second partial housing 112 can be reduced by the arrangement of the first elastic member 13.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4-6, the electronic device 10 may further include: a third partial housing 113, wherein the third partial housing 113 is detachably arranged at the second opening of the first partial housing 111, and the third partial housing 113 closes the second opening; wherein the second opening and the first opening are opposite to each other.
Specifically, the electronic device 10 in the above may further include: a third partial housing 113, the third partial housing 113 is detachably disposed at the second opening of the first partial housing 111, and the third partial housing 113 closes the second opening, the second opening and the first opening are opposite to each other, that is, the third partial housing 113 can be mounted at the second opening of the first partial housing 111 and close the second opening, and the third partial housing 113 can be detached from the first partial housing 111. Here, the third partial shell 113 and the first partial shell 111 can be detachably connected by a snap, or the third partial shell 113 and the first partial shell 111 can be respectively screwed by screws to be detachably connected, or the third partial shell 113 and the first partial shell 111 can be detachably connected by other methods. It is understood that, since the second opening and the first opening are opposite to each other, and the second partial housing 112 is disposed at the first opening and closes the first opening, and the third partial housing 113 is disposed at the second opening and closes the second opening, at least a part of the second partial housing 112 and a part/all of the third partial housing 113 are opposite to each other when the second partial housing 112 and the third partial housing 113 are both attached to the first partial housing 111.
In this embodiment, when an electronic component near one end of the support 1121 that is close to the second opening fails, the failed electronic component can be repaired/replaced by detaching the third partial housing 113, and the failed electronic component can also be repaired by detaching the second partial housing 112 and extracting the support 1121, so that the opening mode can be flexibly selected.
In some embodiments, the first partial shell 111 is sleeved outside the third partial shell 113; alternatively, the third partial housing 113 is sleeved outside the first partial housing 111.
Specifically, when the first sub-housing 111 is sleeved outside the third sub-housing 113, that is, the first sub-housing 111 extends to the outside of the third sub-housing 113 by a third extending portion, and the third extending portion can be sleeved on the circumferential surface of the third sub-housing 113. Similarly, the third partial shell 113 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111, that is, the third partial shell 113 extends a circle of fourth extension part to the outside of the first partial shell 111, and the fourth extension part can be sleeved outside the first partial shell 111.
In this embodiment, two socket ways are provided for the first partial housing 111 and the third partial housing 113, so that the electronic device 10 can be flexibly selected according to actual situations when manufactured, for example: the material for manufacturing the third partial shell 113 is large in size so as to be able to manufacture the fourth extension portion, and the material for manufacturing the first partial shell 111 is small in size so as not to be able to manufacture the third extension portion, so that the fourth extension portion is selectively arranged on the third partial shell 113 so as to sleeve the third partial shell 113 on the first partial shell 111.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4-6, the electronic device 10 may further include: a second elastic member 14, the second elastic member 14 being disposed between the first partial housing 111 and the third partial housing 113 and being pressed by the first partial housing 111 and the third partial housing 113; when the first partial shell 111 is sleeved outside the third partial shell 113, the second elastic member 14 is sleeved on the sleeved portion of the third partial shell 113; when the third partial shell 113 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111, the second elastic member 14 is sleeved on the sleeved portion of the first partial shell 111.
Specifically, the second elastic member 14 may be a rubber member, a silicone member, or a structural member made of other materials.
In the above, when the first partial shell 111 is sleeved outside the third partial shell 113, the arrangement of the second elastic element 14 on the sleeved portion of the third partial shell 113 may refer to the arrangement structure of the first partial shell 111 sleeved outside the second partial shell 112, and will not be described herein again.
In the above, when the third partial shell 113 is sleeved outside the first partial shell 111, the arrangement of the second elastic element 14 on the sleeved portion of the first partial shell 111 can refer to the arrangement structure of the first partial shell 111 sleeved outside the second partial shell 112, and will not be described herein again.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device 10 shakes or collides with another object, damage to the first partial housing 111 and/or the third partial housing 113 due to direct collision between the first partial housing 111 and the third partial housing 113 can be reduced by the second elastic member 14.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the electronic device 10 may further include: and a first fastener and a second fastener 15, wherein the first fastener is respectively screwed with the first partial shell 111 and the second partial shell 112, and the second fastener 15 is respectively screwed with the first partial shell 111 and the third partial shell 113.
Specifically, the first fastener and the second fastener 15 may be screws, and the structure of the second fastener 15 may or may not be identical to that of the first fastener.
In this embodiment, the first fastening member is used to screw the first casing 111 and the second casing 112 respectively, so that the structure of the connection between the first casing 111 and the second casing 112 is firmer, and the second fastening member 15 is used to screw the first casing 111 and the third casing 113 respectively, so that the structure of the connection between the first casing 111 and the third casing 113 is firmer. In addition, the second partial shell 112 and/or the third partial shell 113 can be easily disassembled from the first partial shell 111 by the screwing method.
In some embodiments, the display screen 12 is disposed inside the first partial housing 111, and a portion of the first partial housing 111 opposite to the display area of the display screen 12 is capable of transmitting light; or; the display screen 12 is arranged outside the first partial shell 111; or; the display screen 12 is disposed on one side of the supporting frame 1121 of the second partial housing 112, after the supporting frame 1121 is inserted into the accommodating space, a display area of the display screen 12 is opposite to an inner surface of the first partial housing 111, and a portion of the first partial housing 111 opposite to the display area of the display screen 12 can transmit light.
Specifically, the above provides three setting modes of the display 12, which are respectively: a. the display screen 12 is arranged on the inner side of the first partial shell 111, and the part of the first partial shell 111, which is opposite to the display area of the display screen 12, can transmit light; b. the display screen 12 is arranged outside the first partial shell 111; c. the display screen 12 is disposed on one side of the supporting frame 1121 of the second partial housing 112, after the supporting frame 1121 is inserted into the accommodating space, a display area of the display screen 12 is opposite to the inner surface of the first partial housing 111, and a portion of the first partial housing 111 opposite to the display area of the display screen 12 can transmit light; in specific implementation, the selection can be carried out according to actual conditions.
Here, in the scheme a: the display screen 12 is disposed in the accommodating space of the first partial casing 111, so that the first partial casing 111 can protect the display screen 12, but in this scheme, a portion of the first partial casing 111 opposite to the display area of the display screen 12 needs to be transparent, that is, the first partial casing 111 needs to be completely transparent or partially transparent and partially opaque, when the first partial casing 111 is completely transparent, the requirement on the material of the first partial casing 111 is high, and when the partially transparent portion is opaque, the complexity of the manufacturing process of the first partial casing 111 is increased.
In the scheme b: the display screen 12 is disposed outside the first partial housing 111, which not only reduces the space occupied by the display screen 12 in the first partial housing 111, and reduces the thickness of the first partial housing 111, but also does not require special design for the material of the first partial housing 111, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process of the first partial housing 111. However, the display 12 in this embodiment is exposed, which may cause the display 12 to be scratched or the like.
In scheme c: the display screen 12 is disposed on one side of the support frame 1121 of the second partial housing 112, and after the support frame 1121 is inserted into the accommodating space, the display area of the display screen 12 is opposite to the inner surface of the first partial housing 111, so that the display screen 12 and the support frame 1121 can be connected together outside the accommodating space and then inserted into the accommodating space, that is, the display screen 12 and the support frame 1121 are assembled into the accommodating space after being integrated together, so that the first partial housing 111 can protect the display screen 12, and the display screen 12 can be pulled out of the accommodating space by pulling out the support frame 1121, so that the display screen 12 can be maintained or replaced in a large space. However, similarly, the portion of the first partial enclosure 111 opposite to the display area of the display screen 12 can transmit light, that is, the first partial enclosure 111 needs to transmit light completely, or transmit light partially but not transmit light partially, when transmitting light completely, the requirement on the material of the first partial enclosure 111 is high, and when transmitting light partially, the complexity of the manufacturing process of the first partial enclosure 111 is increased.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3-6, the electronic device 10 includes:
a housing 11, the housing 11 comprising: a first partial housing 111, a second partial housing 112 and a third partial housing 113. The first partial housing 111 is provided with an accommodating space having a first opening and a second opening, the second opening is opposite to the first opening, two opposite portions of the first partial housing 111 are a front housing 1111 and a back housing 1112, respectively, and the front housing 1111 is light transmissive. A supporting frame 1121 is disposed on one side of the second partial housing 112, the second partial housing 112 is connected to the first partial housing 111 in a push-pull manner, after the second partial housing 112 is pushed toward the accommodating space, the supporting frame 1121 can be inserted into the accommodating space, and after the second partial housing 112 is pulled away from the accommodating space, the supporting frame 1121 can be separated from the accommodating space. After the supporting frame 1121 is inserted into the accommodating space, the second partial housing 112 can close the first opening. The support 1121 is used to mount electronic components such as the main board 161, the battery 162, and the sub-board 163 can control the performance such as the efficiency of the battery 162.
